From the very start with Jason, he helped me design my dream home! He was very patient when I changed my mind! When I met the builder, Dennis, he was so nice & explained everything to me. At my walk through, Jonathan was so helpful & explained how to use & care for everything in my home. Structurally, this house is amazing! Built very well. I could not be happier! Thank you!

They were their from beginning to end to answer questions and guard us thru the process. Responsive in returning calls and our concerns. Would definitely recommend Pulte in purchasing a new home.

Great community and friendly people

This place our new residence is more than a place to call home. It’s place of new beginnings in this complex, new friends, everyone is so friendly. The grounds are beautiful with the atmosphere of the woods around us. My wife and I love living here, it’s nice and quiet.

Homebuying experenice was easy, pleasant and professional. Staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent and always done in a timely manner. Love the high quality granite, flooring, appliances and open concept foor plan.

We moved in a month ago and Everything has been great from the sales and building process all the way to follow up for any little thing. A special shout out to jay and mark for being so great!!

We've just moved into our new home and so far, are quite pleased with the quality and thoughtful design. Any questions that we had had, either prior or after moving in, have been answered promptly and thoroughly. Management took the time to explain our new heating and AC system, let us know about maintenance, and explained many other areas of our new home. Getting settled in could not have been easier!

From start to finish we found everyone to be very responsive to our questions, needs and moving challenges. From Tina in Sales to Dennis and Brian on the information and support side just before and after purchasing, we feel like we invested in more than a townhome. We are very happy with our decision to purchase a condominium here at Martins Landing. The entire experience from the sales representatives to the construction group to the customer service care group has been great. Like any other large construction projects, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The responsiveness to resolve these issues was excellent. We look forward to many years of happiness here.

The staff that worked with during the process were helpful and very professional. We did experience delays in actually getting to move in. It was a long wait but in the end well worth it. Happy to be getting settled in a beautiful new home and community.
