From the beginning of the process the build was well explained and all of our concerns were handled and answered promptly. Jason was an awesome Builder to work with. He was patient, attentive, and open about the process, our concerns and any issues that did come up. Any minor items that did arise were handled and corrected quickly and accurately. As a first time home builder, we were very nervous but Jason made the process very comfortable and reduced our stress! Great job!!

We found the Pulte production homes have many of the same features and upgrades as semi-custom homes by other builders. Pulte has fewer choices but the right ones; for instance: a standard bath and an upgraded option with spa shower. Not a thousand decisions to make and screw up. Pulte exceeded our expectations -- from sale to financing to insurance, title, and delivery. Their construction manager is a young and able professional, and their warranty manager is focused and driven. If I went with a used home, I would be the project manager. If I went with another builder, I would have to be my own warranty manager. I would do Pulte again. ... More

The initial encounter with the Pulte sales team was pleasant and selecting our options for the home was painless. We were kept up to date on the construction progress weekly by our manager. The home was delivered ahead of schedule. Problems encountered at the pre-drywall inspection were corrected and minor problems seen at the final inspection were finished by closing. We hired our own inspector but his few deficiencies had already been noted by our construction manager. Since moving in, minor problems have been speedily corrected by appropriate technicians. There is construction all around us but no problem getting in and out of the development. Dirt, trash from building is cleaned from the roads on a daily basis. Pulte Homes makes it SO easy to understand the process that goes into building a home! They have very specific guidelines and information for the buyer.

Once they have your money they are very unresponsive and do not stand behind even their stated timeframes. As an example when you enter a ticket they will “get back to you within 24-48 hours”. Often it is weeks and sometimes not at all. As this is my second Pulte build I thought the first was “COVID related”. It is not. They don’t respect your time, or your property. Very disappointed with customer service and lack of care once the property is sold.

There are a number of things that were not done correctly and still have not been addressed over a month later including a gas leak under our cook top, electrical, a garage door that wasn't painted the right color, sub-par cleaning the day of our closing (we could not hold up closing because we needed to get in), etc.

Pulte did a lot of things right but missed the mark on the finer details of completing the home. Work after the close is ongoing.

In our experience, we bought our new home that was a spec home. When we did our first walk through of the home, Anthony showed us every inch of the home and had so much knowledge and answered our questions and concerns. Once we had our Congratulations walk through everything was fixed that we had concerns about and if we had any other questions, he had the answers. He was very approachable and caring. We had complete confidence in him and Pulte. We will certainly purchase another Pulte home. We are looking forward with raising our son in this beautiful place called home. All kinds of surprises during closing. The builder isn’t professional enough. Different people employed by the builder have different versions of the same fact and nobody is willing to take the responsibility for the problem. The construction side was great but the sales and title side were not great.

The quality we were expecting from Pulte and this price point for this home just was not there. We should not be having all these issues. Future home buyers definitely spend the money to get your own inspector. That was our big mistake. You want to be excited about purchasing a new home. It’s stressful enough just moving, but add on the back and forth process trying to get major things fixed on your new home is another level of stress. The sense of urgency is lacking and the builder should have caught these problems during the build process. At this time we are filled with regrets towards this purchase. From start to finish, there was miscommunication, incompetency, incomplete information from Pulte. They said they would fix things and do things properly, and this was not the case. Within all the Pulte departments, there was poor communication where we showed up to close and we couldn’t even finish closing as Pulte was waiting to hear back from someone about something needing fixed….which Pulte builder construction manager was well aware of needing fixed in advance- and due to them doing things last minute and rushing, we had to sit and wait at Pulte offices to be able to finish closing. They didn’t have the proper information ready at purchase so we were told our home would come with certain things, then come to find out it would all be extra charges. Pulte is just ok- not exceptional

From purchase to closing the Putle team did a good job communicating what was happening. The home is very well built, and we are very happy with it. The only issue was having the closing on a bank holiday weekend (Veterans Day). I am a little disappointed in not having an insulated garage door.

Very satisfied with the quality build of our home. All issues we did find during our "celebration" were corrected before our closing date. Home was finished on time!

A lot of the angle cuts on boards in the roof structure were very poor. A lot of drywall screws were sunk to deep. They don’t tie all the corners together structurally resulting in cracks in more than 3/4 of the corners. Doors not hung properly allowing for visibility from outside a room.Defective patio door that they didn’t want to deal and passed it on to warranty which still hasn’t been fixed. We had to go back and forth to have lights that we paid extra for put in the correct place. Poor fitting on countertops and trim work they’re solution just a bigger caulking gun..There wasn’t an electrical box in the wall for two of the light fixtures, which I know because I switched out their chrome fixtures for oil rubbed.Several unnecessary holes were cut into walls because workers were unaware of what or where things went. The reveal around the windows was nowhere close to even on several of the windows. The gap in the stone flashing on the front of the house is not consistent. The garage door track hangers were hung poorly, which they did finally level them. After moving in and installing my garage door openers and found that one of the door track hangers wasn’t even fastened into a truss, but instead a 1x4 that was only there to fasten the two ends of the drywall ceiling. Re. Pulte I Wished On There Track Home Packages. If They Would Allow A Little More Custom Changes To Happen To Make The Home More Custom Look Like Crown Moulding Trim And Chair Rail

We found a house in the early stages of construction and felt it would meet our needs. From that point on we dealt with the various members of the Pulte team, including the mortgage financing, insurance and closing agent to get a great house. Sales rep and construction manager worked with us and answered all our questions and made the deal happen. We are very pleased.
