We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

Overall i like the new home and would like to thank my construction manager Mr. Aaron who did a great job in helping fix many of the issues that i pointed before handover and after handover. He took great care of us during the final inspection to explain every single detail on how to take care of my new home , maintenance contact etc. I dont have to follow-up on the issues i mention, he takes care of arranging someone to address the issues. I really like his customer centric approach. Except for the initial hiccups with purchasing (lot prices not being considered equally) and price being hiked-up. i like my home and appreciate the construction team who built the house and delivered on time. ... The wood floor isn't flat and has noise. The garage door has big noise and a gap when I closed. The wall is a wallpaper, it's easy to off the wall.

when i decide to up great some finish items,I end up paying three times more what its worth,It should not be like this!! also guest bathroom finished very poor.

Take your time and not rush things and you'll have a good experience

Minor issues with contractors/landscapers work and timeliness of getting in contact for repairs. Overall home building quality was good and no major issues after 30 days.

Painting has to be better

Couldn't believe contractor-grade materials used based my home price point. Hood vent partially installed; told it would be finished or removed after closing. Six weeks later, and multiple requests made to construction manager, no action has still been taken. Surprised at the misinformation given to me to use all of Pulte services. For example, their homeowners insurance quote emailed to me sounded good on the surface, but upon further examination, realized the quote was for only about 2/3s the value of the home being purchased. Not sure at what point I would have been told the cost based on the actual home value. ... More

Delivered condo in the time estimated with all my choices & colors I selected.

Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.

Firstly, Lynette is a wonderful person to work with. She helped us in getting the lot we are interested in and made our process very easy from signing the contract and until we moved in. While in the construction stage I worked with Ali, our construction manager who is an another wonderful person that I met during the process. He was very patient to answer all my questions and really took care of us with everything we wanted in our new home. Overall I'm very much satisfied that I chose Pulte.

There was an urgency by Pulte to close before the end of the year 2021 to meet budget which caused workers to do poor quality work in order to finish and meet the timelines. Sloppy is unacceptable to a buyer. All in all they have worked hard to fix any issues in a decent time after move in. The workers have been super and I am sorry for giving 3 stars for quality of workmanship but given the conditions I felt I had no choice.

Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

House Buying experience with Pulte Overall I would say that house buying experience with Pulte was great. Sales: I worked with Nino and he was good for most part of it. Only problem you would face would be he is stubborn and not ready to listen to you about any bargains. All prices are fixed and there will absolutely no haggle. Once you select some options, he will not change it even we are under 30days or just after that. Construction Time: The construction took from Nov till Aug (about 9+ months). During this period, I worked with Luke. This guy is excellent. No complaints. He kept me informing about the status of the build on weekly basis. Nice location with an added architectural design gives a great value for your money. The representative at the site made me feel at ease and he did his best to get all questions answered.As a matter of fact every representative at all levels were extremely helpful. Pulte distinguishes itself with the family members that works for them. A great team work.

excellent location and community; easy home buying process

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled to be living in our new home. Unfortunately the world changed due to Covid-19 and that put everyone in a grey area full of unknown circumstances. The main focus was everyone staying safe and healthy (as well as it should be). However once in our home there were unforeseen issues that could not be addressed due to the quarantine. The construction team were prompt with their responses on what they could do but it wasn’t much they could. Construction has since resumed and we were excited to get our final construction items “wrapped up” only to receive a letter explaining that we wouldn’t get our lawn, sidewalks or driveway completed no later than the end of July 2020. We understand that there is so much that goes on that we are never aware of but this is by far the most frustrating. We have daughters who can’t play with friends and are still quarantined but can’t play on the lawn outside and are growing tired of staying in. Again I’m sure this was not an easy choice for Pulte but rather a series of tough calls to make. I do hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy. My husband and I also want to mention that the design process was a bit difficult and we feel that a visual representation would help out significantly. It felt as we were relying on the interior designers knowledge as opposed to actually seeing a depiction of OUR design choices. The designer was great, patient and calm and we enjoyed her expertise but we feel it would’ve saved time for both parties and helped us figure out where to splurge and what to “cut corners on”.
