Great buy!

We are very satisfied with the quality of our home. The only thing I wasn’t very happy about is the absence of a threshold in the area between the carpet and wooden floors. I eventually had the field manager install a few for me. Without the thresholds, I had the carpet tacks poking me a couple of times, even though I chose the 1st level upgrade. Had I known of this issue, I would have paid a couple of thousand dollars more to get the 3rd level upgrade.

We are extremely pleased and have confidently say that we pushed the right neighborhood with the right builder.

Your move in will be easy and relaxing

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

My husband and I are very happy with our home purchase. We had our first leak due to a punctured drain pipe (TV mounted incorrectly) and Pulte graciously fixed it for us. I would definitely recommend.

Delays is correcting issues discovered since Day 1. External HVAC system installed in the wrong place - was promised it would be moved before move in Day. It's not. Poorly installed HVAC system caused water leak that damage carpets. Still has not been repaired. I understand COVID problems, but yet the contractors who are supposed to fix the problems are actively working new construction in the development. Customer service promises fixes, but just not seeing any progress.

Overall nice home and location. Paint job is horrid and such a disappointment. Its as if they just gave up when they got to painting.

My home buying experience with Pulte was generally a good partnership. I've been in my townhouse just about 3 months, I really like my townhome and during the first month the Pulte building team was awesome responding to requests and issues I contacted them about. Lately, I keep finding evidence that Pulte used CHEAP materials in the building of my home. For instance, I found out that they used the lowest grade paint throughout the interior, I'll have to paint probably within first year because what's on the walls is only what's known as a base paint - that's according to the paint shop where I picked up my free can of touch-up paint! That made sense to me because almost every time I walk past a wall a paint chip falls down (noticeable on my dark wood floors!) I changed a light bulb in my garage and the darn light socket just came down as I twisted the bulb out. It wasn't properly anchored to the ceiling! Today, I had to deal with my smoke detectors sounding off, "LOW BATTERY". I discovered I didn't have a manual for the detectors and the on-line Pulte Owners help was not helpful so I had to figure that one out - I did mention that I've only been in this place 3 months right? Wonder if used batteries put in the detectors?? To be fair, I didn't reach out to Pulte on these latest issues, I figured my home, my problem now. Just peeling the onion and feeling a bit ripped off since my home cost a great deal of money. The mass production, quick build that's taking place with these homes is affecting the QUALITY that is being put out. As a homeowner and I'm trying my best to take care of what's mine but it's a shame that I had to find out that what looks shiny and new isn't really what I thought it would be. ... More

The sales manager was great. However, the materials and the contractors that Pulte hires were horrible. The contractors were sloppy at best. We have paint on our wood floors, scratch marks in the floors where they were dragging appliances in our kitchen, dents in the cabinets, loose door cabinets, holes in the walls where they installed the banister incorrectly and failed to patch it up, and so much more. The paint they use is a cheap flat paint that is impossible to keep clean and already looks worn. We are already talking about painting the entire house because of the horrible and cheap paint. Pulte builds a fine house. However, their warranty folks and mortgage company make owning the house such a pain.

I have been in my home for approximately 3 months. There are greatly noticeable cracks and nail pops throughout the house that were visible prior to moving in. Drywall spackle on mirrors, countertops, walls, and doors I cleaned after closing on the house. The conduit outside the house for the fiber optic line was cut and covered over with concrete making it very difficult for the technician to run the line. I had to cut sections of drywall and then conduit behind the wall in the garage to keep the line from catching on very tight turns. Here my list of issues and concerns - kitchen cabinets and drawers not properly fitting or closing, Ethernet cables not properly run, squeaky subfloor under the hardwood planks. Too many issues to detail

Very poor quality construction for the money they charged. Not at all satisfied with quality.

Pulte did a horrible job with the drywall in multiple places. It looks like the home is 20 years old instead of a new build. Pulte damaged my floors and I had to argue for over a week to get them replaced. After temporarily moving out while they fixed the floors, I returned to find glue all over the floor and the floor had bulked up in the kitchen. It was also not level in other places. It’s been 3 weeks and they have still not come back to repair the floor. The steps were also damaged by Pulte and they still haven’t repaired those either. The list goes on and on.
