My experience with Pulte Homes was very easy. There were no delays and I moved into a beautiful new home right on schedule.

We love how thorough the Pulte process was as well as the quality craftsmanship that went into our new home. We know it will be a wonderful place for years to come. From sales to construction on to warranty we have had nothing but an exceptional experience. Keep on rocking Pulte!

Process was seamless from end to end

Had a great experience building with Pulte this year. From Darla in sales to Brayden in the field our in person helpers were always available, helpful, and responsive. Eric and Morgan made our mortgage a dream to get. Will highly recommend Pulte to anyone who will listen whether they are in the market or not. Pulte was awesome and remains so after close.

We really enjoyed the process of building with Pulte. The Sales team was great in assisting us with our upgrade choices and answered all questions we had. We also had an equal experience with the Construction Manager, he answered every question timely and to our satisfaction. We also used Pulte Mortgage and had the best team assisting us with our loan. All around great experience and would build with them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Very responsive during the build process and went the extra mile to make sure we were completed satisfied. Wouldn't hesitate to build with Pulte again.

We had a great experience with Pulte Homes. Everything ran on schedule and we kept within our desired budget to build our perfect home.

I was very happy with the experience, especially the design studio and the communication and responsiveness of the construction manager.

So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. We really appreciated being able to enter the property as it was being built to see the progress, especially in finishing stages where you are measuring, bringing in contractors to do your own post-closing work, etc. Given the ability to do that, we were able to have contractors in the day after we closed to start work - we really appreciated that. As far as punch lists, they worked through then quickly and efficiently. Is all the work top notch with attention to smallest detail? No...but refer to my opening statement about that. In the end, they build a quality tract home that I am proud to own and believe will last beyond my years. ... More

My experience with the whole Pulte team has been fantastic

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.

We really enjoyed our new building experience. Our construction manager was easy to reach and very helpful in his responses. He provided a lot of valuable information that helped us during and after our build. I recommend Pulte if you are considering a move.

Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

Our builder did an excellent job in making our new home befitting, the only issue I have is they didn't use the right brick that we picked and the sales rep didn't upgrade our door handle as discussed with the builder, but overall,I had a good experience.

Been in home approx 1 month and week. I didn't notice this on the walk thru, but there are some areas now where I can see the tape in the ceiling and even some small cracks.

This is a great home with plenty of features to settle into.

From the beginning of the process the build was well explained and all of our concerns were handled and answered promptly. Jason was an awesome Builder to work with. He was patient, attentive, and open about the process, our concerns and any issues that did come up. Any minor items that did arise were handled and corrected quickly and accurately. As a first time home builder, we were very nervous but Jason made the process very comfortable and reduced our stress! Great job!!

From purchase to closing the Putle team did a good job communicating what was happening. The home is very well built, and we are very happy with it. The only issue was having the closing on a bank holiday weekend (Veterans Day). I am a little disappointed in not having an insulated garage door.

Re. Pulte I Wished On There Track Home Packages. If They Would Allow A Little More Custom Changes To Happen To Make The Home More Custom Look Like Crown Moulding Trim And Chair Rail
