1. Not happy with the micowave/oven not getting installed yet after oneband half months since closing. 2. Reported issues about a month ago and waranty folks have not created work order yet. 3. Not happy with Pulte running water and electricity through this unit for other units. This could have been avoided easily. This was cheap.

Our new Pulte home is a high quality build, and having owned 8 homes (most of them new builds by other builders), I recognize the quality. My advice is to buy the higher level options for flooring, carpet, counters, etc. It's worth it! Consider Pulte Mortgage and Insurance, because they make things easy, and they were the lowest cost options in our case. And finally, be patient and flexible, don't stress out if something comes up. Stay focused on how great it is to buy a brand new house. We love our new place.

The layout of the home is the perfect design. Very functional and beautiful! Pulte offers multiple design options to allow you to make your home your own. The building crew kept us informed all along the way. The experience was very pleasant! Highly recommend!

The house looks great from the outside. As for the inside of the house, we labeled several areas that needed to be retouched during the final walkthrough and inspection phase, and they were improved mostly. However, we somehow managed to find more problems immediately after we moved in, which include sloppy paint jobs (marks, dent, dried out dripping lumps) on baseboard throughout the house, an open hole between one of the banisters and the bottom of the stairwell, missing parts of the stove leading to a wobbly stovetop, missing rubber bumps in almost all the kitchen cabinet, and cracks below the kitchen island. When we addressed these issues, some of them were fixed, some not. It is like buying a brand-new car with scratches and marks all over the place. It's not a pleasant feeling. The Pulte employees, Marissa and Adam, we worked with were very responsive to our questions and needs. It was a pleasure to work with them. This was the best experience compared to two other homes we’ve built.

There has been no movement on my punch list since closing despite numerous attempts by me.

The whole experience was infuriating from top to bottom. We were promised weekly communication about the construction of our home, and it was spotty at best. Our home was delayed not because of COVID supply chain issues but because of a report that they weren't able to get correct. We were forced to sign a document saying that we were satisfied with the quality of our house, but we have a ton of items that were just missed. They need to have someone who inspects each house to make sure it is up to quality standard of the price of the house.

The seller, Marrissa and the building manager Adam were very helpful and made my buying experience very pleasant.

Didn’t meet our standards

Since the beginning of the process our sales consultant (Jose) was so helpful and understanding that we felt he was part of our family. During the building process the field manger (Derek) was so accommodating of our needs that made us feel emotional of the entire experience. I hope every buyer has similar experience to us. Totally worth it

Overall Pulte Homes is good. However, very hard to coordinate with thing did not go well.

Good quality home though finishing touches need improvement. Sloppy paintwork, and grouting in places. For the size and location of the home, I consider the home good value though I wish the price included a few major ticket items (e.g. refrigerator, washer/dryer, finished garage walls).

This is our first home we bought and the experience was great. The construction manager took care of any minor cosmetic fixes and issues very promptly and efficiently as and when we reported. Due to supply-demand issue across the country, some of the parts were missing when we moved in but the construction team was on top of the list and scheduled the services as and when parts became available for the installation.

Overall the experience was fine with few problems, most, though not all of them were addressed quickly.

Everyone seemed nice until they started delaying the date of closure. We had to wait 3 extra months. It feels like the house was rushed. Two days after we moved in, the cloth rack in the master bedroom broke (this had the same amount of clothes that I hung in my apartment) that speaks a lot about quality. Less than a month after move-in, the stairs has cracks already, the drywall in the basement has dents (noticed this on day 1), the vent was not open, had to call them to come fix it, part of the exterior design fell off (still waiting for them to fix it), the guest shower head is falling off (this was noticed 2 weeks after moving in, and no one has ever used that shower). This just goes to say that the quality is substandard and the workmanship is questionable. Unfortunately, I am not impressed at all. However, I'll say their customer service reps respond promptly. its just sad that a house that is barely 3 months old has so many issues already. ... More

Everyone that I worked with during my experience building my house was helpful, responsive and professional. It is evident that Pulte takes pride in what they do and only hire people who present that to the customer. Pulte builds quality homes. I really enjoyed being made up to date on progress throughout the experience any changes that needed to be made along the way were easy and smooth. This is my long term home, but if I ever choose to build another home, I would not hesitate to work with Pulte.

The builders at Pulte homes have great quality of craftsmanship, they are honest, they care about their home buyers, and they respond to any issues as soon as possible. They are very professional when it comes to explaining the process of building the house from the initial process of the house to the design center meeting, the pre-drywall meeting, the celebration meeting, and the final closing.

Not a bad experience. Two things we have learned from this experience. 1. Check all options during de building process. Make sure the selection and material a correct, you have to see them in person. We chose to upgrade a zero-VOC paint. The field manager told us the paint is what we choose during the building process, but on the closing day, we found out that it is not the case, they used a different paint with the same color. You have to see the material in person to be sure, do not trust what they say in the email. 2. Make sure all issues are fixed before closing. We were told they will fix exterior issues we found in the inspection after 1 week of closing. But no one showed up after 1 month and the response becomes extremely slow.
