One man cannot take care of the requests at this complex along with 2 or 3 of your other condo complexes. It’s not humanly possible. The main concern of Pulte is build, sell and make money. You have no interest in all the people who have already bought a place. There are a lot of really nice people living here. Many are very disappointed in Pulte. When you call or email you are immediately told to go online to take care of your request. There is no personalization. They are all robots. Some of the up grades should have been standard like grab bars in bath & shower areas. The cabinet under kitchen sink & bath room vanity’s should have a standard floor in it , leave it up to the buyer how they would like it finished

I would like to see a much greater sense of communication between builder& buyer during construction, it would make for a better experience for new owners. Also after moving in I feel there should be a better response to the owners concerns regarding issues needing repair or attention. A timely response to either an owners phone message or an email message to address issues should be a priority.

Interior paint smudges almost spontaneously. We should have bought appliances on our own. Fit and finish poor quality in places. Pulte considers 7 days an appropriate response time.

If we only knew what we hear all night long in the walls before we purchased our retirement home, we would have bought somewhere else. It wakes us up in the middle of every night and when we sent an email to Pulte about our concern, we were told that it this type of issue that comes along with purchasing a first floor corner unit. Loud suction water flushing that shakes the walls, the loud sound of the water gushing behind our bedroom walls. We chose the best in line kitchen to get better look. The sample showed to us was very different than the actual material installed. They seem ugly to us and we are very unhappy. We raised the concern to sales office and they said team will not be able to help us. Sales office should have the true representation of sample that is planned to be installed. Kitchen is most important to us and we really need Pulte's help to resolve issue

The entry door to the unit has gaps. I have reported it several times and not received a response other than we are going to get another company to look at them. The gap is very annoying with light coming in. The paint that was used on the walls was cheap paint it marks easily and flakes. The secondary door from the outside slams shut and have been woken up many times. It was looked at but has not gotten any better. The size of the dogs was supposed to be no more than 10 pounds but there are some very big dogs in the building. The response from the HOA is minimal sometimes ...

We love our home but Pulte only works when you still owe them something

We were promised by Pulte that the open issues before closing are already managed by the time we were closing. We couldn’t verify it with the pandemic but it was all lies. Now it’s been 2 months and we still haven’t gotten what they already said is done, to be even looked at.

I was lucky to buy another new home prior to this purchase. The home buying experience was pretty ordinary compared to the last one. Their inflexibility with options for a home that costs over 800k is laughable.

We identified several issues, including unfinished work and defects, during our walkthrough. Given the current state of the house, it would be unreasonable for Pulte to request us to proceed with the closing. If we were local, I would decline the closing because the house is not ready for occupancy. Even after the closing, Pulte had yet to assign workers to address issues in our house, hindering our ability to change the garage door code. Although we like the unit, dealing with Pulte has been very frustrating. From sales, to closing, to builder manager, to "customer care", there is a overall lack of communication and transparency. Finishing of our unit is messy and careless. Many items on our punch list have not been fixed, and our customer care people have not responded to our email requesting a meeting. Even a simple acknowledgement of our email would have been appreciated. Taking the experience as a whole, knowing what we know now, I doubt we would have bought from Pulte.

Buyer Beware Terrible Service Sloppy Finish Work

We were excited to move in. However we have found 3 pages of poor workmanship issues. We submitted tickets for all. Customer Service keeps making appointments to fix the issues but never show up. Stayed home from work last week to meet with Pulte no show no call. ai guess I am stuck with Pulte’s lousy work.

The quality of products such a engineered hardwood are awfully low. We had a few scratches and broken pieces on upgrade level 3. I have also found broken piece of hardwood glued together. The quality of upgrade 5 of the cabinets are also low. I paid for chef kitchen 10500$ The hood has a a bump and after two months hasn’t been replaced . My dishwasher is not the one on upgrade sheet and is another dishwasher. I have sent an email but no response. The grouts in shower has crack. The fan in bathroom is always on. Pulte Homes in 2021 has had great demand in the area of Hopkinton, MA, hence the bidding process went to a whole new level. We ended up paying a premium for that, and had barely any time to go over our options for upgrades. The Upgrades were insanely priced not at all worth the money they quoted. The rude and arrogant sales agents at Legacy Farms didn't make it any easier. Up until the last min we were going through so much stress of not getting the correct or enough information, which in hindsight wasn't worth it. Needs review on third party workmanship

I had no structural observation yet that concerns me at this time. But quality of cabinets with fixtures on them, flooring , sliding patio door and windows are all having issues and does not meet the standards of new construction. In most cases they are contracted to external companies and I don’t see they did a decent job at my place. It’s been couple of weeks since I raised it with no action yet.

Pulte has not built our home to the expectations that Pulte has in the market. Our basement leaked and we had a contract come and fill it, but it's still unfinished, we moved the end of September and it's almost December but it has not been finished. I am surprised that there are no gutters on the side and the back of the house, Pulte has to do better than what is just expected of them. Overall, with garage door having an issue, crack on walls, poor quality paint every where, I am disappointed in the work and the quality of our home.

Very disappointed in quality and functionality of this condo. Appliances are flimsy and stove is terrible. Both Whirlpool and Pulte should not be happy with that range. The bottom drawer falls out when you pull it open for starters. The tub does not seem to be a standard size but a bigger problem is that those tiny spaces for shower needs are absurd. Can't barely place a shampoo bottle let alone a full size soap on those. Did anyone try these out for function? The cabinetry is very mediocre but the need for organizers underneath sinks is hampered by the fact you can't put a pull out ...

There is no light in the toilet room. They placed a handicap bar behind the toilet, that is of no help to my husband. The towel bar is in the toilet room and not next to the sink. There is a 6 inch border going into the shower so it is not handicap accessible. The cabinets are made of some material that is not wood. The toilet paper holders are plastic. The appliances are the cheapest and bottom of the line you can find anywhere. The "gathering room" is a misnomer as it can only accommodate 3 people.
