I am unable to sit on my deck most nights because the stench from the septic system is overwhelming. It is disgusting and Pulte needs to fix it once and for all. Whatever temporary fixes they have tried are not working. It also makes it difficult to take a walk around the property. I find some of the workmanship to be below what I expected. From poor painting to floors that make cracking sounds in spots when I walk on them. I was told this building was well insulated. Well I hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does. Process smooth work with all departments handle us as individuals

Known issue with ovens should have been fixed before closing. Many manuals left with my unit were for installation and not consumer use. Final walk through was too quick to absorb all the information. If any walk in closet is through a bathroom walk in closet should have an AC vent. Base trim corners are all have an unprofessional looking cut. Island wall that would house stools should have been painted “gloss” . Naturally, sitting at the island, shoe markings will happens.

APPLIANCES ARE ALOT TO BE DESIRED. OVEN DIDN'T WORK. DRYER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR. SHOWER DOOR IS VERY FLIMSY.

Quality is not worth the price A/C units should be on the roof for noise control not on your porch Hot water system should be circulating and not wasting water and time waiting for hot water

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a condominium here at Martins Landing. The entire experience from the sales representatives to the construction group to the customer service care group has been great. Like any other large construction projects, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The responsiveness to resolve these issues was excellent. We look forward to many years of happiness here.

The 1st time home buyer process was extremely fun because of the sales office members were some of the greatest people to get in touch with and the construction managers were also amazing. We are enjoying our home and are glad to meet skilled professionals.

Could have left the only wall space in the bathroom clear so you could put a cabinet Instead of the towel rack. Make the washer quieter as it is very noisy and pipes bang against wall. Could have had the dryer door open on the left side. Pay attention to how many times front door jams.

Mass production tends to lose its attention to detail. Obvious mistakes during construction were ignored. There was and still is a long punch list of corrections. That being said we love our house. My biggest love was the navy cabinets and they were my biggest disappointment. So many nicks and smudges and doors that didn’t close right. I am hoping your crew will make things right.

Ideally, I would have preferred a little less kitchen space and countertops and more living space! Other than that, I'm very happy with the condo

While we are mostly happy with our purchase, there are a couple of things that prevent us from giving a glowing review. The plumbing fixtures that were used seem to be low end items. While we expect that there will be some issues with new construction, Pulte's customer service team has been unable to respond quickly or give us a time frame for their team to address the issues.

Paperwork was smooth. Need more precise move in times and more work needed on finishes it seemed rushed

The staff that worked with during the process were helpful and very professional. We did experience delays in actually getting to move in. It was a long wait but in the end well worth it. Happy to be getting settled in a beautiful new home and community.

Working with the Pulte team was an absolute pleasure! Marianna was always readily available to answer my questions! James was extremely helpful as well, making sure I knew who to contact in case of emergencies. Luke and Brian were so helpful during the initial walkthrough as well as the final walkthrough. Answering all of my questions every step of the way!

When I initially saw the model of Claremont, I was shown a walk-in-shower, was not told that was an upgrade at all, I had 6 different people with me two different times visiting unit and was never told I was getting a tub. Since then I have been asking M to give me the contractor they used to install bathrooms and have not had any good results, I moved in 11/13/2023 it is now 1/3/2024. Very disappointed that no one has helped and I’m left on my own. My brother purchased this condo for me and has spent a great deal of money to make my life comfortable, everything else is good, except this bathroom issue.
