We have not moved in yet, The basement id still leaking. Sent pictures of water in the basement. The garbage system has not been fixed There are still scratches on the cabinets. Nolan tries gis best

They are very quick to respond to your needs!

The experience was very smooth since this wasn’t our first home. Kelly was very helpful and her response time to our questions and suggestions was quick even on the weekends.

The workmanship is a complete joke.

Overall rated 3 out of 5 due to the process or mentoring and the lack of quality in finishing touches. Through the whole process I felt rushed and was asked for information that I did not understand what it would be used for. There is a lot of information to go through and sign that i wish someone could have walked me through and educated me. rather than jsut asking me to sign. Most, if not all, documents are protecting the builder and not you as the buyer so it is critical for you to understand the risk or what you are sigining and agreeing to. Design of the home was great however when it came to the details they are poor. Paint and mud touch ups needed, paint bleeding on walls, trim and doors, faucet handles loose, globs of grout on shower floor, carpet nails come through where you can feel, cabinet drawers not fastened down. While I thought my journey with Pulte would be a fantastic experience, I became quickly concerned about open issues that did not get resolved well passed closing 1.) 5/12 My husband and I noticed a hair line crack in the basement in which it was obvious that there was/is an active leak. It was visibly wet in that area 2.) 5/15 We went over again and noticed yet another leak on the floor by another wall in the basement 3.) 5/16 We went over and there is now another leak near the furnace As most home owners would become very concerned and after multiple attempts to address, I was told that the water was condensation. As of today in August, we have wet walls again and water coming from the walls. The initial process of buying and the beginning of the construction process was great. My salesperson was fantastic during the process. He was quick to address my questions and concerns and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. Once the construction process was coming to an end, the two-way communication with the construction manager wasn’t as great. I was told that he’s very busy which I understand. However, perhaps having two people for the job would be better so that the buyer can get their questions answered and things followed up on in a timely manner. Now that I’m all closed, there’s still a couple of lingering things I wanted addressed but I’m over chasing it down and will have to have someone else come finish it up. All in all, I had a good (not great) experience with the process with Pulte and I’m enjoying my new home. ... More

Love our home. Biggest complaint is the standard finishes we kept and didn't upgrade, Wish the standard paint was better quality. Can't touch the walls without marking them up.

Construction Mangers are the stars of the company and are great to work with. The sales staff were unresponsive and did not provide accurate information. Very frustrating at times.

Site construction team was excellent. We were rushed to closing while many issues kept popping up. Design and construction of the house seems well done, however some building materials were questionable.

Many tasks not completed on time. Many things not known when making selections.

We were sold a walkout basement option on our home at the Cottages. We cannot walkout on our lot as it slopes on a 45 degree angle. A flat patio is not workable without a retaining wall. This $20k option was sold to us with no one reviewing the plot plan or explaining the lot grade issue. Why would a builder sell a walkout basement that you cannot walk out on to? The grading was completed one day prior to close, and we were expressed our outrage to the construction manager- We are in a holding pattern with the VP Tim to see if we can get some resolution to the issue. Other that this critical expensive issue, we have 30 items that remain on our punch list, one month after close. everything from the wrong front door, missing shelves in the linen closet, gouges in the bathtub from workmen's tools, vanity lights not centered over the sinks, sawdust in the kitchen cabinets, extra hose bib not located where we identified, patio light at eye level, soft close cabinet that does not soft close, cracked cement in front, dead plants one month after close....I cannot go through them all but you get the idea. General sloppiness on the side of the sales person, Corey - just dropped the ball on the options ordered, and paid for- while we wait for delivery and corrections. Construction manager Ryan is doing clean up on some issues where he can, but also manages 60 other projects. We appreciate the effort of the VP Tim in helping us and hearing our issues- but on a $600k house you would not expect such ineptitude....I dont know how we could be more flexible in taking substitute appliances and closing on a home with so many issues. There is absolutely " no white glove policy" with our experience. Not even a grey glove. If prices this high can be charged- the product delivered sure isn't equivalent. Everyone was responsive and detailed. Flexible for my busy work schedule and helped a ton with technology with viewings through the process.

From the first day that we toured the model to being in our new home for a month, Pulte has been wonderful to work with. Between Khalid and Ali, every single question has been answered, our worries were taken care of, and they have been there for every step of the way. This process was beyond simple for us and we are so thankful!

Pros: Design, Appointments at various stages to go over the details, construction team responsiveness. Cons: Mortgage options, Quality of materials, promised appliances but not delivered instead refunded old prices in a high inflation period, huge delays in delivery timelines. Overall: If I get a time machine, I would choose another top builder.

Make sure all your concerns are fully addressed before going to closing table else it will be delayed forever.

This was a wonderful experience. The sales persons that we worked with were patient and helpful. The construction manager Chadd, was helpful with weekly updates and quick replies to my emails. There were some delays due to the winter weather but construction construction progressed quickly. The only stress was related to our other home to be sold and planning for moving. I feel that everything possible was done to help us get into this home. We would come by occasionally to check on progress and all the construction teams were very friendly and helpful as we watched their work. I was told by a salesman that my F150 was going to fit in the garage. When I tried this in my first day at home, it didn't fit. So disappointed. All the hard work, quality, good timing, etc. was overshadowed by that. Now we need to sell our F150.

Limited options, Painting work is poor, rough plumbing for basement bathroom not laid out correctly.

It’s been just over a month that I closed my first home, and I have seen a few issues with overall build quality. Even though Pulte uses good materials, overall workmanship can be only given 3 stars. I raised my hand on a few issues, and the site manager responded that they are working on it; however no response or actions were shared with me after that correspondence. This is not the service I am expecting for the price paid. I understand that a home is built by a human and there will be some errors, however I expect quick response to issues for the premium home price paid from my hard earned dollars. ... More

My experience with with Pulte has been very professional and smooth. From the beginning of our home buying experience with Pulte, I am very pleased with Dave, Frank, and Kyle. Very good response time for any minor issue that we have had thus far. Again, very courteous, respectful, friendly and professional.

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.
