Pulte does a rush job. Everything from the installation of the doors to the paint job to the construction of the walls was clearly done in a haphazard fashion showing a lack of care. Even the toilet they installed had a crack in the basin. Whenever an issue arises, I have to play email and telephone tag to get any kind of response. And then, there’s a lot of gaslighting about whether or not the issue I present is truly a problem. Don’t buy Pulte.

I moved into my Pulte home about two months ago. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there have been several issues that I believe are worth mentioning: 1. Leaking shower – It took nearly two months to get this addressed, though it was eventually fixed. 2. Material quality – Some of the finishes feel quite cheap. For instance, the shower rods and towel bars keep coming loose. They’ve been fixed, but the poor installation quality makes this a recurring problem. 3. AC and hot water – Neither were working initially, but they were repaired fairly quickly. 4. Creaking stairs – The stairs began creaking within two months of moving in. I was told this would only be fixed once, which is disappointing for a brand-new home. While we really like the community and the service team has been responsive to get things fixed, I do feel that many of these issues could have been avoided with better care during construction. Based on conversations with neighbors, it seems these problems are common throughout the community. It’s disheartening to say, but the overall build quality feels average, and not quite aligned with the price point or what was promised in terms of finish. Build quality is really bad. Customer Care personnel is not effective in terms of responding.

Absolutely HORRIBLE workmanship. Building the house was a nightmare, my floor plan was messed up multiple times, my items that were installed were incorrect multiple times, the paint is cheap, the walls were not all the way sanded down, the work looks cheap and there are multiple things that still need to be fixed including the leaking pipes. Would love to share pictures if you give me a link to upload. Not worth the 1.2 million dollars and would not recommend to anyone I know.

I recently purchased a home, and while the overall structure and layout are great, I’m somewhat disappointed with the finishing touches. The contractors that do the caulking are terrible at their work. It has taken them multiple times to caulk our main shower, without leaving holes in the caulking.

Quality issues with vinyl siding, and CMC management is a disaster.

This is my third home built by Pulte. As a loyal buyer, I recommended the Pulte Homes to everyone!

The garage door is way too loud and obnoxious when opening/closing. The fact that it sounds and feels like a mini earthquake from the primary bedroom is crazy.

Appreciate the pre-drywall, final walkthrough meetings where builder explained everything in great detail.

We loved everything about the process of building with Pulte. From our very first meeting the experience was a delight. We were kept well-informed throughout and our questions were always answered promptly.

Customer service very poor after settlement

Now is almost 2 months after closing and there are still some items such as pendant lights in the kitchen and wood panels that are not being installed.

The level of professionalism and responsiveness to my questions and concerns has exceeded my expectations.

I had a great experience buying a home with Pulte Homes. The sales rep, Bridgitte, is excellent and has helped me with questions and issues. She gives good advice on what to do.

Pulte Mortgage could’ve been more transparent in getting best rate instead of waiting until the last minute leaving no room to lock the rate. Project Manager, Justin was awesome. He kept to his word and made sure we were comfortable with the quality. He continued to answer calls after closing.

I really like the modern look of the house. The craftsmanship is really poor. Some materials are very cheap. Sales representatives are very good and response to your queries. Expected more valued materials from Big group like Pulte.

Quality of workmanship is very poor, I expected a little better quality for almost a million dollar home. Just moved to new house a month ago and already noticed a lot of issues.

It was a great , wonderful experience and amazed with the pulte homes.
