The builder identified several defects that needed to be corrected. About 6 weeks after the passing, those defects still need to be corrected. Detail siding work had several defects. I am still trying to get them corrected.

Good workmanship quality builders.

Love the new community, people, etc. However, small situations, which should be easily addressed often take months instead of hours to be resolved.

Pulte has a process to guide home buyers through a complex life change. It works. They deliver a quality product and help home owners transition to new experience.

Overall, the entire Pulte experience was great. I am never very trust worthy with those in sales and once again this was true with the inital woman I worked with. Because this was new construction, the model I wanted wasn't available. What she told me and what I got were not exactly the same. She mentioned the model had all the upgrades, but other than mentioning the lights and the color of the cabinets she was pretty silent. So when I went in to my purchased condo I had no pantry. Obviously not the end of the world, but disappointing. Everyone else was a joy to work with.

The response to the defect of public facilities are poor

Overall, we are thrilled to be here. “The Marys” in the sales office were awesome. Construction delays were frustrating but understandable. Sean and Mike W from construction were great! We love the quality of the unit and any minor imperfections will be taken care of. The clubhouse and small gym are fine but it will be interesting to see if will be adequate as the community grows. We really wish there was a pool here but I suppose there would be negatives to having one. Our neighbors are all very nice.

We were excited to move in. However we have found 3 pages of poor workmanship issues. We submitted tickets for all. Customer Service keeps making appointments to fix the issues but never show up. Stayed home from work last week to meet with Pulte no show no call. ai guess I am stuck with Pulte’s lousy work.

There is no light in the toilet room. They placed a handicap bar behind the toilet, that is of no help to my husband. The towel bar is in the toilet room and not next to the sink. There is a 6 inch border going into the shower so it is not handicap accessible. The cabinets are made of some material that is not wood. The toilet paper holders are plastic. The appliances are the cheapest and bottom of the line you can find anywhere. The "gathering room" is a misnomer as it can only accommodate 3 people. They did not have a model to see before buying, only a floor plan and misleading photos which were truly inaccurate. When we moved in the elevator broke and we had to put half of our stuff in storage . The next week they replaced the elevator doors. We still do not have a recycling room set up in the basement so I have to drive to the other dis of town to get rid of my recycling. The fire alarm went off twice in one week and the building had to evacuated (my husband is handicapped and we are on the third floor, it was terrifying). The single kitchen sink is huge, 30 inches long, wastes a lot of counter space. You have to take your house key and fob everywhere, even to the trash room on your floor which for some reason is locked (why???). Honestly it feels like we are living in a hotel and does not feel like home. I submitted warranty issues that needed to be addressed and other than getting a confirming e-mail response, have not heard from anyone: it has been weeks. Sales team and site manager are great; these concerns a quality and design issues. Sales team helped carry stuff up the stairs when the elevator broke. These are mainly design and quality issues. Really enjoyed the experience and the quality of the unit. Sales team of Mary and Mary were awesome! On site team also are great to work with and very helpful

Frankly, I had expected a higher quality of workmanship and quality of details. The washer and dryer were contractor quality and not large enough to was a set of king sheets. This is only one example. Secondly, I am waiting for an item to be installed that I had contracted for which was included in the sale price. I love thé floor plan and the amount of light. The staff is very helpful. I cannot speak more highly about the management company and how quickly they respond to residents.

Overall workmanship is just OK—nothing at all stellar, just OK—don’t have lofty expectations The after sale warranty service they tout is beyond dismal—good luck getting your issues addressed—and forget about a timely manner, that’s such a joke

My wife and I have been there a month and we love it the only surprise we received that the HOA fees increased a $100 per month and also we paid $34,000 for a tandem parking area in the garage and we are still paying $20 a month to park there. I don’t understand why that is because most of us are on fixed incomes.

We had a wonderful sales person who kept us informed every step of the way. Our construction supervisors were very informative at both of our meetings. A few minor problems noted on inspection were quickly corrected.

Home buying is always a diffidcult process. There are always hiccups along the way. But we did get the house we wanted, got to know the local staff. The staff were also very helpful getting over the hiccups.

The experience was great and we love our new condo
