Pulte Homes in 2021 has had great demand in the area of Hopkinton, MA, hence the bidding process went to a whole new level. We ended up paying a premium for that, and had barely any time to go over our options for upgrades. The Upgrades were insanely priced not at all worth the money they quoted. The rude and arrogant sales agents at Legacy Farms didn't make it any easier. Up until the last min we were going through so much stress of not getting the correct or enough information, which in hindsight wasn't worth it. We still have outstanding issues for our home, but no idea when they will get ...

Poor job of painting throughout entire unit. Some walls look as if the paint brush was to dry. Kitchen cabinets as well as some closet doors have some spots, scratches, small cracks, and uneven paint finish. Was not told that top window does not tilt in to wash. How can we wash them especially if it it’s difficult to take screen out. One of the planks on wooden floor is lifting So very disappointed, thought that Poulte had a reputation as a fine builder that is why we bought looks as if that is not the case at least with our unit. Would be helpful if we could get some feedback as to why ...

Unable to address simple issues like Shower door installation, laundry room door even after 6 weeks of closing is quite frustrating. The issues raised during final walk through stays pending for 6 weeks and no response / feedback from the construction team to several emails.

Our overall experience has been outstanding. Our last community was Ryan Homes in Delaware. What a difference. So much better. It was so easy to work with Debi on picking options. Quality workmanship is obvious when looking around. When small issues came up, Michael and Dennis responded back and things got done. We are very happy that we decided to go with a Pulte home.

This was a good experience. It was a bit overwhelming to me but I have to say Mary and Lori were so knowledgeable and helpful. They answered every question with that knowledge base… and, they were always so nice and pleasant. And, orientation with Mike was amazing… great information presented so well. From the 1st visit to move in day wonderful professionals to deal with. The condo is so lovely…. the finishes, the plumbing…. every detail so well thought out and executed.

Have not encountered any major issues with our new residence. The only downer is that I received my FOB and I've had issues with it working properly. I am currently still awaiting the delivery of my replacement FOB. My feeling is that it shouldn't take this long to get a working FOB.

Poor communication. Few things that were promised (like insulating all the walls of basement ) were not done. Poor quality of material at few places. Poor carpet work.

Upon moving in and thoroughly inspecting the premises, I find cheap cabinet fronts, not true base units, minimal closet shelving, and the cheapest building materials that a contractor can buy. There is only 1 cabinet in the kitchen with pull out shelves and the supplier is contractor only so we can't order pullouts for the remaining cabinets through them nor does Pulte offer any assistance in obtaining them. We paid for crown molding and wainscoting in the hallway, living room and dining room and find this did not include the hall going into the second bedroom and the opening to the hall in ...
