Lot price is a direct cash in their pocket. Other than that, the quality of building is great, they are generally responsive to any post sales work, although maintenance requests can take a bit longer. Overall, recommended!

Despite punch list items being agreed the follow up has been slow. If they are waiting to finish all the house construction before they attend to these items then I am fine with that but please inform your customers. Frustration is born from unmet expectations

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman ...

Very disappointed in quality and functionality of this condo. Appliances are flimsy and stove is terrible. Both Whirlpool and Pulte should not be happy with that range. The bottom drawer falls out when you pull it open for starters. The tub does not seem to be a standard size but a bigger problem is that those tiny spaces for shower needs are absurd. Can't barely place a shampoo bottle let alone a full size soap on those. Did anyone try these out for function? The cabinetry is very mediocre but the need for organizers underneath sinks is hampered by the fact you can't put a pull out ...

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

We've just moved into our new home and so far, are quite pleased with the quality and thoughtful design. Any questions that we had had, either prior or after moving in, have been answered promptly and thoroughly. Management took the time to explain our new heating and AC system, let us know about maintenance, and explained many other areas of our new home. Getting settled in could not have been easier!

Interior of house completed on closing date to my satisfaction. Outside landscaping has not been done at all. Downspout on porch is missing. It has been 27 days since my closing.

Once in the home, my customer care rep has been super. Helpful, understanding and attentive to details. My only issues are with the purchasing process. I was told some things by the sales rep that were not true and the whole buying process is geared to designing and building a home. I purchased an already constructed home but had to follow the same process as someone who was building. That simply does not work well and is quite frustrating since you will find yourself making decisions without all the information you want and need to properly determine the best course of action. The quality of the work by Pulte is definitely very good for a national builder. When you are going thru the sales and design process be sure to ask for details on every item. They will charge you 1000's for item, but when it is built, it is not what they explained. When you are looking at the model homes you are not looking at the home you will end up with. Example, the model home had the wainscoting in the dining room, but it does not actually come in the home. They will not offer it as an option either. In the end, the home is well built, but you are definitely paying a premium for a ...

Interior paint smudges almost spontaneously. We should have bought appliances on our own. Fit and finish poor quality in places. Pulte considers 7 days an appropriate response time.

Pulte is a good builder, During the development, Pulte provide three orientations: pre-construction, pre-drywell and pre-closing. It is helpful to know how the house is built by Pulte. After closing, the customer care manager is very nice and responsible. He makes every effort to help owners resolving the issues.
