The home is very nice. Just wish the team was more responsive to my emails and concerns during the construction of the home.

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.

The staff (selling and construction) were really good in answering questions and helping us in getting the house as much as we wanted.

This company was great to work with. The sales staff was exceptional and informative and the project manager kept me updated about the status of my home and even went above and beyond when needed.

I am a first time homebuyer and builder. The experience with our Sales Rep, Loan officer, and project manager was a very satisfying experience.

Make sure you get your price in writing, and signed. I was given a price, paid my deposit, then got a call the next day saying they were increasing the price by $10k, take it or leave it. Since they never countersigned, they had a legal right to do this and they would not budge. Clearly, profits took priority over customer service and integrity.

Limited communication, number of outstanding punch list items not resolved, 4 months after settlement and have not received permanent garage door

He is very patient and will listen all you questions and will resolve any issues you may have in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects.

House had a lot of imperfections in the paint job, flooring buckling, spackling of outside stairs had holes in it and concrete perfections on the outside stairs leading to front door. gouges in the garage floor.

This has been the worst experience ever & I’m so disappointed in my new home. I went from super excited to experiencing the worst disappointment of my life. The worst decision ever. I wish I went with a different Company!!!!!

Everything work out just fine

There was a serious lack of creativity when it came to figuring out the siding delay. It was very frustrating! Not to mention that communication did not come from the top down. It’s important that customers know that companies care; not just the sales people.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.

So happy to be in my new home. It’s beautiful inside and out, and the community is an added bonus.

Pulte did a horrible job with the drywall in multiple places. It looks like the home is 20 years old instead of a new build. Pulte damaged my floors and I had to argue for over a week to get them replaced. After temporarily moving out while they fixed the floors, I returned to find glue all over the floor and the floor had bulked up in the kitchen. It was also not level in other places. It’s been 3 weeks and they have still not come back to repair the floor. The steps were also damaged by Pulte and they still haven’t repaired those either. The list goes on and on. The sales manager was great. However, the materials and the contractors that Pulte hires were horrible. The contractors were sloppy at best. We have paint on our wood floors, scratch marks in the floors where they were dragging appliances in our kitchen, dents in the cabinets, loose door cabinets, holes in the walls where they installed the banister incorrectly and failed to patch it up, and so much more. The paint they use is a cheap flat paint that is impossible to keep clean and already looks worn. We are already talking about painting the entire house because of the horrible and cheap paint. More than a few of our windows don’t work. Overall, very disappointed in the materials and even more upset at the horrible contractors. ... More

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

Too many issues to detail

My home buying experience with Pulte was generally a good partnership. I've been in my townhouse just about 3 months, I really like my townhome and during the first month the Pulte building team was awesome responding to requests and issues I contacted them about. Lately, I keep finding evidence that Pulte used CHEAP materials in the building of my home. For instance, I found out that they used the lowest grade paint throughout the interior, I'll have to paint probably within first year because what's on the walls is only what's known as a base paint - that's according to the paint shop where I picked up my free can of touch-up paint! That made sense to me because almost every time I walk past a wall a paint chip falls down (noticeable on my dark wood floors!) I changed a light bulb in my garage and the darn light socket just came down as I twisted the bulb out. It wasn't properly anchored to the ceiling! Today, I had to deal with my smoke detectors sounding off, "LOW BATTERY". I discovered I didn't have a manual for the detectors and the on-line Pulte Owners help was not helpful so I had to figure that one out - I did mention that I've only been in this place 3 months right? Wonder if used batteries put in the detectors?? To be fair, I didn't reach out to Pulte on these latest issues, I figured my home, my problem now. Just peeling the onion and feeling a bit ripped off since my home cost a great deal of money. The mass production, quick build that's taking place with these homes is affecting the QUALITY that is being put out. As a homeowner and I'm trying my best to take care of what's mine but it's a shame that I had to find out that what looks shiny and new isn't really what I thought it would be. ... More
