We are among several new homeowners who do not yet have our sod. We were somewhat disturbed to see completed, but yet unsold homes get sod prior to our lots. It is not a good look for your company. It is not the way to treat your customers.

Buying Experince Great. People Skills Lacking.

The front office personnel was rarely in office. I called Pulte to schedule time to visit the model home and was finally able to speak with a rep. The first rep took a first glance and assumed we couldn’t afford our home. Judged us almost immediately. It went downhill with this guy. However Maitlyn was a breath of fresh air. She answered all questions and very outgoing. They say if you don’t have anything good to say don’t say anything at all. I’ll say Pulte Finance is abysmal. That’s putting it lightly. From the reviews of Pulte Finance, we knew to already have a backup plan. ...

We really enjoyed our home building process with Pulte! We had to stay on top of getting the minor things fixed and prioritized along the way, but we are super happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend this community to others.

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.

Process of buying not transparent

The sales agent at Greystone doesn't do business with integrity. She manipulated numbers in a deceiving manner. If one doesn't look at the numbers closely during the contracting, chances of you being mislead is very high. The mortgage interest rates also was not honored until I say I have to withdraw. Not responsive to calls sometimes and the mortgage department (Noah the loan officer) will respond to calls only when he wants to. To sum up, the experience could be better and more transparent to buyers.

Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.

My experience building my first new home has been deeply frustrating. A major leak above the furnace caused severe mold growth, clearly pre-existing before closing. Neither the construction manager nor the warranty team caught it. Despite the mold’s presence, the warranty personnel refused air quality or mold testing, dismissing concerns based solely on photos. I’ve had to pay for testing myself to protect my family’s health. Other issues, like cold drafts through outlets and wall dripping, are brushed off as ‘normal.’ The warranty team refuses to investigate insulation or ensure the home ...

The buying from agent and interior designer was excellent. Not thrilled with pulte mortgage. Little details overlooked but big stuff was mostly right in the build itself. Garage walls not quite square (internal).

Lack of training for consultants that are selling the homes. Post build cleaning is not adequate for move in. Dusty , countertops dirty and windows dirty. Company pushes for a 10/10 in order to close on home. Comes back to fix or correct things afterwards.

We moved recently to a new home built by Pulte. The house is fully functional, but Pulte could have done a much better job on details...there are too many scratches on the walls and doors, some unfinished parts etc. We tried to be very careful at the final inspection and we still missed many small details. Not enough towel supports in bathrooms, cheap faucets and shower...for the money we paid, we would have expected a better quality of work but when you build 20 houses in the same community and the same time, of course we are not paying attention to the details that are very important for ...
