I can’t say enough positive things about my overall buying experience with Pulte from the Sales office, the loan team to the building management and construction. Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. Things went smoother than I expected and my home is top tier. It’s all in the details, thoughtfully constructed and designed. It’s obvious the home is built with quality and care from the crown moulding and pictures in the hallway to all of the unit details. Service requests after closing has been terrible. Lack of communication. Don't come on time or answer me. Warranty manager is great at Woodland Hill. Service manager ignores everything and does not show up.

The beginning and end of the experience was great. I had a great time working with our initial sales agent and the build quality teams. My house is well made and everything was documented and covered properly, I felt like I knew my home before I walked in and closed and I feel happy with what I got out of the process. That said, there was considerable churn during the middle of the process. Overall good experience but communication with sales person at Woodland Hills is really difficult at the time of closing and we have to follow up multiple times to get the proper response. When I had issue while removing some if the big stones..i have to go through higher management to resolve it..when I reached out to sales agent she just said it’s not possible to remove without any proper explanation. I feel like once you sign the contract..they don’t care much about it. They should look after their existing customers as well when we have issues to follow up.

There is no love for the customer from Pulte Homes. Currently, we do not have an oven that works. The elevator has been out of service 4 days-unsafe and certainly not fun when you are moving in and it is 95 degrees out. We closed two months ago! We shouldn't be paying HOA fees if services are not being administered. From day one, were told we don't negotiate, you get what you pay for. They offered us dated basics; short cabinets for tall ceilings so you pay more for everything: knobs, colors, lights, etc. Follow up from sales team was terrible. Pathetic customer care and non-existing customer centricity

Less than three weeks have passed since I moved into this property, and I already regret doing business with the Pulte Group. The grading work, which was supposed to facilitate drainage, could have been executed far more effectively. Simply lumping the soil at one end does not constitute proper grading. I am appalled by the level of customer service demonstrated by the Pulte Group. I have never encountered such poor customer care and I will ensure that none of my friends and social circle go through this frustrating and poor experience with Pulte that I am going through.
