Everyone that I worked with during my experience building my house was helpful, responsive and professional. It is evident that Pulte takes pride in what they do and only hire people who present that to the customer. Pulte builds quality homes. I really enjoyed being made up to date on progress throughout the experience any changes that needed to be made along the way were easy and smooth. This is my long term home, but if I ever choose to build another home, I would not hesitate to work with Pulte.

I’m grateful to all those who took their time to contribute to the build of my home. Although there a few minor fixes here and there, it’s been a pleasure to be welcomed home and feel home with a beautiful home design. Thank you.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

the weekly emailed updates were greatly appreciated since I was moving from out of town. quality of deliverables, meh. This being my first new home purchase, I had expectations of quality work. A lack of care/quality was evident when I moved in.

This was a great experience overall. The quality of some materials is average.

My only complaint is that the model had a cove ceiling and a bay window. Nothing was said that those would be extras if I wanted them. And yes I would but when my home was built no cove ceiling and no bay window only to find out I had to specify that I wanted them. They were never mentioned in the upgrade section. I feel a little put out by that.

The process of purchasing a Pulte home went smoothly. They did an ex job keeping me up to date on the build progress. The inspection before move in went well. The home was spotless. We found a lot of small items that needed to be fixed. However, the final inspection on the day of closing went well. All items were fixed, but the workers left a mess behind. My suggestion would be to wait to clean the condo until all items were fixed, and have them fixed before the close date.

I am happy overall with my new home and the easy process. Justin and Khal were very responsive during and after the build.

Little changes that you want and are willing to pay for will not not be allowed and must be done after closing- example install a light you purchased- add shelving in closet- add water drops in basement- paint the inside of garage- add a deck. Probably industry wide but receptacles for lights and plugs seem cheap and could. use an upgrade. House delivered on time and with minor fix items that were readily corrected- Pulte employees were helpful and easy to work with - over a good experience and product - would recommend

The purchase process with Carolyn was great. Derek, the construction supervisor was amazing and kept us informed all through the build process. His responses to issues found by an independent inspector was great. The selection of upgrades went smoothly, though the choices were limited and the cost for what was selected was high, sometimes exceeding purchasing the items from retail. The air conditioner and air handler are not sized properly for the upgraded square footage, being sized for the base model of the home. The furnace is also not sized properly. Sales lady Marissa was very helpful and patience, she was our main contact with Pulte!!

Sale representative Jose is nice. Field Manager Shaun is very patient and supportive. However, the response from warranty group needs to be improved.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

Our experience with Pulte and all the people we worked with was great! They explained everything pretty well when we were buying and choosing our options and they updated us weekly during the building process. We had couple walk throughs and during the final walkthrough we were able to inspect everything and marked any issues which they fixed within a couple days. The workmanship and quality is pretty much what I expected from a quick built subdivision house, not the best but also not poor, just average. Overall we are happy with our new home and would recommend.

Overall, we are happy with our experience of having a house built by Pulte. We are moved in completely and we love our new home. Thanks to our construction managers, Shaun, Derek and Andrew for their professionalism and willingness to take the time to answer our questions during the build process.

Since the beginning of the process our sales consultant (Jose) was so helpful and understanding that we felt he was part of our family. During the building process the field manger (Derek) was so accommodating of our needs that made us feel emotional of the entire experience. I hope every buyer has similar experience to us. Totally worth it

Good experience. Just a few minor things that needed to be completed after we closed on the home.

This was our first time building a house and we did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The team worked hard to make sure we are as satisfied as possible. However, there were things, predefined by the builder, such as internal home finishes and layout of appliances etc, that no one could change. Kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile options are outdated and limited, in our opinion, and even you pay for upgrades you are not getting what you want. I understand they need to build fast and availability of materials is scarce but honestly, some of the finishes are from the early 2000s. In addition, Pulte has multiple communities with a variety of included and not included options such as fireplaces, turf, whole house humidifier, etc. It is hard even for the employees to keep track what is included in certain communities, let alone the buyer. It would be nice to get a list of what is included as standard while you are building so it would be easier to check your selected options. We are yet to find out how long everything lasts. Derek was top notch in his knowledge level and responsiveness to questions/concerns/issues with individual contractors. He was the one to go to for honest information too. He was a problem solver and hardest worker with the organization by far!
