Well kept and reasonably quiet.

Good house in a good location

If we had a wish list it would include: 1. safety grab bars in the shower 2. towel bars in the baths. This is an over 55 community. Seniors should be considered when designing the units.

It was a very smooth overall experience.The build quality is great and the community is awsome.

Pulte has a great team at every division. It is one stop shop for home buyers. They took care of mortgage and insurance as well. It would be nice if the houses/rooms are sound proof. Even a small noise in the living room or any other room can be heard the entire house. They have good team who are pretty responsive and takes care of the issues that we encounter after moving in/warranty period.

They were their from beginning to end to answer questions and guard us thru the process. Responsive in returning calls and our concerns. Would definitely recommend Pulte in purchasing a new home.

Our heating unit has been broken for over a month and it has not been fixed. Supposedly they need a part that they can’t seem to obtain. It is actually snowing today. No heat. This is a brand new building. How hard is it to find a part? The are building another 50 unit condominium complex right next to ours. Couldn’t they take one heating unit from there. Our heating unit leaked down to the two floors below us, so we are all unable to have anything in our coat closets.

Great community and friendly people

Quick and easy transaction. However, a few things to be fixed in the unit are taking a long time to get fixed.

This place our new residence is more than a place to call home. It’s place of new beginnings in this complex, new friends, everyone is so friendly. The grounds are beautiful with the atmosphere of the woods around us. My wife and I love living here, it’s nice and quiet.

There is high cost applied to few things like lot premium

It is lovely. I’ve only lived here for 10 days and have not experienced any issues or any untrustworthiness.

Beautiful, well built. The grounds are well kept. Nicely landscaped. The appliances are okay, but to me, are not as good or easy to use as the ones in my old house.

Very pleased with my new condo at Riverside Woods. Sales Associates Mary and Caryn were great!

Overall good experience..

Very bad quality of work done, specially the floor

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

I had no structural observation yet that concerns me at this time. But quality of cabinets with fixtures on them, flooring , sliding patio door and windows are all having issues and does not meet the standards of new construction. In most cases they are contracted to external companies and I don’t see they did a decent job at my place. It’s been couple of weeks since I raised it with no action yet.

pulte made it an easy process and was there to help and answer questions throughout the process

What i feel is there is no QC or oversight after the contractors working on different parts of the home and the owner is responsible to find out those in 1 hour of walk through. This should not be the case for brand new homes, the bath tub was damaged, sink had scratches, the cabinet doors are rattling, wood flooring is chipped and stripped, brand new garage door opener making more noise then my previous 20 year old house, the weather strip on the garage door opener is stripped. These are not all the issues reported. Pulte representatives keep saying we build quality homes, i am at a loss to understand how can a brand new home have so many very obvious issues, if you report some of them after move in they will not even honor those. Absolutely not satisfied and utterly disappointed with the Sales team, build materials and consistency of quality throughout the community. The cabinets chip, nails protrude all over the carpet, incorrect granite or I must say no guidance on how the granite looks if we chose one. We never got our pre-construction meeting. Our neighbors have all the upgrades they wanted as they went one sales team member, when we asked for upgrades we were given a take it or leave it attitude. We paid 780 for a home that we don’t see has that value. Absolutely aggravated and agitated. Knowing Pulte was a national builder we chose to go with it even though of the price thinking we would get premium material for our upgrades but utterly dissatisfied with what has been offered. During the pandemic, Pulte delivered our home on schedule and has been responsive to our questions and concerns after moving in.

My wife and I are very happy with our new home.

Homebuying experenice was easy, pleasant and professional. Staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent and always done in a timely manner. Love the high quality granite, flooring, appliances and open concept foor plan.
