Overall experience was good. Worked out some issues

Again, the heating thermostat is very confusing. Also, the shower door kept rolling open, but it has now been fixed.

The sooner you decide upon purchasing the better. This should allow you to make a number of style/contents decisions which would be unable to be done if buying later the construction process. My experience with Pulte has been a favorable one. Realizing that there's a lot going on and that the times we live are challenging enough, overall we are confident that our decision to buy at Pennington was/is the right one.

It’s a beautiful unit

I am very pleased to have bought a condo at Highcrest from Pulte homes. Pulte Holmes has been around for a long time and can be trusted for offering quality home and a fair market price. The process of going through the purchase, mortgage(I financed through Pulte) and closing was an extremely stress-free and pleasant experience. The only surprise perhaps was that a garage space was optional and therefore came at an additional coast - this became clear only when started discussing the pricing. 1) Major problems with the elevator in building 5. 2) Unhappy with paint or plaster that dropped on many areas of our carpet. Unable to remove without damaging the carpet. 3) Not happy with the management company so far. Don't feel like we are getting the support and communication that we need. There are only 2 buildings built. Concerned for the future when there are 9 buildings. 4) Not sure the delay in setting up recycling bins. No communication.

Excellent responsiveness to consumer’s after-purchase problems or needs.

Some issues I noticed after I moved in. Defect on wood floor which will be fixed. Plumbing leak which’s they fixed. Cabinet doors not aligned. Some painting not done properly. Pulte has been very responsive. Hvac filter not easy to chamge

Once in the home, my customer care rep has been super. Helpful, understanding and attentive to details. My only issues are with the purchasing process. I was told some things by the sales rep that were not true and the whole buying process is geared to designing and building a home. I purchased an already constructed home but had to follow the same process as someone who was building. That simply does not work well and is quite frustrating since you will find yourself making decisions without all the information you want and need to properly determine the best course of action. When you are purchasing something that is already built, you want to first settle on a price, then get an inspection done and then move on with financing. With Pulte you can't do that. Needs to be fixed. The house itself is of very good quality and with the warranty in place there are protections. But I have very little experience on an ongoing basis regarding execution of any warranty items. I am still in what I consider punch list phase but can say that at this phase, customer care has been great. ... More

Overall a good quality product. Some kinks to clear out however understandable with new construction. Construction team very attentive. One issue has been the post construction quality control, and too much of a bureaucratic approach by management.

APPLIANCES ARE ALOT TO BE DESIRED. OVEN DIDN'T WORK. DRYER HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE DOOR. SHOWER DOOR IS VERY FLIMSY.

When I initially saw the model of Claremont, I was shown a walk-in-shower, was not told that was an upgrade at all, I had 6 different people with me two different times visiting unit and was never told I was getting a tub. Since then I have been asking M to give me the contractor they used to install bathrooms and have not had any good results, I moved in 11/13/2023 it is now 1/3/2024. Very disappointed that no one has helped and I’m left on my own. My brother purchased this condo for me and has spent a great deal of money to make my life comfortable, everything else is good, except this bathroom issue. We are so happy we moved here. The unit we bought is well and beautifully built.

Good Homes in good Schooling districts. Good community.

We have had a couple of minor issues since we moved in. Pulte rep responded and corrected those issues without undo delay

Have not encountered any major issues with our new residence. The only downer is that I received my FOB and I've had issues with it working properly. I am currently still awaiting the delivery of my replacement FOB. My feeling is that it shouldn't take this long to get a working FOB.

Problem with pipe leaking to unit below me was handled quickly and efficiently.

Most of my minor issues were addressed quickly and professionally

I wish that I know before buying this place that they allow to have a pet. I don’t like pets! I just hope they will keep this place CLEAN outside and inside the building. Thank you and keep the good work.

Beautiful, well built. The grounds are well kept. Nicely landscaped. The appliances are okay, but to me, are not as good or easy to use as the ones in my old house.

You will have high expectations when you get house from Pulte. I was not happy at all initially the way house delivered. But after some days Tim and his team helped me, turn it around and change my perception towards Pulte. Tim listed all my issues and address them one by one during this extra ordinary situation. Thanks Greg, Tim, Jon and Brian for all their effort and helping the community.

Overall process was very streamlined

Despite punch list items being agreed the follow up has been slow. If they are waiting to finish all the house construction before they attend to these items then I am fine with that but please inform your customers. Frustration is born from unmet expectations
