I think the owners should have more options in selections - ex. if the owner wants handicap cabinets bottoms or not - this is not for everyone - some examples in model home choices don't always appear to be the same when installed - owners should be allowed more custom options of the condo - big tubs a waste in master bath - keep a larger shower and linen closet. add more kitchen cabinets

Highly recommend Pulte homes. Pulte is the most innovative and best home buying experience! I have seen Pulte homes in MA and Florida .. they are always leagues above all the other new construction homes in this price range. I built a new construction home prior to Pulte .. so I'm familiar with the troubles that building a new construction home can bring. With Pulte, everything was flawless and I was informed every step of the way. Even though there was a delay due to covid supply (obviously a global pandemic) .. I know that I have the best home and best value. There isn't a better feeling ...

If we only knew what we hear all night long in the walls before we purchased our retirement home, we would have bought somewhere else. It wakes us up in the middle of every night and when we sent an email to Pulte about our concern, we were told that it this type of issue that comes along with purchasing a first floor corner unit. Loud suction water flushing that shakes the walls, the loud sound of the water gushing behind our bedroom walls. It is so loud that at times you feel like the water is going to come right through the walls with the force of that suction sound, plus the water ...

I haven’t reported issues, yet. I am on the first floor with what I was told single hung windows and I am freezing. Blinds and shades didn’t help much. I don’t understand vents in the ceiling when everyone knows heat rises. I wish with all my heart I could write you a great review.

Sales does not disclose issues with the apartment complex adjacent to Martins landing. Our HOA fees pay for a doggy park for Edgewood apartments, dogs from Edgewood urinate and defacate on our common areas damaging the sod and bushes. Apt renters do not pick up after their dogs in our common areas and harass Martins Landing owners. Dartmouth Group refuses to enforce the Condominium rules and regulation, they ignore e-mails sent by unit owners of violations. The whirlpool appliances included with your purchase are of poor quality and have lots of issues . Wait period for fixes up to 3 ...

This was not our first experience with new construction which is why we do appreciate that our home was well built. But the demeaning manner in which Pulte treats its customers is appalling. They can delay, delay, delay and lie about the reasons but fine you $500 a day if you can't make the closing date they finally are willing to show up to. Post-sale, the responsiveness to repair issues has been inconsistent. Problems that they have addressed were properly resolved. But there is little communication on open items

Issues discovered after moving into unit in November still not addressed in January. sent emails also with no response. I feel one issue is the bedroom widows, Bedroom gets as cold as 60 deg.
