Sale representative Jose is nice. Field Manager Shaun is very patient and supportive. However, the response from warranty group needs to be improved.

Jose (Sales representative) is great. He explain things in detail and always available to answer any questions we had. Shaun ( construction manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Communication was amazing every step of the way

I love the design, very luxurious and spacious. The quality of materials is great. The house was finished in the anticipated time frame. Overall, very happy and would recommend Pulte!

Buying my home from Pulte was a great experience from start to finish. Both CJ and Justin went above and beyond to answer questions in a very timely manner, take care of issues on a pro-active basis, and advocate for us every step of the way. They were both a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience very positive. The house looks great and is even better than we hoped. Thank you for all your hard work.

The home buying experience with Pulte is well organized for Pulte, but from the buyer's perspective there is plenty of room for improvement. Soon after signing the contract we asked for some information specific to our housing design and Pulte was non-responsive. However, weeks later Pulte needed to alter the contract as they could not deliver the kitchen appliances they agreed to and we refused to sign the addendum until they provided the information we requested. Unfortunately, that theme of trying to apply leverage in exchange for support from Pulte is a lesson we failed to remember. About the appliances, interestingly the sales representative told me they knew in December they couldn't source appliances, yet she must have forgotten they entered into the contract with us in February - feels like entering into a contract in bad faith on Pulte's part. We bought from another state, so routine visits was challenging and we only made a couple trips before closing. At closing it was a scheduled whirlwind and our final walkthrough was only 30 minutes. None of the deficiencies we saw on the final walkthrough were corrected before we closed and so we were trying to get them resolved as the movers were unloading our stuff. The list was simple to resolve and not terribly long, but they failed to complete the full punch list. Unfortunately, we forgot the lesson we learned about leverage and completed our closing survey before the punch list items were resolved. We noted they were not fixed and that seemed to be problematic. The POC for these items refused to answer out calls or texts and when I saw him on one of the sites, I said "good morning" to which he replied with an abrupt "S'up!?" Since then we have completed work orders asking them to finish installing the molding, repair a window that won't completely close (sucks during a cold winter), and a few other open items. We get emails that say they know about the items being open but nothing saying when they will act on resolving them. The good news from our perspective is our problems are minor compared to several of our neighbors. At some point I will finish the molding, I don't have the skill to fix the window and will pay to have it fixed (or pay to heat the outside) and Pulte will walk away from their obligations to this contract. They billed this neighborhood as 'Luxury Estates' and the home designs are nice and the size is big; however, the homes are not ready for turnover when they say they will be, the attention to detail is non-existent, they cannot do all of the things they say they can, and they completely lack responsiveness. We loved the people who were in our corner through the whole buying and building process. They were very responsive and accommodating with every request along the way. We couldn’t have been happier

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

Post-sales service is just as good as pre-sales service. That’s unique in my experience.

the weekly emailed updates were greatly appreciated since I was moving from out of town. quality of deliverables, meh. This being my first new home purchase, I had expectations of quality work. A lack of care/quality was evident when I moved in.

Our experience with Pulte and all the people we worked with was great! They explained everything pretty well when we were buying and choosing our options and they updated us weekly during the building process. We had couple walk throughs and during the final walkthrough we were able to inspect everything and marked any issues which they fixed within a couple days. The workmanship and quality is pretty much what I expected from a quick built subdivision house, not the best but also not poor, just average. Overall we are happy with our new home and would recommend.

Christina and Justin met my expectations. They both take much pride in doing their best to provide the best experience for me.

Make sure the future homebuyers know up front that they will be responsible for the sprinkler system water and get it in writing . Also give the homeowners more time than an hour to inspect the outside/inside of property during celebration tour. Both myself/spouse and pulte manager missed a lot of flaws. Basically this tour was rushed. Even the closing day too!!

Overall, we are happy with our experience of having a house built by Pulte. We are moved in completely and we love our new home. Thanks to our construction managers, Shaun, Derek and Andrew for their professionalism and willingness to take the time to answer our questions during the build process.

We finally moved into the house a little over a month ago. Overall, we enjoyed the process and I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality house. This was the first house that we build and we were not privy to all the detailed decisions we have to make immediately. Mindy helped with the sale and she was patient and helpful and didn't mind our very basic questions. Post-sale, Davor, Matt, and Luke did an excellent job keeping us aware of how our house was coming along. The house has nice features and some quirks. However, Matt was outstanding in helping us fix most of the issues we pointed out in our punch list. He also checked in periodically with us to ensure the items were taken care of or what the update on any item was. Pulte promises quality, but does NOT deliver!!!

Our Pulte sales lead was a breath of fresh air. Her business and new home acumen exceeded all expectations. Marissa followed up on all sales, design and new home questions. A very kind and professional approach. This was our 8th new home and ranked as one of the lowest in home construction. We bought multiple upgrades on just about all materials. The product was what we had hoped for, unfortunately the the finish installation was poor and second rate in some instances. Among the worst was paint, drywall and electrical. Too many items to list and comment on. Since our move in, we have had several warranty calls and follow up on multiple issues. Mike and his warranty team have done a great job following up with timely responses and service calls to address some of the issues. We love our home, floor plan and neighborhood. We love it here. So grateful and lucky we landed with an outstanding sales person. Just wish your fit and finish was up to the standards and quality stated in all your brochures and advertisements. Great experience with the on-site sales rep. The construction team was great until we closed. The walk through provided very little information regarding maintenance and features of the home. Some items were not finished by closing and the follow through with those items has been disappointing. Warranty has been dismal. I submitted a request early to take care of a leak as well as a few other items. Thankfully, due to my own persistence, the leak was repaired. There is now holes in the drywall that needs to be repaired and I still have not heard from the warranty rep for my area. It’s been nearly two months since my initial request! This new home was love at first site. The on-site agent was very helpful with all the amenities offered with the Bedrock model. With everything on one level and a walk out basement sealed the deal for us. We feel the quality of material and workmanship was outstanding, from the building material, flooring, appliances and so much more made us feel that we made the right decision on buying a Pulte home. The on-site building manager was very good. He was on top of the construction of our home and would send us email updates every other week. The visit the the Pulte Design center was quite the event. My wife was in heaven and the interior designer made it very easy for my wife to make the choices for our home. Our advice to a new Pulte home buyer is, enjoy the moment, go into the purchase with and open mind, and to allow other to share their ideas and thoughts in the home design. This is our forever home, what a great way to start are retirement life with family and friends in a new Pulte home. Live, love and enjoy life in a new home. ... More

If I had time machine I would tell myself not to purchase this home

Nothing special to report. House is overpriced. Paid over 1/2 million for a 2 bedroom/2 bath home with 1900 +/- sq. ft. GLA.

Building quality is good and they are responsible for all of my requests.

Pulte was responsive every step of the way and I'm loving my home.
