The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

Warranty service is very slow and sometimes unresponsive. I have to email/ call multiple times for same issue before someone finally gets back to me..

Terrible communication from start to end, terrible quality and overpriced! I made a costly mistake!

I brought up a concern that my inspector had to the PM and he said it was not a concern. Well it turned into a leak and mold issue. Had he been present during the actual inspection I think my inspector and him would have resolved this issue. Or in the very least when I met with him a few days later not been so dismissive of everything the inspector mentioned to me. The crazy thing is when the HVAC guys showed to fix the leak, they said they informed Pulte of the same issue that my inspector mentioned, a few months back when they were on sight before I closed on the home. The team that I dealt with once the mold was present from Pulte were different people and I felt taken care of. However, having a kid with severe allergies I can't help but think that my home still has mold in it when it ALLLLL could have been prevented. ... More

We have been moved in since March 23rd and have had issue after issue that has gone unresolved. Pulte hasn’t sent us any help besides a few emails. In my opinion we shouldn’t even be paying the mortgage if none of our warranty or services are not being upheld.

Pulte is refusing to address poor insulation in the home that is resulting in excessive heat in the loft and extreme noise from the road behind my home even though I was required to pay for upgraded windows and insulation. They also refused to address high radon levels in my home which is a known problem in the entire development.

The best news for the community is Mr Sean H He does care and helps and supports at all time.

During the construction of our home, we heard a lot about Pulte quality. Within the first two months of living in our home, we have had to repair the oven and the air conditioning. I am not sure that the quality is quite up to the discussion it is given.

Our buying process was very smooth. Great responsiveness from Pulte.

As a first time home builder I had access to the resources and support I needed to help the process run smoothly and finish ahead of schedule. All segments of the process from sales to property management were professional and timely.

Beware you can get decision fatigue from all the choices you have to make when you design a home from scratch. At one point we said yes to a shower head upgrade that Pulte charged $1,700 for and we later found on Amazon for $149. When we pointed that out, they were unwilling to make an adjustment. Otherwise, the buying experience was very pleasant. Unfortunately, our move in has been postponed indefinitely because of the corona pandemic, so we can't speak to how livable the house is just yet.

The staff that helped after the sale were excellent. Even after closing, they provide quick responses to issues.

I am very content in my new home, after moving out of the very large custom built family home that I raised my family in. This house is perfect for me.

I wish Plute’s sale person could have provided truth rather than misleading information to convince the customers to buy the condo. For example, I was told by the sale that the building will be using Pulte patent structure and we will not hear noise from upstairs. It turns out not true, I can hear neighbors above me walking around their rooms. If the sale did not exaggerate, I will buy the unit on the top floor. I asked the sale if I could have hardwood floor instead of carpet for the bedrooms. He told me that it is not an option item, but I can always change to hardwood floor after moving in. That’s why I did not upgrade the carpet since I will change it to hardwood floor. After moving in, I was told that I cannot change carpet to hardwood floor for bedrooms due to county regulations for the condo! I would like to have the fan in the bathroom connected with shower light instead of vanity light. The sale and field manager told me they cannot do it, but ensure me that it is very easy to be switched after moving in. After moving in, the electrician informed me it is very complicated/impossible to switch it! I was happy with Pulte until I moved in and found these problems. Pulte should provide true information to customers especially when it can have big impact on customers’ decision. Also, Pulte does not provide spared tiles and paints to home owners. If these are important to you, you better add them in the contract. ... More
