We are so happy with our new build in Maple Ridge. The layout, the insulation so we really hear almost nothing outdoors, the location, and the open feel are all wonderful. The construction manager and customer service team have made sure that issues are resolved quickly. We are truly happy all around!

Very pleased with our new home. The local sales team was exceptional as was Adam the construction manager. The project stayed on budget and the work was finished in a timely manner. Any post-move-in issues we had were minor and the Putle team was quick to set things right.

I need to wait until landscape lawn and sprinklers are in for responsiveness, so please email survey back once that is completed. Also Front Steps Cement sank in the winter time, lets see what happens when the weather thaws

Our Pulte home is everything we dreamed it would be. From the very beginning, the entire build process was smooth, well‑organized, and surprisingly stress‑free. The team kept us informed at every stage, and we always felt confident that our home was in good hands. Now that we’ve been living here for a couple of months, we’re even more impressed. A few minor issues came up—as they do with any new build—but each one was addressed quickly, professionally, and without hesitation. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend choosing Pulte for your home build.

Too many surprises. HOA is non-responsive. Monthly fee is too high for the service provided. Salespeople and building supervisors are very nice and the exception to the rule. Home itself has numerous minor issues. Phone service is spotty which is a real problem. Internet service has issues.

Best Professional Home Purchase Ever

Everything from start to end was handled so professionally. Closed in 12 days and couldn't have went smoother. It's been over a month now since I closed and they still take my calls with questions and handle in a timely manner. Kevin at Beacon Pointe Village is A++ in my books.

Great followup and updates from Pulte Homes during Construction

Home was built quicker than originally expected and the followup to inquiries as well as weekly updates was absolutely outstanding. Although we experienced some frustrations from PGP Title and Pulte Mortgage, both of whom we partnered with during construction, the Pulte Construction Team was incredibly professional and responsive. And although our post-closing experience involved several issues, the Construction Team responded immediately to our expressed concerns.

The mortgage application process went smoothly. The house was available to move in when promised. The white glove service to integrate the electronics in the house was exceptionally well done once an Internet connection was made. Had some minor glitches ( for example the garage door failed to close sometimes) that were repaired promptly. Don’t hesitate to call for service.

Found the mortgage process more daunting than we have with other financial institutions. Make sure you are thorough going through documents as there were some corrections that needed to be made in our application. Seems like some building steps along the way were rushed. The after closing fix it crews have been amazing in fixing all issues that have come up and on a timely manner!

Our sales rep did a great job updating us regularly from signing and commitment through design. Once the dirt started moving, the production manager on site kept us well informed regularly about the building phase. He often sent us photos along the way too. Two months in, we are enjoying our new condo! No major problems or concerns to report and we feel confident that should any issues do arise, Pulse will address them through the ten year umbrella warranty included in our purchase.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was excellent. We were well informed and had a great seller's agent named Antoine who's taken exception care of us. The construction side was great too with weekly updates and good communication. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? The quality of the home is subjective. At a distance, everything looks great, however after living in it for a few months now, you can tell the trades were rushed when putting things together and a feeling of corner cutting lingers. During the construction process, I felt that I was helped along by some of the staff like Kay and Tony. They helped me understand the decision-making points along the way. However, at the end of the cycle, I felt a bit rushed to walk-thru and review so many things - especially when it came to the "how to use" part of that final week. It turned out to be somewhat overwhelming.
