I had a wonderful experience with Pulte. Mark was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we had to deal with supply chain issues which resulted in some delays but overall, Pulte delivered an amazing home. I love everything about this home and love this community so much.

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. Fantastic overall craftsmanship, teamwork, and finished product.

Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

Interior design, location, insulation quality are good.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.

Pulte Condos in Crown Gaithersburg review – Pros: The location of these condos in Crown, Gaithersburg Maryland is fantastic - they are within a stone throw distance from Crown city center that includes 7+ good restaurants/bars, a Starbucks store, a great wine shop, a Harris Teeter, a Sports club and other stores. With easy access to 270, MD 200-ICC and close proximity to Shady Grove Metro Station the location speaks for itself. The external look of the building is very modern and attractive. The building is located across from the pool and community center and therefore has easy access to these amenities. Inside the unit, the upgraded kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are excellent. The floor plan I choose – Brooklyn has nice size open kitchen and living room area. I will definitely give building a 4.5+ star rating out of 5 stars especially because both, the Sales and Delivery/Operation staff is very professional and attentive. Having said that, there are a few elements that could have been designed better to get a 5 star from me. Cons: - The sound proofing in the building, both internally and externally is nearly nonexistent, the ceiling is lower than 9 feet, there is only one elevator in the building of 32 residents that not only is inconvenient but it is also a single point of failure especially for elderly living on the 3rd and 4th floors, the parking is very limited with a very flimsy and noisy garage door protecting the entrance, the adjacent same size windows do not have symmetrical dimensions and therefore creates a challenge for designing high-end window treatment. For the unit size of 1500+ sq. ft. The balcony size is a joke. Obviously, some of these are design while others are construction quality control related issues. Bottom-line - While the corporate planners/architects plan these Condos to maximize the square footage and utilization for obvious reasons however, they do neither have experience nor inclination to make the design for functional living. As with any construction there will be some issues. Pulte is very responsive.

Overall a very good buying experience with Pulte Homes. Good Quality appliances inside the home. The central Circuit Panel and the WiFi extenders are also top of the line. A big shout out to Kyle who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire Closing/Settlement process.

I'm very pleased with my townhome by Pulte. The design is good, the choices were good, dealing with Pultes employees was great, and the overall build was good. I'd definitely recommend them. I absolutely love my layout with a terrace and loft. The design choices were great! I only have a few minor complaints which all of them have been fixed. They miswired my HVAC so the middle floor thermostat sent air to the upstairs floor and my CAT6 outlet was also miswired. Very easy fixes. Both of these issues were subcontracted so I dont really know if I can fault Pulte for it. One thing Pulte should have offered was window blinds and ceiling fans. For some reason they didnt so be prepared for that. Pulte was quick to fix any errors or deal with any complaints I had. Overall I would repurchase my home if I had to do it over. Overall a very good experience and professional.

Built and delivered on time. Informed the progress of construction in a timely manner. Sales representative is very informative and friendly. All the products are delivered as in the sales agreement.

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

The best news for the community is Mr Sean H He does care and helps and supports at all time.

Did not receive a prompt response to service request. For example, when I requested adjustment to water pressure and temperature, I was initially told to call a plumber myself. Eventually, service was provided but had to make multiple contacts. Issue could have been handled more efficiently.
