Good quality home though finishing touches need improvement. Sloppy paintwork, and grouting in places. For the size and location of the home, I consider the home good value though I wish the price included a few major ticket items (e.g. refrigerator, washer/dryer, finished garage walls).

After house closing service

Post office installed the mail towers and not have mail box in front of each house anymore. Pulte assigned the mailbox far away from my house even there are three mail towers by my house. When I choose the lot, the mailbox location was included under the decision. However, this becomes a problem, pulte construction team, home association, post office, all kicked me here and there. None of them plan to solve the problem. I believe HOA is responsible for this.

New buyers will make their own discoveries. Office people were superior, very helpful and field managers were helpful, but some construction and material was not not what I expected from a Pulte build.

Quality of construction is not that great. It looks like the team is in a hurry to get the project completed and move on to a new one. Response to issues is very slow and things promised to be taken care of have not been addressed.

Not a bad experience. Two things we have learned from this experience. 1. Check all options during de building process. Make sure the selection and material a correct, you have to see them in person. We chose to upgrade a zero-VOC paint. The field manager told us the paint is what we choose during the building process, but on the closing day, we found out that it is not the case, they used a different paint with the same color. I trust Davor to do his best and provide a high quality experience, and I have zero complaints about his aspect of the home buying experience. Naseem on the other hand was difficult to interact with, did not follow through, did not provide accurate information and was not appropriately responsive. I am not the only individual in our neighborhood that has this opinion, and I truly think that he needs to be better trained if he is to remain. I do not normally voice complaints, but working with him did not benefit my experience at all.

Our Pulte sales lead was a breath of fresh air. Her business and new home acumen exceeded all expectations. Marissa followed up on all sales, design and new home questions. A very kind and professional approach. This was our 8th new home and ranked as one of the lowest in home construction. We bought multiple upgrades on just about all materials. The product was what we had hoped for, unfortunately the the finish installation was poor and second rate in some instances. Among the worst was paint, drywall and electrical. We absolutely love our home and would do it all over again. However, Pulte really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Since getting in our home, it has taken months to resolve minor issues throughout the house that should’ve been taken care of right away. Representatives stopped responding to us and we had to hound them in order to get the work completed. When you speak with them in person they are very personable and helpful, but they often lack follow through.

Make sure the future homebuyers know up front that they will be responsible for the sprinkler system water and get it in writing . Also give the homeowners more time than an hour to inspect the outside/inside of property during celebration tour. Both myself/spouse and pulte manager missed a lot of flaws. Basically this tour was rushed. Even the closing day too!!

Great experience with the on-site sales rep. The construction team was great until we closed. The walk through provided very little information regarding maintenance and features of the home. Some items were not finished by closing and the follow through with those items has been disappointing. Warranty has been dismal. I submitted a request early to take care of a leak as well as a few other items. Thankfully, due to my own persistence, the leak was repaired. There is now holes in the drywall that needs to be repaired and I still have not heard from the warranty rep for my area. It’s been ...

The house looks great from the outside. As for the inside of the house, we labeled several areas that needed to be retouched during the final walkthrough and inspection phase, and they were improved mostly. However, we somehow managed to find more problems immediately after we moved in, which include sloppy paint jobs (marks, dent, dried out dripping lumps) on baseboard throughout the house, an open hole between one of the banisters and the bottom of the stairwell, missing parts of the stove leading to a wobbly stovetop, missing rubber bumps in almost all the kitchen cabinet, and cracks below ...

Everyone was very nice and responsive during the building process. After closing you are treated like chopped liver. Issues that were promised upon signing off on the final inspection prior to closing are ignored despite numerous texts and emails. Love my home but very disappointed in the lack of communication. The Field Engineers should be required to take a course on how to communicate with their clients.

I enjoyed the design meeting and appreciate that the studio was able to fit me in despite the surprise scheduling deficiency with the sales office. (Maybe I should have called to confirm the appointment.) I was also impressed by the construction manager’s turnaround time and attention to detail on items needing attention.
