Good experience. Just a few minor things that needed to be completed after we closed on the home.

This was our first time building a house and we did encounter a few hiccups along the way. The team worked hard to make sure we are as satisfied as possible. However, there were things, predefined by the builder, such as internal home finishes and layout of appliances etc, that no one could change. Kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile options are outdated and limited, in our opinion, and even you pay for upgrades you are not getting what you want. I understand they need to build fast and availability of materials is scarce but honestly, some of the finishes are from the early 2000s. In addition, Pulte has multiple communities with a variety of included and not included options such as fireplaces, turf, whole house humidifier, etc. It is hard even for the employees to keep track what is included in certain communities, let alone the buyer. It would be nice to get a list of what is included as standard while you are building so it would be easier to check your selected options. We are yet to find out how long everything lasts. I trust Davor to do his best and provide a high quality experience, and I have zero complaints about his aspect of the home buying experience. Naseem on the other hand was difficult to interact with, did not follow through, did not provide accurate information and was not appropriately responsive. I am not the only individual in our neighborhood that has this opinion, and I truly think that he needs to be better trained if he is to remain. I do not normally voice complaints, but working with him did not benefit my experience at all.

Not a fan. Many corners cut. Not responsive, promises made and no follow up.

Couple of things wrong do to miscommunication

Derek was top notch in his knowledge level and responsiveness to questions/concerns/issues with individual contractors. He was the one to go to for honest information too. He was a problem solver and hardest worker with the organization by far!

Appreciate the pratical and elegant layout. We trust this company!

Everyone was very nice and responsive during the building process. After closing you are treated like chopped liver. Issues that were promised upon signing off on the final inspection prior to closing are ignored despite numerous texts and emails. Love my home but very disappointed in the lack of communication. The Field Engineers should be required to take a course on how to communicate with their clients.

Great working with Pulte management and builders

Post office installed the mail towers and not have mail box in front of each house anymore. Pulte assigned the mailbox far away from my house even there are three mail towers by my house. When I choose the lot, the mailbox location was included under the decision. However, this becomes a problem, pulte construction team, home association, post office, all kicked me here and there. None of them plan to solve the problem. I believe HOA is responsible for this.

We absolutely love our home and would do it all over again. However, Pulte really needs to work on their customer service and communication skills. Since getting in our home, it has taken months to resolve minor issues throughout the house that should’ve been taken care of right away. Representatives stopped responding to us and we had to hound them in order to get the work completed. When you speak with them in person they are very personable and helpful, but they often lack follow through.

Pulte hires excellent people and delivers a quality product. Questions answered promptly and honestly. In the end everything they said was proven to be accurate. The building process and quality of our new home was exactly as promised. Best construction experience ever. Highly Recommend recommend Pulte.

This was my second home building experience with Pulte Homes. They have made vast improvements in the customer experience over the last 20 years. I LOVE my new house! All of the team members (from the sales representative to the construction team) have been very professional. The pandemic created supply chain issues which delayed the scheduled closing date. However, the company succeeded in overcoming these obstacles and delivered a high quality home for us. Any concerns throughout the building process were promptly addressed by the team. New buyers will make their own discoveries. Office people were superior, very helpful and field managers were helpful, but some construction and material was not not what I expected from a Pulte build.

The field managers were very helpful throughout the process. They gave us weekly updates of the build process with pictures. This was our first home build, and we would use Pulte again.

They completely messed up with the brick work. It would give zero out of five. New house lost its curb appeal. Feeling bad. Esthetic part has been compromised with used of discolored brick in the front potion. Water logging in the back yard in 10 mins rain. This is I am reporting after 2 months of closing. Not sure what else will come in future. Over all ok nothing great comparison to what I am paying.

The buying was ok, the arrangement of the washer and dryer was not resolved.very disappointed

Quality of construction is not that great. It looks like the team is in a hurry to get the project completed and move on to a new one. Response to issues is very slow and things promised to be taken care of have not been addressed.

Pulte is trustworthy and reliable.

I would never recommend Pulte to anyone I know. The options are not great and Pulte nickels and dimes you for everything. The closing date Pulte gives you also means absolutely nothing. Very poor experience.

Pulte offered floor plan option we were looking for. A bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was required for my elderly parents who can't climb stairs. First floor sunroom was a good addition. Another bedroom on the second floor was offered with an attached bathroom for my daughters. Second floor owners bedroom with attached master bath and walk-in closets was huge.

Our sale representative Jose and field manager Nicholas are really good in explaining all the details and addressing issues during the process. price is reasonable but very basic, if you want something better, need to pay extra for almost everything

The workmanship was poor. The painting is awful (Walls, doors, rails.. everything) - Half of the doors are misaligned - water leaking from the shower (what we did mention before moving-in but they didn't care) - The gutter broke just in a month and downspout missing The field manager promised to have the issues fixed but never did so! They cut corners as much as possible. I regret buying this house, wish I had shopped with a different builder. They show you the model house but the quality of what they build for you is poor. Very disappointed .....
