Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.

My grass was not level from front to the back on my house. Looks so ugly like that please I need all my glass to be one level thank you.

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Chad was helpful in explaining various questions we had in the build process. He was quick in response and was flexible in helping our needs. Chad was patient enough to help us understand what to expect when moving to our new house, he gave us a good overview of the do's and don'ts in the house. So, over all I can say that we had a good overall experience.

The overall homebuying process went well. The only area that needs improvement would be the financing area. Being a first-time buyer, I expected more communication from Pulte Mortgage, especially being a first-time buyer and with the rising interest rates. Overall, I would recommend Pulte for buyers in the housing market.

I feel the closing was rushed. I was told to fill out a document online. Come to find out the document was my actual closing. I wanted to sit down, and sign papers and ask questions. It was like i was deliberately misled. I did the closing on 12/21/21, I still haven't received my closing documents. I was told they would be sent to me

Build manager Adam was very responsive and helpful through the build process. We definitely got more value from a new build with pulte than any of the used options we found in the entire Detroit area

Working with Pulte has been an exceptional experience. We did have a few rough patches throughout the process but the resolve was timely. Henry is a thorough salesman who makes sure all the details are ticked and tied. Chadd works diligently to make sure your home is completed on time and with minimal issues and Kevin ensures a quality customer experience over all. When building a home there will always be an element of human error on both sides, but keeping the right attitude and trusting the process/people you are working with will deliver the best results. Clean and quiet it was worth the wait during the covid

Sales and construction team kept me updated throughout the home construction.

I overall recommended Pulte Home. The price and option they included are good for the price. Although workmanship can be improved. Vinyl floor is uneven and the wall is not flat.

I checked out all available units on multiple occasions and was able conclude with incentive. I am happy to get what i want for my budget. I was guided in right direction to make correct decision. Also, i got support in moving into the home which was very very helpful. Overall, i’m happy and its great

Overall it was a good experience with Pulte. They were timely with responses to our questions and concerns. We were a little disappointed with the painting of the inside of our home. I feel like they rushed our closing so it would be done in 2022. Also, we are concerned with what we are seeing with driveway concrete- it appears to be flaking. But I’m confident they will address these concerns during our 1 year check in.

Our experience with Sales and Project Manager was excellent. Pulte built a quality home with emphasis on energy conservation and final finishes. Picking from the Pulte catalog of build options allowed us to specify a home which reflected our needs and wants.

We have had a great experience building with Pulte. I gave 4/5 stars for the value because the selections given were not top quality and I wish that they had better selections available for home buyers.

Consider hiring your own inspector before you close.

The staff works hard to meet your needs. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pulte. There are a few areas I think could use improvement but at the local level, the staff worked hard to create the house I wanted. Wish surveys for the project managers were not sent right when I moved in. Too much going on to write an accurate review for the team. I felt the mortgage side of Pulte was pushed a little too much. For a person who never had a house built, there were some communication issues.

Excellent service from the sales (Henry), closing (Amber) and service (Kirk). Overall, a very nicely planned community.

The field manager who helped in our building process was amazing. He ensured that everything was handled in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the house that we have purchased. the house is great and the neighborhood is welcoming. The responsiveness from our field manager Chadd has been outstanding.

Let me start by saying that Ben our construction manager, addressed every concern we had upfront immediately and kept us up to date weekly, to the status of the build. He is a true assets and I think made a big difference on our build. I will say that Pulte really needs to address some drywall and paint quality issues, such as very visible drywall mud seams, drywall tape behind the paint peeling off, sloppiness of the applied paint, and the quality of the paint(even when paying for the paint upgrade). If I pay for the paint upgrade, I expect the paint to be better quality than say buying a can of basic flat paint, at a big box store. Pulte is a huge national company, they should use very high quality paint, especially when paying for the paint upgrades. It’s a huge miss there in my opinion. We moved in a little over a month ago and besides the issue with the paint, which I feel some of these can be resolved within our warranty period, we haven’t really noticed any other issues. We are very happy with the quality of a lot of the finishes throughout. Pulte is also very good at cleaning their construction sites every night as there’s no debris left thrown about and street sweeper comes daily. The only extremely disappointing issue we had during the whole build is Pulte mortgage and the “promise” of an incentive for just initially talking to them. They seem to be shady at best. We chose another lender upfront but they kept communicating with us and even ordered an appraisal on our property like we had a loan there. Drew was very responsive to questions issue before and even after closing.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our homebuilding experience here with Townes at Lakeview. Our home was delivered in great condition with only a few minor things we wish were designed differently (namely placement of light switches and power outlets). Would recommend to anyone ready to embrace low maintenance multi-family living.

This was our first home by experience, and they made the process, very smooth. The materials for that were on the basic side, but that it was the flexibility to add nicer light fixtures, bathroom, vanities, shower heads, etc. in the future. Overall, the price of the house seemed reasonable. When we went to close, we’re going to the show room and try and they were many more materials and lighting fixtures etc that we were never offered. I’m not sure if that was specific to this neighborhood, but I would’ve liked the choice if possible. Our building manager did a fantastic job communicating with weekly emails and photos. ... More
