I was so impressed with Pulte construction quality by seeing my friend's home, but I don't see that level of quality in my home building process. So sorry to say this but I am so honest about it.

They rushed to close and we are finding serious wiring issues

We were ecstatic to close and move into our new home! The salesperson Dave I. was amazing. Everything seemed good, until we noticed a crack in one of the living room windows, then sockets in the basement weren’t working within the first 2 weeks. Warranty came out to review the issues, and will get back to us soon. The most disappointing event that has occurred, is the furnace/humidifier is already leaking, and a hot water pipe from the dishwasher has caused water to leak onto our treadmills in the basement. Displeased with masonry work. Also location of transformers and pedestals. They should be in rear of homes, not the front!

The cleanliness upon closing was terrible. Workmanship on certain things is low in quality. For example, paint, trim boards look like they have been chewed on, paint dripped on grout, stains on tile that I can’t get off, entry door in garage has many dings in the metal, cement from filling beam pockets fell all over floor. Took hours to chisel it off floor. I’m sorry but that’s not quality workmanship for what we paid for the house.

Better take your time and effort to review everything, inch by inch of your entire new house. After closing you’re on you own. Repair service is slow as never expected CS manager feels like is giving you a favor or doing a courtesy order sending the repair team. Enjoy your new experience

Moved in a month ago and we still have outstanding issues to be fixed. We've been ghosted, no one responding to our requests

Antoine was superb in responding all out queries. The only cons with the process was the walk around in the house during the handover. Nevertheless, the total experience with pulte was great.

Our home buying experience was normal and the sales team was really bad

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

Overall, total home buying experience was great. Sales team was involved throughout to answer questions and offer suggestions with design and options. Construction team was very responsive and provided regular updates with the build. Closing was a breeze following the final building inspection approvals. Totally satisfied with our home and the Pulte team that made it happen.

Be patient with the process.

Painting vet poor job and kitchen cabinets need repair, closet door not hung correctly, missing shelf holders submitted tickets and no response. Also not seen street cleaner in a while and debris from high winds need cleaning and walkways need cleaning for resident need to use them

I had a pleasant experience. Mike, Nolan, and Julie were constant professionals. Very responsive, highly engaged. Answered my questions, and held my hand through this process.

Easy to work with and lots of options to choose

Good overall experience. The sales representative and the building project manager were very responsive and informative throughout the process

We were rushed to close the house and it’s our fault that we agreed to Kirk and Kevin who are the construction manger and sales rep for Pulte here. Bricks weren’t clean, all muddy and dirty , HVAC system wasn’t operational, AC vent in one of the washroom was left open . Kitchen cabinets were installed crookedly, part of the Microwave Oven were left in installed , screws were not bolted to the oven . Elevation design is missing pieces to be attached. Electoral box was broken while construction of an adjacent house and they never came by and it’s still lying as it is posing a hazard . Pathetic response once you close the house . They just want to sell and move , no after sales service . To get one you would have to contact people from pulte and get it done all by yourself . I am very disappointed with the management . ... We were delighted with the whole Pulte team, from Sales, design team and the two Construction Project Mangers we worked with. The only complaint we had is fit/finish or catching painting and drywall blemishes. Very pleased overall and would highly recommended Pulte!

Building our home with Pulte was a pleasant experience. The staff went over and above helping us throughout the process.

The workmanship on the condo that I purchased really are disappointing. Especially details in painting, the line between two tones, some basic standard and guideline of clear and clean cutline between areas, with tape for instance, were not followed. Every time I look at the those mess area and lines, I couldn't help believing that if an ammeter like me could do a better job.

Right from our sales consultant to Pulte mortgage and title company, we have had an amazing experience buying our house in a crazy market.

It was a bad experience , Pulte used bad quality of hardwood flooring , hardwood flooring installation not good , subfloor squeaking under carpet, subfloor so thin they should use thicker and stronger one like 3/4" or 1" plywood sheets instead of OSB , floor vibrating when we walk in some area ( maybe it's joist problem ) ,the furnace in wrong spot above the plumbing stack which should be connected to the kitchen and second floor bath , to solve this issue they connected the pipe to the basement drain !! now the plumbing stack used as a basement drain without trap and this issue cause a very bad smell in basement !! this mean there is no supervision from the site team leader . I don't know how they build houses if they don't have plumbing drawing or HVAC drawing , every house with the same model are different than the other !! . ... More
