James was extremely helpful as well, making sure I knew who to contact in case of emergencies. Luke and Brian were so helpful during the initial walkthrough as well as the final walkthrough. Answering all of my questions every step of the way!

Kris and Sean, Senior Construction Managers, were informative throughout the construction phase and walk through and no question was to elementary for them to answer. Comments or concerns were addressed on timely and professional manner. Pulte offers a turn key solution on purchasing/building your dream home.

When I found the Pulte community of new townhouses in Sudbury Ma, I was so happy! We purchased on of the Ashton design, and we are so happy. Quality workmanship and the crew we delt with are super nice and very helpful. Value was also great for what we got. We would buy a Pulte home in a heartbeat in the future. My wife and I have been there a month and we love it the only surprise we received that the HOA fees increased a $100 per month and also we paid $34,000 for a tandem parking area in the garage and we are still paying $20 a month to park there. I don’t understand why that is because most of us are on fixed incomes.

We had a wonderful sales person who kept us informed every step of the way. Our construction supervisors were very informative at both of our meetings. A few minor problems noted on inspection were quickly corrected.

Home buying is always a diffidcult process. There are always hiccups along the way. But we did get the house we wanted, got to know the local staff. The staff were also very helpful getting over the hiccups.

This is my first new home so i did not know what to expect but everyone was very helpful and always answered my questions no matter how many i had or how often i emailed or called.
