One man cannot take care of the requests at this complex along with 2 or 3 of your other condo complexes. It’s not humanly possible. The main concern of Pulte is build, sell and make money. You have no interest in all the people who have already bought a place. There are a lot of really nice people living here. Many are very disappointed in Pulte. When you call or email you are immediately told to go online to take care of your request. There is no personalization. They are all robots. Also, the law firm you hired for the closing were very unprofessional. We had to stand in a hallway signing many papers on a counter probably 12” x24”. The entry door to the unit has gaps. I have reported it several times and not received a response other than we are going to get another company to look at them. The gap is very annoying with light coming in. The paint that was used on the walls was cheap paint it marks easily and flakes. The secondary door from the outside slams shut and have been woken up many times. It was looked at but has not gotten any better. The size of the dogs was supposed to be no more than 10 pounds but there are some very big dogs in the building. The response from the HOA is minimal sometimes non-existent. ... More

I wish i could give no stars but the review has to be submitted and so gave that one. The cheapest quality of home for the price paid and staff makes sure to give you enough pressure from the time dealing with sales agent to closing and beyond. Never again, can find such dreadful experience.

We moved in on 5/12/21 and up to now we have some problems that are not scheduled to be fixed

We had a great overall experience especially with the sales rep Cindy who was very knowledge and helpful throughout the process.

Seems like they do a good job all around

Overall positive experience and responsive personnel from start to finish.

I reported one problem to the after sales team and the sales team. They solved the problem as soon as possible.

The building takes pride in their work. We had a congratulations walk-thru which was wonderful. We learned about the until, it systems, etc. and was told that we would have another inspection within one year!

It seems Pulte has refined a success formula by building a quality home with the best of systems and appliances and finish work. Always a good investment.

It was great experience to build our own home. I don’t have list of friends because they already own home in same community.

Quality of the unit workmanship

Purchased unit with the plans shown for the development. Those plans are now changing half way through the development process on the additional buildings. Bathrooms did not come with storage. Medicien cabinet or drawers really should be standard.

I am very upset that pulse is trying to put in new building with no garage space that will hinder our parking

Below average support by sales staff partly arising from sellers market. They interact with you as if they are doing you a favor. Stress during closing process was horrible

We were promised by Pulte that the open issues before closing are already managed by the time we were closing. We couldn’t verify it with the pandemic but it was all lies. Now it’s been 2 months and we still haven’t gotten what they already said is done, to be even looked at.

Be very careful to get all the details that may help you make an informed decision to by . Poultry has a policy of not availing things you need to know before you go to p&s and contract to by. If I was made more aware I would not have done business with them.

Overall Pulte home built good houses, great design to maximum the space.

From the day I first saw the model room, I've wanted to live in a room like this. It would have been great if we could request a kitchen design ourselves, but it's unavoidable because the property we purchased was already completed. Still, I live now and have no complaints. I am satisfied with the sophisticated and comfortable space to live in.

It’s a beautiful unit

I expected a more quality build. The floor looks like the material was left over from a store. One of the doors didn't latch properly and the bedroom window is leaking quite a bit of air causing the room to be cooler than the rest of the rooms. It is only a one bedroom home so I expect the heat to be very consistent.

From the very start with Jason, he helped me design my dream home! He was very patient when I changed my mind! When I met the builder, Dennis, he was so nice & explained everything to me. At my walk through, Jonathan was so helpful & explained how to use & care for everything in my home. Structurally, this house is amazing! Built very well. I could not be happier! Thank you!

very nice neighborhood and great construction our granite is fading. I am concerned about the quality

The community is great. The issues are usually taken care promptly. The quality of construction is good although some areas are left desirable ( cabinets, bathrooms fittings)
