The buying from agent and interior designer was excellent. Not thrilled with pulte mortgage. Little details overlooked but big stuff was mostly right in the build itself. Garage walls not quite square (internal).

Lack of training for consultants that are selling the homes. Post build cleaning is not adequate for move in. Dusty , countertops dirty and windows dirty. Company pushes for a 10/10 in order to close on home. Comes back to fix or correct things afterwards.

We moved recently to a new home built by Pulte. The house is fully functional, but Pulte could have done a much better job on details...there are too many scratches on the walls and doors, some unfinished parts etc. We tried to be very careful at the final inspection and we still missed many small details. Not enough towel supports in bathrooms, cheap faucets and shower...for the money we paid, we would have expected a better quality of work but when you build 20 houses in the same community and the same time, of course we are not paying attention to the details that are very important for customers. ... Overall the house is built well. I would encourage anyone to be picky and don’t let things slide just because it’s a new house. The finish work was just ok. And the attention to details was something to improve on. I would use them again with a more diligent approval.

Good houses, with lines and details with top quality finishes, in addition to how spacious and well distributed the houses are.

OK house in the end but not a great expirence

We are very pleased with our home and the team that worked on it. One area we wish Pulte would have improved was the cracks/ seams that are visible on most of the cabinet doors in the kitchen. Some cracks are large others you can’t see and this variation makes the cabinets look poor quality. We spoke to our construction manager multiple times and it was always “there’s nothing we can do” so it just feels like we were provided cheap cabinet doors.

Great customer service and resolve the issue quickly. Exterior quality is fabulous.

We are very happy with our house and our experience with Pulte. Austin, the construction manager, could not be better at meeting our needs and go beyond our expectations.

Our guest room shower has two cracks in the wall, our bathroom master vanity has a crack in the sink, our master shower has a black stain on the ground.

I absolutely love my home! Being a first time home buyer, there is so much being thrown at you. I do not have anyone close who was able to help me navigate so I was relying on self, and the builder. Honestly the whole process with Pulte was so easy, from the sale portion, lending, insurance, construction, etc. I really do mean everything! Got an absolutely fantastic rate as well! You can't go wrong with Pulte!

These town homes are thrown together pretty fast. The garage walls do not get full dry wall coverage. We noticed water damage when we were conducting a walk through which was minor at the time turned out to be a leak in one of the walls which was causing water to pool under the downstairs flooring causing damage to about all of our lower cabinets and trim we are well within our warranty so they are going to replace everything. Idk these are not forever homes so I guess I should have lower expectations. We will be moving once we get it together.

Quality of work is not good.

The buying process was smooth. The sales team went above and beyond to earn my business. Because of the nature of my job, I would arrive just before the closing hour and Jim would not complain but would answer all my questions and walk me through some homes being built to help me understand the floor plans, despite the freezing winter cold. Pulte mortgage was a good experience. Uploading documents was easy. I wish they have a means to monitor their interest rates to better inform home buyers the best time to lock-in their rates. Quality of the home is good. I would rate it as 4/5 because it can’t be perfect. Nothing major, just minor defects. Some were corrected quickly, but the response from Pulte warranty for defects noticed within first 30 days was at snail speed. ... More

Great Location and homes In Trescott. Community and neighbors have been great!

I worked with a very fantastic sames rep, Her customer service and engagement is top notch. However, I did not have an all pleasing experience with the loan application process and approval. Some of the documents requested are unnecessary and ridiculous to the extent of requesting the bank statement of someone that made a zelle payment of $40 into my account, saying they needed it to confirm if the amont left the senders account, isn't that ridiculous? I was very disappointed such document was requested because its an intrusion into another party's privacy, someone that has no business in the loan and house buying process. Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

For the most part the workmanship and responsiveness to issues has been pretty good. Seems like the materials used could be a higher grade, like the mirrors, faucets and towel bars. Be sure to be careful as to what lot and model you and both of your neighbors choose. In Fishers at the Remington we have our neighbor with a large open covered patio on the northwest corner of their house and our master bedroom is on the southwest corner of our house. So any noise comes straight to our bedroom. Also, the top soil was removed before the houses were built so the yard is nothing but rocks of all sizes, concrete, metal and all kinds of building items. It is nearly impossible to get anything but weeds to grow along the side and back of the house. This was a farm previously so the soil should have been excellent. There was also a mix up on the water softener/reverse osmosis system. I take half the blame because I didn't notice it on the specs but no house should be built in Indiana and not have a water softener or at least the hookup for one. We wouldn't want a reverse osmosis system with a farmhouse sink. The cleaning crew could have done a much better job throughout the house. The floor guy had to come back out because of some spots in various places in the house. He ended up using acetone to remove them. I had to go around every inch of the carpet along the hard woods with a hammer and mash down the spikes. We love the location, the three car garage, the spacious family/kitchen/dining room, the covered patio, the large master closets and the walk-in shower. ... More

Sales (Jason), Construction (Hayden) and Title (Jennifer) were all efficient, helpful and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. We love outr Pulte home!

The entire Pulte team made the purchasing process painless and seamless. Each department from buying/touring properties, financing, mortgage, to working with my construction manager, and finally closing all went better than expected. The entire team was very communicative and responsive.

The house was not clean even after some items were noted previously, The landscapers turned off my irrigation setup twice when working on my yard and my neighbor's yard and never turned it back on causing the grass to brown. There was no orientation to where my mailbox is and the numbers and locations for the mailboxes are a extremely unorganized with no logical progressive format.

Great follow up from the team here. Questions were answered very quickly and concerns were addressed upon request.
