Jose (Sales representative) is great. He explain things in detail and always available to answer any questions we had. Shaun ( construction manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Christina and Justin met my expectations. They both take much pride in doing their best to provide the best experience for me.

We finally moved into the house a little over a month ago. Overall, we enjoyed the process and I would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, good-quality house. This was the first house that we build and we were not privy to all the detailed decisions we have to make immediately. Mindy helped with the sale and she was patient and helpful and didn't mind our very basic questions. Post-sale, Davor, Matt, and Luke did an excellent job keeping us aware of how our house was coming along. The house has nice features and some quirks. However, Matt was outstanding in helping us fix most of the issues we pointed out in our punch list. He also checked in periodically with us to ensure the items were taken care of or what the update on any item was. Everyone that I worked with during my experience building my house was helpful, responsive and professional. It is evident that Pulte takes pride in what they do and only hire people who present that to the customer. Pulte builds quality homes. I really enjoyed being made up to date on progress throughout the experience any changes that needed to be made along the way were easy and smooth. This is my long term home, but if I ever choose to build another home, I would not hesitate to work with Pulte.

I’m grateful to all those who took their time to contribute to the build of my home. Although there a few minor fixes here and there, it’s been a pleasure to be welcomed home and feel home with a beautiful home design. Thank you.

When we were in the process of buying a new home I read many reviews with horror stories about Pulte online. They did irritate me. My own experience with the company was flawless so far. Everyone we had contact with, the sales agent, the buliding crew, the title company etc. were very professional. We like our new home and have not had any problems so far. I would buy again from Pulte.

We were very satisfied with our Pulte home experience. Expectations were established from the beginning so there were no surprises along the way. The weekly updates from the Pulte staff were ideal. Zachary and Nick were always pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the home. Pulte's ability to stand behind its warranty is very important to us as well. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reputable production builder.

Pulte Homes was easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had along the way! They sent weekly updates on the progress of the house which was something I looked forward to each week!

Construction team and sales representatives are very friendly from the beginning and give you detailed update each week during house building. They are very responsive to your questions and concerns. Visiting a design center is also joy and an interior designer gives you a good advice and allows even a second visit so that you can be sure of your choices.

Carolyn did a great job keeping us posted on each step and what to expect next. Whitney was very helpful in helping us pick cabinets, tiles, flooring, lights ETC. Derek the construction manager gave weekly updates on the construction progress with pictures.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

Worked hard to do everything fight

the weekly emailed updates were greatly appreciated since I was moving from out of town. quality of deliverables, meh. This being my first new home purchase, I had expectations of quality work. A lack of care/quality was evident when I moved in.

I am pleased with the quality of my home and all that care and attention to detail was utilized throughout the whole homebuilding process.

We are very pleased with our new home. Definitely recommend Pulte to someone looking for new construction.
