Excellent service from the sales (Henry), closing (Amber) and service (Kirk). Overall, a very nicely planned community.

Clean and quiet it was worth the wait during the covid

Overall we had a decent home buying experience with the sales side. We had an AMAZING experience with the builder, Wally. He went above and beyond responding to (and fixing when necessary) any questions or issues we had. Wally really made the whole experience for us and we are really grateful he was there to help every step of the way. He even sought us out AFTER we were moved in to give us additional information and fix a small problem we had mentioned off hand on the final check of the house.

Sales and construction team kept me updated throughout the home construction.

We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled to be living in our new home. Unfortunately the world changed due to Covid-19 and that put everyone in a grey area full of unknown circumstances. The main focus was everyone staying safe and healthy (as well as it should be). However once in our home there were unforeseen issues that could not be addressed due to the quarantine. The construction team were prompt with their responses on what they could do but it wasn’t much they could. Construction has since resumed and we were excited to get our final construction items “wrapped up” only to receive a letter explaining that we wouldn’t get our lawn, sidewalks or driveway completed no later than the end of July 2020. We understand that there is so much that goes on that we are never aware of but this is by far the most frustrating. We have daughters who can’t play with friends and are still quarantined but can’t play on the lawn outside and are growing tired of staying in. Again I’m sure this was not an easy choice for Pulte but rather a series of tough calls to make. I do hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy. My husband and I also want to mention that the design process was a bit difficult and we feel that a visual representation would help out significantly. It felt as we were relying on the interior designers knowledge as opposed to actually seeing a depiction of OUR design choices. The designer was great, patient and calm and we enjoyed her expertise but we feel it would’ve saved time for both parties and helped us figure out where to splurge and what to “cut corners on”. Build structure is good : Satisfied. Interior installation : Pay attention to workmanship Paint quality : is VERY BAD.

In general the home buying experience went well.

The quality of the work is not as expected. There are numerous issues, including uneven drywalls with visible hiccups. Additionally, the painting has not been done properly; touching the walls reveals marks.

I’ve had a few issues with quality of materials and craftsmanship. Bathroom door hinge screws all stripped out. S so the door fell off. Two interior door handles fell off. Had issues with water sensor triggering. So A/C wouldn’t work. I’m sure there are more issues to come. Also, warranty work is only done 9am-5pm. Guess when I work??? So they won’t come to fix things when I’m home.

Great home overall and the process was easy.

Can't say enough about Brian and the front office. Open door policy. For the most part my house is my dream house! Neighbors are are welcoming and friendly. A few problems but I have confidence it will be resolved.

Overall experience was quite good - really appreciated and trusted our project manager through the process. Pulte had a big push to close homes before the end of December resulting in a rush by a number of contractors, not having sufficient time for appliances and only one day between walk through and closing so some paint touch ups were missed and the tape is still on the wall. On site Team has been wonderful and very responsive, contacting Pulte for follow up on an electrical issue required multiple follow ups from our end to get the issue resolved, but again, on-site Team was terrific.

Completion was not what I was looking for in some areas. Was told to many times about warranty after issues addressed before closing. Would suggest not to close until your house has been inspected by your own source because it’s cost me. Cleaning was not up to par at all.

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Within first week the kitchen grout came off when I told the construction manager during one week review he suggested to raise a service request Grout issue is happening with almost everyone I. Know

Expected better workmanship from Pulte.

We were ecstatic to close and move into our new home! The salesperson Dave I. was amazing. Everything seemed good, until we noticed a crack in one of the living room windows, then sockets in the basement weren’t working within the first 2 weeks. Warranty came out to review the issues, and will get back to us soon. The most disappointing event that has occurred, is the furnace/humidifier is already leaking, and a hot water pipe from the dishwasher has caused water to leak onto our treadmills in the basement. This is less than 2 months after closing. Building materials are nice, but based on our experience so far, attention to detail in workmanship has clearly been sacrificed for the sake of speed. ... Antoine was superb in responding all out queries. The only cons with the process was the walk around in the house during the handover. Nevertheless, the total experience with pulte was great.

The buying experience was good, but there wasn't any introduction to my home

The initial process of buying and the beginning of the construction process was great. My salesperson was fantastic during the process. He was quick to address my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. Once the construction process was coming to an end, the two-way communication with the construction manager wasn’t as great. I was told that he’s very busy which I understand. However, perhaps having two people for the job would be better so that the buyer can get their questions answered and things followed up on in a timely manner. Now that I’m all closed, there’s still a couple of lingering things I wanted addressed but I’m over chasing it down and will have to have someone else come finish it up. All in all, I had a good (not great) experience with the process with Pulte and I’m enjoying my new home. ... More
