The building takes pride in their work. We had a congratulations walk-thru which was wonderful. We learned about the until, it systems, etc. and was told that we would have another inspection within one year!

Purchased unit with the plans shown for the development. Those plans are now changing half way through the development process on the additional buildings. Bathrooms did not come with storage. Medicien cabinet or drawers really should be standard.

Below average support by sales staff partly arising from sellers market. They interact with you as if they are doing you a favor. Stress during closing process was horrible

We love our home but Pulte only works when you still owe them something

We were promised by Pulte that the open issues before closing are already managed by the time we were closing. We couldn’t verify it with the pandemic but it was all lies. Now it’s been 2 months and we still haven’t gotten what they already said is done, to be even looked at.

Be very careful to get all the details that may help you make an informed decision to by . Poultry has a policy of not availing things you need to know before you go to p&s and contract to by. If I was made more aware I would not have done business with them.

From the day I first saw the model room, I've wanted to live in a room like this. It would have been great if we could request a kitchen design ourselves, but it's unavoidable because the property we purchased was already completed. Still, I live now and have no complaints. I am satisfied with the sophisticated and comfortable space to live in.

I expected them to be more forthcoming about information of delays in finishing the build. They ignored the fact that people are selling their homes and it is important to have a time frame.

I expected a more quality build. The floor looks like the material was left over from a store. One of the doors didn't latch properly and the bedroom window is leaking quite a bit of air causing the room to be cooler than the rest of the rooms. It is only a one bedroom home so I expect the heat to be very consistent.

From the very start with Jason, he helped me design my dream home! He was very patient when I changed my mind! When I met the builder, Dennis, he was so nice & explained everything to me. At my walk through, Jonathan was so helpful & explained how to use & care for everything in my home. Structurally, this house is amazing! Built very well. I could not be happier! Thank you!

The community is great. The issues are usually taken care promptly. The quality of construction is good although some areas are left desirable ( cabinets, bathrooms fittings)

Some of the up grades should have been standard like grab bars in bath & shower areas. The cabinet under kitchen sink & bath room vanity’s should have a standard floor in it , leave it up to the buyer how they would like it finished

I would like to see a much greater sense of communication between builder& buyer during construction, it would make for a better experience for new owners. Also after moving in I feel there should be a better response to the owners concerns regarding issues needing repair or attention. A timely response to either an owners phone message or an email message to address issues should be a priority.

Point blank, I have had a plumbing problem since I moved in related to the loud, grating noise in the master bathroom each time the toilet flushes upstairs of my unit. This challenge has awakened me in the middle of the night and in the early morning for over a month, and I am not a light sleeper.
