I am very well satisfied with my purchase if I have a problem I get an immediate response. Someone is always there for you. I absolutely Love it here

Mary was very helpful and accommodating when we were decided to buy a condo. She spent a great deal of time w us as we picked out all the materials we wanted.

Very high end cabinets and appliances. Great response to all need quickly. Sales went in a smooth transaction. Couldn’t be happier. Higher cost was worth it!

Quality of products used ie: bathroom fixtures and paint is mediocre. Planning of kitchen has several issues that could be prevented . For what I paid for the unit materials are subpar .

I was impressed by the professionalism and effort of all of the Pulte staff. The unit was in excellent shape with very few defects. The unit was very slow in being delivered. Sure the NatGrid was late. But after they finished, not much happened. Very inconvenient for someone who is spending that much money. Overall the quality of the appliances is mediocre. The heating unit and washer/dryer are exceptionally loud.

The whole experience was professional, and facilitated to make it easy and timely. I am a bit astonished as the very very poor quality of the bathroom hardware but esp. the cheapness of the shower. Esp. In an over 55 community.. But I trusted without looking.

We love our new home and the Vale community! However, the buying process was somewhat undignified from what we would have expected from a large, well established home builder such as Pulte. Bottom line: promises were not kept. If they promise that any of the furniture comes with the home, we strongly suggest that you ask them to put it in writing. The other issue we had was with regard to quality control with respect to the home appliances. Unfortunately there was none! We moved in and were without 3 working appliances for the first couple of weeks. Although they were under warranty, we had to take time out of our busy work schedules to meet the repairman multiple times so they could diagnose, troubleshoot and order parts. Great space but the dynamics and the locations of things placed int he space does not make sense and makes it a bit inconvenient. Build seemed rushed so we found a few inconsistent things like unfinished frames, dried paint in the drains causing water backups, clogged toilets that should not be clogged, and finished decor that clearly makes it different than other units. But it is a new build and home so we are trying to enjoy this experience but wished it wasn't rushed.

I had a perfect buying experience from the point of sales to working with the building in going over everything the place was offereing.

The Pulte representatives were all courteous, helpful, and accomodating.

Customer care and attention to detail is the best!

The process was taken longer than expected but it worth the time.

Overall, we're happy with the quality of the townhouse and responsiveness of Pulte to any issues so far.

I had an excellent experience with Pulte. Their sales, construction, and mortgage teams demonstrated excellent communication from the onset and throughout the build process. They hit their milestones and enabled us to close on schedule. Their build quality is great and the design elements are thoughtful. Their post-sale warranty experience has also been great so far. Jon and Rob are quick to respond and resolve any items that come up. I'd highly recommend their homes!

The building team has been very responsive to my requests for handicap adaptations for my severe arthritis. I am very pleased with my unit and looking forward to spending many years of comfortable living here.

This is the second review that's been requested and I was contacted by customer care at corp. I could go on with my concerns but please refer to my first review.

The sales team has been great and the engineers and technicians have done a great work describing everything and helping me settle in. It is still too new to know how well things are but, overall, things seem solid. Certainly, the great service also comes with a relatively high price.

The home buying process was clear and the salespeople are wonderful human beings!

Many stages about the experience were excellent. Clean up of unit just prior to moving in was just satisfactory. Flooring not cleaned well & if it had been done, Pulte would have noticed one section of the flooring was covered with some construction spillage & unwanted material. Response to resolve very disappointing.

We are loving our new home. Thought the transition would be difficult, but we are home!

Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.
