Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. Process smooth work with all departments handle us as individuals

Sean, I have to say my experience with you, Chris and Tom was excellent and very professional. appreciate all your time in explaining the condo construction in detail. I appreciate your response to my questions during the process. This has been a very emotional time for me in my life. This process has been nothing but smooth and professional.

The process was smooth. There has way too much paper!

Everyone was very helpful through the purchasing process. Very attentive and courteous.

Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

The experience was great until the end. Last few items on the punch list are taking forever — drawer in master bathroom and incorrectly placed downspout in the front.

Overall, the entire Pulte experience was great. I am never very trust worthy with those in sales and once again this was true with the inital woman I worked with. Because this was new construction, the model I wanted wasn't available. What she told me and what I got were not exactly the same. She mentioned the model had all the upgrades, but other than mentioning the lights and the color of the cabinets she was pretty silent. So when I went in to my purchased condo I had no pantry. Obviously not the end of the world, but disappointing. Everyone else was a joy to work with.

Pulte team from sales, construction and mortgage are easy to work with and very responsive.

Pulte is a good builder, During the development, Pulte provide three orientations: pre-construction, pre-drywell and pre-closing. It is helpful to know how the house is built by Pulte. After closing, the customer care manager is very nice and responsible. He makes every effort to help owners resolving the issues.

The 1st time home buyer process was extremely fun because of the sales office members were some of the greatest people to get in touch with and the construction managers were also amazing. We are enjoying our home and are glad to meet skilled professionals.

The only reason I did not rank "great" across the board is we've only been in the home a few weeks. Quality of the build and materials will not to start revealing themselves until more time has passed. The Pulte client success managers and punch contractor have all been highly responsive thus far to needed adjustments after we moved in.

All the issues has been repaired fast and well by Jon, we are very pleased
