Great location and have met really nice neighbors

The Pulte sales staff was excellent. Randy and Linh are wonderful and knowledgeable people and were a pleasure to work with. Randy was always able to answer my questions during the sales process and waiting to go to closing. If Randy didn't know the answer he would very quickly get back to me with the information. He always gave great advice. Now that I am living in The Atrium I'm impressed with the overall quality of my unit, especially the finish carpentry, tile work and painting. The appliances are top of the line. The keyless entry and the smart thermostat in conjunction with their apps make thing so much better. The project manager Jeff who I initially worked with during move-in was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quickly got things taken care of and was a pleasure to talk with. Unfortunately, getting the few things that need warranty repair or assistance is a slow, frustrating and tedious process. Further, there is a total lack of communication since moving into The Atrium. There are no emails or newsletters to all owners announcing when amenities will be completed and open. Thus we are left to get pieces of information from other owners. I recognize that this is a new development and expected to experience some problems but the lack of communication should have been anticipated before opening the buildings and systems should have already been set up to provide better communication. ... I am very content in my new home, after moving out of the very large custom built family home that I raised my family in. This house is perfect for me.

The house was completed in a timely order and I was happy with the overall quality and design of the house.

Nice home and nice location.

Overall the buying experience was great. There need to be some things taken into account such as the quality of the flooring, cabinets, sinks etc to match value of home. Also the floor plan needs modification to suit owners preference with regards ti space if bedrooms and closets. Also no storage space and owner has responsibility of creating their own storage which costs extra. Please also consider storage space for cleaning items like mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supply in kitchen area to avoid keeping those items in odd places. Great buying experience!!! The home buying process is great, and the houses are good quality. There should be better attention to detail, but overall they are great homes. Having said that, getting them to do anything AFTER you purchase the home is another story. They will seem responsive at first, but you will get the run around, and you will have to fight every step of the way to get anything done in a timely fashion. And if they don't want to deal with you, you will get ignored (hence why you will need to have A LOT of patience and persistence). Home buying experience was great. However, I do have a few issues with the workmanship in my condo, for instance the master bathroom countertop is not mounted to the counter. But overall happy.

Expected a little higher quality of house and build. The buying process was smooth.

Customer service very poor after settlement

I had a wonderful experience with Pulte. Mark was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately, we had to deal with supply chain issues which resulted in some delays but overall, Pulte delivered an amazing home. I love everything about this home and love this community so much.

The construction manager is always immediately responsive to my needs. He always fixes my problems.

The walk through process was great!

Overall Great Experience. Love the home! Sales Consultants were the best that I've ever worked with (this is the 5th home I've purchased in the past 45 years). Everyone has been great to work with including the construction supervisor, the warranty supervisor, etc. The only negative experience was dealing with Pultes Mortgage Company. I won't go into that...let's just say that it was NOT a good experience.

Responsive staff, and overall positive experience with this group.

This is our first time buying a new construction build and we literally stumbled across this new construction site on a random Sunday afternoon. We met the builders sales agent, Jennifer, who gave took the time to explain to a couple of newbies what the new construction process. We needed an expedited timeline and with Jennifer's constant help, support, empathy and kindness we were able to move into a brand new, gorgeous Pulte townhome in just about 3 months from the day we met her on that Sunday afternoon. Everyone's experience with a new build is different and we had a few hiccups along the way, but I am taking the time to write this review to say that having a talented Sales Rep in your corner made all the difference for us. ... Fantastic overall craftsmanship, teamwork, and finished product.

Nice homes and great location. A bit expensive if compared to a similar home at a different area in MD like Glenburnie. But you are actually paying for the location.

Interior design, location, insulation quality are good.

My experience has been mostly good. They are super helpful, just make sure everything is clear and to your liking before you finish.
