When you are laying out the electrical outlet, you should request one outlet next to the fiber (internet source) to inside the house or you will need create one or use an extension cord.

The most important things, like structure, etc. were great. Quality of the most important things were great. Considering the cost of the house, the quality of the woodwork and the installation was not as good as I expected. Also the closets had wire shelves. Considering the cost of the house, getting wire shelves was not acceptable. The installation of the yard could have been a lot better. There are rocks, holes, etc in the yard. I'm going to have to rework a lot of the yard on my own. But like I said, the most important things were great.

We had a great project manager even after closing he addressed issues caused by a contractor after closing which we appreciate. We were a little upset to find out the pond isn't stocked with fish…. Even tho the sales people told us we could fish in the pond. This was a main reason we bought on a pond. That is why the trustworthiness rating was lower. I don't feel like sales has all the facts. For the most part the build quality was pretty good there were some minor things missed that of course we noticed after close, such a walls were not re pached well around window corrections and a piece missing from stair moulding. I will say some floor plan issues like doors going in vs out in the laundry room makes for a frustrating fit. These would be minor issues. Cleaning before moving in could have been better there was alot of drywall on the baseboards and I wouldnt say it was “clean” per sat like they said. I do wish our neighborhood had a park and/or pool like other Pulte neighborhoods. But we do love the smaller neighborhood vibe and close to trails. Pulte also has decent yard size as well and great buyer incentives which us the main reason we purchased as the price of the home and rate could not be beat with a pre existing home. Jodee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable and motivated when we began looking for our new home. Jodee made the process easy and made us fall in love with the towns at Appaloosa. Scott (construction supervisor) was extremely helpful, conscientious and prompt in returning texts/calls to remedy any little minor issue we had during inspections and after closing on our home. Great service for new home buyers!

Shandra and Jackson did a great job with the house and Cody also did great even though the mortgage didn’t work out with Pulte mortgage.

2022 was not an easy year to build a new home, with shortages on material, trade labor availability, and the ever-looming interest rate increases. However, Ryan and Logan did a wonderful job of making us feel like there was some sense of control in an out of control environment. They were always responsive to any questions we had, explained everything in detail, and fought for us to hit the dates we needed for move-in. I appreciate Ryan and Logan greatly and they were a great representation of Pulte as a company.

The experience is great.But,regular check on home owners dhould be improved on.

We have had a very positive professional experience with each Pulte team member. From our salesperson at the model, to the designer at the design center to our site manager we would do it all again with Team Pulte here in Indianapolis.

Great home buying experience with Pulte. Overall Good customer service and professionalism. Few items were on back order and could not finish the house on time.?but it could be due to CoVID too.? Will buy again from Pulte

So far we don’t have any big issues with the house. Only minor issues. The only thing bothers us is that the drywall material seems to be not the best quality, it’s super difficult to paint on our wall ( we bought the best quality SW paint), and some areas the wall is not super straight, or you can easily see studs. Except these few issues, we are super happy with the house, we like the floor plan, we like all the closet space, we like the people we work with (super responsive and helpful). I already recommended pulte to a few of my friends looking for new homes.
