The key to true satisfaction is when things start to go wrong and the organization is willing to work with you. When I bought the house, the rates started to increase dramatically to the point that I would've almost been priced out of the house I wanted to buy. However, at the last minute Pulte managed to ensure that I would be able to afford this home as intended and they did everything they could to ensure I could move in with max satisfaction. This company was already well rated when I first worked with them and made me a first time homeowner. Our experience buying with Pulte has been great. A good warranty is always something I look for when buying and knowing that I can reach out for any and all issues and get a quick response really provides peace of mind. No matter what kind of home you buy, you will always have "something" that needs to be fixed. I'm very happy with our purchase so far.

We had a very pleasant experience with Pulte. My husband and I are newly weds and first time home buyers so we were apprehensive in the whole process. Mary, our salesperson was very patient and responsive with all our questions and reservations on certain things. We also thought the support staff including the design team. We were also very happy with our field property manager who also walked us through the process and gave us very good pointers and answered our questions.

The staff (selling and construction) were really good in answering questions and helping us in getting the house as much as we wanted.

We loved everything about our new home in Crown, from the quality and workmanship , to the appliances. Every promises made by our builder were met, even after we moved in, he followed up, check on us weekly to make sure everything was perfect. The sales associates were also amazing.
