I had a great experience buying my home because the entire from start to finish did everything possible to make my home buying very smooth and pleasant.

Sales and service personnel were responsive and professional. Isleton townhome has a feel of a house.

We had a quick and easy experience with Pulte. Started the buying process at the end of November with a Pulte SPEC build and any concerns along the way we’re dealt with. Our construction manager switched right before close which couldn’t have worked out better. Although we only worked with her for a short period before close, I have had a wonderful experience with Jessica! She made all of our blue tape items disappear and has been a wonderful resource in the month since we’ve closed. Couldn’t be more thankful that I had a great first time home buying experience.

I moved in and had tons of issues with no response from the HOA or the mortgage office since the mortgage was sold before I moved in.

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. The home buying experience was straight forward. We worked with Mary at the Laurel office. She was responsive and kind. Prior to closing and right after, during our walk through, we noticed so many issues. The quality of materials and the workmanship is so beyond poor. All our window and staircase /rail moulding/trims are poorly finished with visible discrepancies (patched up and uneven caulking on most edges). I have to say, there is no area in our new build that you can turn to and not see a very poor unsupervised job done (chipped off wood on cabinets, paint stains on appliances and electric outlets, chipped dry wall from when they installed bathroom mirrors, the worst are the staircases/ rails and windows with uneven patched trims/moulds). They had to re do the rec room floor on the bottom floor after noticing it was not even. I am most upset because this place was advertised as ‘luxury’. This is not luxury work. We are aware that a new home has to settle but these issues have nothing to do with settling, its pulte homes using cheap materials and not supervising their workers and hence a sub par product. We were advised to wait a year for ‘new home settling issues’, that is fine but I feel very insulted that pulte homes would think that buyers do not understand the difference between poor quality and workmanship versus expected new home cracks. Would all my window/staircase moulds be replaced in 1 year or will it be another round of caulking to cover /patch up their terrible work? I am sorry but There is no excuse for such poor work. ... The overall quality of the craftsmanship in the home is poor. While I understand the house needs to settle and some of that will result in cosmetic changes, these things shouldn’t be happening after less that two weeks after settlement. The molding is separating from the wall in almost every area of my home. Additionally countertops are separating from the wall, my dishwasher racks were not property aligned, and I had to do multiple walkthroughs in order to ensure that basic expectations for painting and finishing touches were completed before I moved in. The response was very relaxed as if poor craftsmanship is a normal and standard practice. It looks like things were rushed and although I did get an outside contractor to inspect my home on more than one occasion, I still worry about the craftsmanship of my home. For the price point it was not worth it. My advice: Ask a LOT of questions, inspect your home, and make sure you shop around and compare the details to make sure you get the most bang for your buck. The process of working with Pulte Mortgage was very stressful and I only did it for the incentives but in hindsight, I should have worked with a more responsive and professional lending company. ... I would never purchase another home with Pulte. Disappointed with the quality of the material and overall process. I did not feel the loan process was straightforward and transparent.

Overall the homes and the community are beautiful. The exterior aesthetic is different than most builders currently. I fell in love with the open layout design of the Isleton model, particularly the rear kitchen. However, a lot of the luxury options are not included with Pulte as they are with other builders. This is a huge negative. I also did not have a good experience with Pulte Mortgate. Tiffany was good but I did not have a good experience with my loan counselor Ryan and this led me to switch to a different mortgage lender, Truist, during the housebuying process. I am glad I made that decision. I would not recommend using Vintage, the security company that Pulte is contracted with. You are better off with ADT or a home security system such as Ring. Vintage made a mistake in my selections and did not wire my sound system correctly. As a result, they had to come back out after I closed and break a hole in the wall to rewire. Overall, I really like my home. It is spacious and it is my first home. I do not know if I would use Pulte again in the future. ... More

We’re enjoying our new home! We had issues with Pulte Mortgage, but we thank God we eventually settled!

I am happy with my home as is but unfortunately they still haven’t come back to make repairs after 3 months. Overall, they seem to be a little bit careless when it comes to your carpet — found splotches of paint here and there. You can also feel that they put carpet down without ensuring there was nothing underneath it — i feel small bumps here and there. Also the wood/laminate flooring when I did my first walk-through was perfect week before closing. After closing I come back to find it was damaged and something they had to order and replace. After 3 mos. They still haven’t replaced it. Another note: I marked up what needed to be fixed and came back to see that 70% of what I needed fixed was resolved. The other 30% are lingering on. The doors were rough and not sanded properly along the edges which is a hazard to young children. New builds what have you but they could be a bit more intentional and careful. My shelves have a layer of paint on them as it seems they put them in and then proceeded to paint the walls after. Leaves white marks on my clothes is how I discovered. Wasn’t able to remove it to a satisfactory degree. Still rough to touch. Overall, I believe it’s a case of overpromise, and under deliver. Great people on the ground and I believe they have good intentions but I just need them to deliver as promised. Overall product quality is great but the nuances, while they aren’t déterrants, have been annoying at best. ... More

Overall the experience was streamlined and easy to buy through pulte financing. Alot of moving parts with checking and re-checking the quality of the build. Quality assurance is near impossible with just one construction manager. He did a good job but its alot of moving parts to manage multiple units. We are going through the repair process now with issues found after closing, which is the real test. So far the tile company was great and repaired a broken tile in the shower and some sanding.

I thought the home materials were good quality. Not even a month after moving in the bathroom sink basin got a big Crack. Pulte is unable to fix it because it didn't happen during closing. I doubt I'll buy a Pulte home again. Everyone should beware and pay close attention to the finishes if choosing Pulte.

My experience with Pulte Homes Staff was great. I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie as my sales rep. She was phenomenal especially with her knowledge, expertise, and understanding in selling the Pulte Home experience. Also, my experience working side by side with Bob (the foreman) helped my transition into the new home successful. He went to great lengths explaining the details of what my Pulte Home had to offer. His assistance along with Stephanie's expertise helped make my Pulte Home move in great. Out of all the homes I've had, Pulte Homes is the best builder hands down. The sales team did their part and got me everything I wanted in the new home, but that’s where the positive experience ended. After closing expect little support, your loan to be sold, and for them to pull your credit again. My loan was transferred to M&T within two month and when Pulte no longer serviced my loan they pulled my credit again. When I asked them about it, they said it was for an audit and I gave them the authorization during closing. This was a lie. They could not provide proof of the document that authorized the pull and after three weeks, no one has an idea who or why it was pulled. My credit took a significant hit because of this and I’m furious because the credit bureau won’t lift it. ... More

From the selling agents to the builders everyone was perfect.

My purchasing experience was very smooth. My team held my hand throughout the entire process. Everytime I have a question it only took an hour to have a very detailed response. I would recommend Pulte to my friends and family. We are so excited be be in our new home.

Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

This was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. The entire process was a breeze.

We had a very pleasant experience with Pulte. My husband and I are newly weds and first time home buyers so we were apprehensive in the whole process. Mary, our salesperson was very patient and responsive with all our questions and reservations on certain things. We also thought the support staff including the design team. We were also very happy with our field property manager who also walked us through the process and gave us very good pointers and answered our questions.
