I wish Plute’s sale person could have provided truth rather than misleading information to convince the customers to buy the condo. For example, I was told by the sale that the building will be using Pulte patent structure and we will not hear noise from upstairs. It turns out not true, I can hear neighbors above me walking around their rooms. If the sale did not exaggerate, I will buy the unit on the top floor. I asked the sale if I could have hardwood floor instead of carpet for the bedrooms. He told me that it is not an option item, but I can always change to hardwood floor after moving ...

I can preface this with "should have gotten everything in writing", but in the moment easier said than done. Our experience started off great with a sales person telling us everything we wanted to hear, immediately after signing to start construction the experience began to degrade. My problem started with Pulte during the constructions of the house July 2019. First the wrong flooring was installed and it took about a month with the back and forth before they admitted that the wrong flooring was installed. The AC vents in two rooms were covered by dry wall, I had to do multiple follow up before it was corrected. The repairs that we were promised during the initial walk through were not touched on the final walk through. I thought the home materials were good quality. Not even a month after moving in the bathroom sink basin got a big Crack. Pulte is unable to fix it because it didn't happen during closing. I doubt I'll buy a Pulte home again. Everyone should beware and pay close attention to the finishes if choosing Pulte.

The quality of the material used is a very low grade. No proper insulation, even the noise of TV can be heard by the neighbors. Quality of the wood floors are terrible, with a small contact they get scratched, tiles in the bathroom are loose, crack on the wall.

This is the 3rd new home that we have purchased in the last 10 years or so. Initially, everything sounded great and it seemed as if Pulte truly stood behind what their employees said. Now we are noticing too many issues with the craftsmanship and no one giving a solution to the repairs needed from a water leak. There has been a hole in our main floor roof for almost 3 weeks now and we are told that someone needs to come assess the situation AGAIN next week. Most of the craftsmanship issues are misalignment of cabinets/drawers, door latches and hinges, and french doors. Also making cuts too ...

The overall quality of the craftsmanship in the home is poor. While I understand the house needs to settle and some of that will result in cosmetic changes, these things shouldn’t be happening after less that two weeks after settlement. The molding is separating from the wall in almost every area of my home. Additionally countertops are separating from the wall, my dishwasher racks were not property aligned, and I had to do multiple walkthroughs in order to ensure that basic expectations for painting and finishing touches were completed before I moved in. The house has many issues. We contacted the builder, but no response. We brought the couple of houses from other builders. They were somehow good to bearable. The Pulte is the worst and not following through the issues. I am very dissatisfied. I will never recommend Pulte to get the dream house.

The sales consultant and construction folks were very responsive and thorough but the quality and workmanship is so, so poor. After closing there were areas that were not painted that we did not catch, the stairwell started chipping, the railings were crooked, things that were promised at the walk through were not followed up on. The mortgage that we have to use in order to receive the incentives, is terrible at best. These house get built so fast they lack details, all the house are the same, the walls are not sanded well, and paints is patchy. Adding things like a dish-wash dispenser next to The sink faucet or soft closing option doesnt cost alot but these touches would make the home buyer feel like it wasnt just a wood box and pulte put it together. I should have known dealing with Pulte was going to be a disaster from day one. From the very initial VIP phone call, all the way through the entire almost 18-month process has been nothing but a disaster and lies. I would not trust Pulte

Make sure you get your price in writing, and signed. I was given a price, paid my deposit, then got a call the next day saying they were increasing the price by $10k, take it or leave it. Since they never countersigned, they had a legal right to do this and they would not budge. Clearly, profits took priority over customer service and integrity.

Had an issue with main staircase with visual nail marks on treads and open gaps between stairs and stringer. All 16 steps out of 16 steps have gaps and nail marks. Reported to site manager before closing and he told us to handle it with warranty. Stairs contractor and Pulte warranty manager came out and look at it. Home that will cracked even before 1 month

The house started showing cracks and the ceiling starts to deteriorated and some drywalls starts to sink within a month. The builder ask you to give them a great survey rate and they do not fix the repairs that suppose to be done prior to closing if you don't comply on it. They claim the house is high quality, but I never seen this low quality even from various leasing apartments
