Had purchased a spec house in Arbor Oaks MI. Due to change of circumstances decide to build a larger model in the same community. Process was professional,transparent and really easy from sales through construction to close. Was able to customize my home for the family. Did a pre close inspection… no issues. Attention to detail Communicative Knowledgeable

Honestly could not say one bad thing about our experience. I was always so excited for Fridays because of the weekly updates. It was so cool being able to be notified on every step of the process. Designing our dream house and moving in still feels so surreal. Pulte you have been wonderful. Oh and let’s not forget how amazing both CM and entire staff were.

Our experience with buying home at Arbor Oaks was super positive from the first encounter with Carolyn. Our building managers Derek and Shawn were super responsive as well. We got updates with pictures every Friday. Closing was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our experience and would recommend building with Pulte to anyone

Derek's communication throughout the building process was outstanding. We appreciated the regular progress photos that kept us informed and excited about the developments. This new home was love at first site. The on-site agent was very helpful with all the amenities offered with the Bedrock model. With everything on one level and a walk out basement sealed the deal for us. We feel the quality of material and workmanship was outstanding, from the building material, flooring, appliances and so much more made us feel that we made the right decision on buying a Pulte home. The on-site building manager was very good. He was on top of the construction of our home and would send us email updates every other week. The visit the the Pulte Design center was quite the event. My wife was in heaven and the interior designer made it very easy for my wife to make the choices for our home. Our advice to a new Pulte home buyer is, enjoy the moment, go into the purchase with and open mind, and to allow other to share their ideas and thoughts in the home design. Building quality is good and they are responsible for all of my requests.

Our new Pulte home is a high quality build, and having owned 8 homes (most of them new builds by other builders), I recognize the quality. My advice is to buy the higher level options for flooring, carpet, counters, etc. It's worth it! Consider Pulte Mortgage and Insurance, because they make things easy, and they were the lowest cost options in our case. And finally, be patient and flexible, don't stress out if something comes up. Stay focused on how great it is to buy a brand new house. We love our new place.

The layout of the home is the perfect design. Very functional and beautiful! Pulte offers multiple design options to allow you to make your home your own. The building crew kept us informed all along the way. The experience was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

This is our first home we bought and the experience was great. The construction manager took care of any minor cosmetic fixes and issues very promptly and efficiently as and when we reported. Due to supply-demand issue across the country, some of the parts were missing when we moved in but the construction team was on top of the list and scheduled the services as and when parts became available for the installation.

The builders at Pulte homes have great quality of craftsmanship, they are honest, they care about their home buyers, and they respond to any issues as soon as possible. They are very professional when it comes to explaining the process of building the house from the initial process of the house to the design center meeting, the pre-drywall meeting, the celebration meeting, and the final closing.
