Worst Experience Ever

This has been one of the most frustrating, disappointing and exhausting experiences of my life. The so-called sales agent and mortgage team were painfully difficult to work with and provided no true assistance - rude, condescending and incompetent. The builder was nice and provided weekly updates, but the contractors were sloppy and the finished home was less than quality. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone ever. Completely regret my decision to buy a Pulte home.

The sales agent in every step threatens to cancel the deal and take the five percent deposit. Finished an incomplete home and still things are not getting resolved. Emailing and multiple people. Everyone says we will resolve and still have unresolved issues. Stay away from them

Poor quality, rude, unresponsive, over promised and underdelivered, not worth the money, our paint looks like it was done by a toddler, among others. We 100% regret buying this home and will be selling within 5 years.

Right now, I am dealing with the Customer Care Manager, and she is the first person in Pulte since the construction of the house that has been so helpful, collaborative, and most importantly, my wife and I feel respect and comprehension from her. Except for the sales consultant initially, I never felt this way with any other person I interacted with in Pulte, especially the construction team (4 different construction managers). i have closed house on November 30th and they didnt gave me a key until after 15 emails, Today is 6th December, still there are many pending works which they have not bothered to complete even after many emails and calls.

I just want to start out by saying I was excited about my new home when I first started this process. I am very disappointed and traumatized by your company. First, problem was with your lender and I feel I was treated unfairly and scrutinized but the bigger issue was after I closed. The Pulte representative I worked with forgot to offer me a patio in the initial stages. During the final walk thru, due to concerns from my lender about the drop off at the back of the house Pulte would put a patio in after closing. I closed May 22, 2020.
