This is the second review that's been requested and I was contacted by customer care at corp. I could go on with my concerns but please refer to my first review.

Overall workmanship is just OK—nothing at all stellar, just OK—don’t have lofty expectations The after sale warranty service they tout is beyond dismal—good luck getting your issues addressed—and forget about a timely manner, that’s such a joke

We love the model we chose and the location is great. We are still getting settled and have taken on remodeling our basement to complete our home. Only wish garage was a little wider I don’t know not everything is great

I will say that the project managers Norman and John return our call promptly and do everything they can to resolve and problems as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Above ratings are distorted (lower) because of 1 group. 1) Pulte HQ communication was excellent 2) Customer Service once moved in was/ is outstanding. MIke and Chandler understand and truly exhibit the meaning of customer centric. .A few things they did made such a positive impact and we appreciate them. 3) Sales after P&S was fine for very minor things but several key and critical aspects , so important to us, were a challenge after challenge and frustration. They lacked an understanding of how to communicate, work with, exhibit even some flexibility and how to value customers. The builder identified several defects that needed to be corrected. About 6 weeks after the passing, those defects still need to be corrected. Detail siding work had several defects. I am still trying to get them corrected.

Good workmanship quality builders.

I like The workmanship and layout of the condo. My complaints are minimal . Only 2 TV outlets, not even one in room you call the den. The trash room is locked. So you carry out trash , have to put it down on carpet, unlick the door, pick up trash bag then put it down because you need two hands to open the chute. Locked? Ridiculous! What is anyone going to steal? Halls and garage are overly cold with the air conditioning.

The entire procedure was boilerplate for me. I really didn't have too much contact with builders. Maybe there should be an N/A category?

There is high cost applied to few things like lot premium

Generally good but several quality issues with cabinets.

Be sure to ask who is going to be your neighbor, if they will give you the info. I have people above me who have handicap needs and the noise level is at times very high. Either more insulation is needed between floors or should be covered in carpeting....

I think the owners should have more options in selections - ex. if the owner wants handicap cabinets bottoms or not - this is not for everyone - some examples in model home choices don't always appear to be the same when installed - owners should be allowed more custom options of the condo - big tubs a waste in master bath - keep a larger shower and linen closet. add more kitchen cabinets

Issues discovered after moving into unit in November still not addressed in January. sent emails also with no response. I feel one issue is the bedroom widows, Bedroom gets as cold as 60 deg.

multiple delays and not organized well.

We moved in on 5/12/21 and up to now we have some problems that are not scheduled to be fixed

Work in detail is not good.

I am unable to sit on my deck most nights because the stench from the septic system is overwhelming. It is disgusting and Pulte needs to fix it once and for all. Whatever temporary fixes they have tried are not working. It also makes it difficult to take a walk around the property. I find some of the workmanship to be below what I expected. From poor painting to floors that make cracking sounds in spots when I walk on them. I was told this building was well insulated. Well I hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does. My oven wasn’t working when I moved in. It seems that Pulte has cut corners wherever possible to save money. Unacceptable! On a positive note, Derrick from the warranty department is fantastic. Did walk thru in November and issue that we had are still not addressed

Upon moving in and thoroughly inspecting the premises, I find cheap cabinet fronts, not true base units, minimal closet shelving, and the cheapest building materials that a contractor can buy. There is only 1 cabinet in the kitchen with pull out shelves and the supplier is contractor only so we can't order pullouts for the remaining cabinets through them nor does Pulte offer any assistance in obtaining them. We paid for crown molding and wainscoting in the hallway, living room and dining room and find this did not include the hall going into the second bedroom and the opening to the hall in the dining room was not included which looks ridiculous. The installed appliances which we did not get to choose or refuse are of the lowest quality. The ac units in the outdoor storage closet vibrate so much it shakes the wall and is extremely noisy in the bedroom. Should have been insulated to buffer. I fail to see how these units are ADA compliant when there is not one automatic open door entrance in the buildings. Needless to say I am a bit disappointed. ... More

The quality of the work by Pulte is definitely very good for a national builder. When you are going thru the sales and design process be sure to ask for details on every item. They will charge you 1000's for item, but when it is built, it is not what they explained. When you are looking at the model homes you are not looking at the home you will end up with. Example, the model home had the wainscoting in the dining room, but it does not actually come in the home. They will not offer it as an option either. In the end, the home is well built, but you are definitely paying a premium for a cookie cutter home from a national builder. ... More

Still front porch gutter is not in place and I don’t see any commitment..
