Overall a good community, with the exception of a several issues, that have been brought to the Pulte Homes team. The quality of material and workmanship is not the best, but can be considered average. Their team is very nice to work with. Home layout is great with storage in abundance. The garage space is very tight and the kitchen cabinets are not very user friendly.

The process of buying was relatively easy. I was worried that they would cut corners and for the most part, it has been good. My only issue is when there were things that were concerning or needed to be touched up, the ticket would take days to get a response and a week or more to get resolved.

in the process of negotiating an interest rate on our mortgage, we were specifically told that Pulte would match any rate offered by any other lender. i received a very slightly lower rate from George Mason but Pulte WOULD NOT match it. they violated my trust in them.

People are friendly and polite. Yes the quality and workmanship are less than great. Several examples. Show curtain rod came off without being used and without having the shower curtain put on. Small cracks in ceiling started to appear in one month after closing. Cuts in the wood floor. I noticed those defect not having been moved in.

All things considered - just have been a month in The house. So far without any big issue. Most of issues are cosmetic due to sloppy/job in a hurry work. Pulte employees are polite, mean well, but unfortunately at times unhelpful. Overpromise and underdeliver. Quality of materials seem good. Problem is sloppy work due to how fast they build and little attention to detail. Or quick fixes that don’t solve the problem. Overall good materials, good houses, little attention to detail.

The team at Pulte was proficient and good to work with - very timely in response to inquiries and issues. The quality of some finishes makes me question their subcontracting - rushed and not good value for price paid. If I buy another home, I would go with the basics and hire out my own contractors for higher quality finishes and materials.

Biggest disappointment was in the very shoddy workmanship, with painting of doors. There are dried paint runs and finger prints on the doors. It was brought up but they never addressed it, pretty muy new us off. Garage floor lines are crooked or not square and cracked floor. Molding already coming off the walls in less than six weeks. Address plate was poorly painted as well, was supposed to be fixed and they never did. Overall very disappointed in the quality, especially when you pay as much as we did got this home. I DON’T recommend PULTE homes.

Sales agent was great and helpful but after moving in there were many quality issues to the home. Ceiling seam was wrong so my ceiling bubbled up and when they came to fix it they left a dent/hole on the wood floor. Our wifi upgrade took forever to get done. vintage took over a month to get someone out to install WAPs and when they came out the installer did not even know why he was there and did not have the right things. sometimes the lights take awhile to turn on after the switch has been flipped and our shower rods have randomly fallen off in two bathrooms when nothing is even being ...

Pulte was 100% communicative and responsive during the home buying process. AFTER I moved into the home, there were a few issues that needed to be taken care of - one of which that was promised during the final walk thru - that still has yet to be delivered. Constant calls to the community customer representatives for repairs on items is turning out to be a nightmare and quite frankly is a huge disappointment. We've bought his house based on its location and the fact that it is a new construction. Design of house is fine, used every inches of the space to be useful and functional. I am happy with my home as is but unfortunately they still haven’t come back to make repairs after 3 months. Overall, they seem to be a little bit careless when it comes to your carpet — found splotches of paint here and there. My overall buying experience was great. Brigitte from the Sales Office was very helpful and responsive. Bobby the Construction Manager was also great and helpful. However, the Mortgage team was not as pleasant in dealing with, particularly the loan processor. Definitely rushed it at the end and you do not get what you paid for here. Poor craftsmanship from the beginning and will require a lot of work to fix on the latter end. Pay attention to all the details before closing and if you can, pick better material. Otherwise, the builder will use cheap material. Glad there is a warranty to get these addressed. Will have to see how far it goes in the repairs post installation/closing.
