This is a gorgeous home, I couldn’t be happier! I love the design and spaciousness. When I first moved in and had home/repair questions, it didn’t feel very organized, and still have to reach out more than once for service and questions. The whole process of buying was quite smooth, though at the end, became stressful with last minute closing dates being changed, and the rep got testy and a bit unprofessional, which added to the stress. But overall, I am very happy, and the service is improving, requests are responded to more timely, though I wish I already had my HOA coupon book promised. I worry about late fees after being here 2 months. And the recycling has yet to be set up, which is troubling, as I collect my plastic and glass, rather than filling landfills! This is my first new home so i did not know what to expect but everyone was very helpful and always answered my questions no matter how many i had or how often i emailed or called.

Very easy to work with! Pulte gave us everything we wanted.

The quality of products such a engineered hardwood are awfully low. We had a few scratches and broken pieces on upgrade level 3. I have also found broken piece of hardwood glued together. The quality of upgrade 5 of the cabinets are also low. I paid for chef kitchen 10500$ The hood has a a bump and after two months hasn’t been replaced . My dishwasher is not the one on upgrade sheet and is another dishwasher. I have sent an email but no response. The grouts in shower has crack. The fan in bathroom is always on. There was no phone number to contact anyone during buying process. Email was the way to correspond it. We were at dark for months about the closing date and just a week before closing we were informed. From the purchase process through all phases of construction and the Closing on our new home here at Upton Ridge, the entire Pulte team has been EXCEPTIONAL This entire experience has exceeded our expectations (which were high to begin with)! Potential buyers should know that the Pulte team does what they say they are going to do in a knowledgeable, professional and customer friendly manner.

Lack of communication. No clear message.NO estimate closing date.

Work with our sales person has been excellent. She was helpful with selections and also with advise about options. She has let us know what was happening during construction and explained the delays. The biggest problem that we had was that when we walked through prior to closing there were many things not finished and no touch up had been done. We were promised that they would be done by closing and nothing was done. For example, our refrigerator was not set up, the washer and dryer not connected, vent covers and covers under the kitchen sink were missing, doors were cracked and split and an attempt to repair one door left it off the hinges in our bathroom - it needed to be replaced. The paint job was sloppy and there was glue and other material on the floors. There were cap over the screws missing on the front door and the outer door windows were covered with excess paint. It was really sloppy and it delayed our moving in be several days. Since closing Jon has been in and taken care of a number of these concerns. He has been amicable, apologetic and efficient. However, when he was out we got no response to requests. We have now been in our home for a month and just got the keys to our mail box so we can receive mail. Although we are still pleased to be living in a Pulte Home and greatly appreciate the responsiveness to our requests for repair of items that should have been done at closing, we are considered that there is a serious problem with preparing these homes for sale in an expected way that may deter others. We hope that this is a temporary problem. We also have not heard from the management company and the field behind us is tremendously overgrown and for those of us with allergies is a serious problem that also must detract from sales. Overall great experience. Disappointed on our driveway. Our building is th only one with a very short driveway. All other units can park at least 4 cars. We barely get 2.

I do love the Condo , but I see where they left walls unfinished and my front door you can see outside light. They said they would contact for a punch list after being at the condo for a while. I am sure they will fix any issues.The appliances are great quality. It is quiet and I love being in the back and looking at the trees. The only draw back is no sunlight comes in to the condo so it is always dark.

The sooner you decide upon purchasing the better. This should allow you to make a number of style/contents decisions which would be unable to be done if buying later the construction process. My experience with Pulte has been a favorable one. Realizing that there's a lot going on and that the times we live are challenging enough, overall we are confident that our decision to buy at Pennington was/is the right one.

Straight forward honest staff.

Living in town it was easy to see the progress of the new building! Mary was excellent meeting with her! Nancie took over and kept everyone well informed with emails! Closing and move in we’re assigned! It was easy to change the move in date! We did encounter a few hiccups after move in! However Chris took care of them! Everything was fixed in a timely manner! So far Riverside Woods has been very enjoyable.

I like The workmanship and layout of the condo. My complaints are minimal . Only 2 TV outlets, not even one in room you call the den. The trash room is locked. So you carry out trash , have to put it down on carpet, unlick the door, pick up trash bag then put it down because you need two hands to open the chute. Locked? Ridiculous! What is anyone going to steal? Halls and garage are overly cold with the air conditioning.

Marianna is an absolute star and deserving of any recognition you have to offer. I purchased from Pulte while 3000 miles away and Marianna made the process as easy as possible with her extensive knowledge and sage advice. I am very impressed by the quality of my new home and looking forward to settling in and spending many peaceful years here

Overall smooth buying experience, staff are professional. However the house gets unexpected delay for a long time.

I began the purchase process early, before building completion, and all my expectations were met. My new condo unit is great.

This is our second Pulte purchase. The quality of the build is excellent. The sales team is very attentive and walked us through everything we needed to know. When we were scheduled for our walk thru we were so pleased with our unit. John & Lane we’re excellent and explained everything we needed to know including operation of everything and utilities. We couldn’t be happier!

Very disappointed in the overall conclusion and move in experience. Also, there should be two elevators in each building not just the one, with the amount of use they get.. Very unorganized. Once in, did not find the cabinetry nor the shower doors to be of good quality. Also, have reached out to have questions answered and no one at the Management company has returned my phone call. Rather dismayed, as I had heard good things about Pulte.

The entire procedure was boilerplate for me. I really didn't have too much contact with builders. Maybe there should be an N/A category?

Overall the experience was good. Sales Manager Mariana Lacoi was in touch often and very helpful in keeping us up to date. John Demarco was exceptional in taking us through the condo and explaining all we needed to know. We are very pleased and happy with the condo and how it was built. The only disappointment might be lack of draws in bath cabinets and maybe a light or two in the bedrooms although it is set up for our own lighting fixtures if we choose to do so. Moving in experience went well although pretty stressful at times. Overall, good move for us and we are very pleased.

During construction they talked about the levels of material to block out noise. Realizing there would be some potential noise I am disappointed from the noise above me. I know this is cookie cutter construction but given there were some options given there were some additional ones that should be included in a 62+ community, such as a bench seat in the shower. The ability to look at the construction on line was not helpful at all. The message never changed and nothing to see. When it is not a single house but a large complex with people moving in from all over, it might be a good idea to provide some information about the area. I am sure if you worked with the city/town they would be willing to put together some brochures or pamphlets of the businesses, town facilities, carpenters, painters, handyman, etc ... More
