Love our home. Biggest complaint is the standard finishes we kept and didn't upgrade, Wish the standard paint was better quality. Can't touch the walls without marking them up.

Wish the office was more responsive to issues. They sold out the homes then closed the office and we were on our own.

I believe the level of responsiveness to issues should be improved.

Sales team was very helpful during initial contact but pushy and sometimes misleading at times up until closing. The design process was quick and easy and the women at the design center were extremely helpful. Building was delayed due to weather and pandemic shortages but overall an easy experience with good communication. Thus workmanship was good quality for the price but not completely finished. Attention to detail was definitely missed. Pulte made it impossible to use an outside lender but were not forthcoming about that until just before closing. Once we started the process with Pulte Mortgage they were very helpful and were able to help us with a smooth process at the last minute. The closing process was very easy and title company made it possible to do most of it online before the actual closing appointment. I had previously lived in a Pulte Condo which I truly thought was a 5 rating - all I needed or wanted. This second time around - I would rate it inferior to what I enjoyed the first time. Realizing that the times now are different with great help hard to find in different areas, some of what I experienced could be understandable - but not all.

The quality of the home built out was to put it mildly some of the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Very disappointing to have spent so much money for the final product. Started a punch list for items to be remediated in the future.

Pulte need to put more attention in the details, this are not cheap home they need to have luxury finishes

Jennifer was great. Quality? One example, there is a hole in the wall beside a switch plate. I could go on.

This builder has nice designs and floor plans.

The overall experience of building our home was exciting and good. However the amount of issues we’ve had to deal with during our walk through before closing and trying to get the issues fixed with in the house after closing has been challenging. We have several dry wall issues, had carpet issues, a cracked window (I haven’t gotten an answer about if that’s going to be repaired), stair railings etc. I’ve been in my house for around five weeks. I’ve been working on trying to get these issues addressed since our closing date.

Overall I'll give you an honest review... We moved in mid March had several delays because of Windows... Said it was on back order by if you read through the emails/between the lines it was not the window company it was something else... Once moved in we noticed the following which was/is under the Pulte Warranty 1) Master Bath Shower Grout piece came out/off. Contacted our manager of our property/community scheduled for onsite repair. Guy came out didn't pay attention to the color and put the wrong color grout in... Made another call came out 1-2 weeks later removed the wrong grout color and placed it with the correct kind. 2) Back door frame was cracked - Contacted Property Manager scheduled a guy to come out. The guy arrived did not fill the crack but just put paint over it and didn't fix the full issue. Requested to have a totally different person come out put it on the schedule and there was a no show... Issue still not fixed. 3) Piece of siding fell off and blew away - Contacted Property Manager schedule a guy to come out.. This is still awaiting the day to be fixed no update on if this was fully fixed or not. 4) Cement for Driveway/Porch is UGLY - Contacted Property manager, stated that he will come out and take a look at it and see what is wrong. (What is wrong is I wouldn't walk across it unless your wearing shoes. The cement is very rough to the touch it's not brushed/smooth the overall appearance is just UGLY....) There's flaws like every new home, but I'd like to see the following with Pulte... Follow-up with the customer to make sure the issue is corrected, I shouldn't have to call/email/text to tell someone that there was a no show or incorrect grout or doing a horrible job... The house is very nice looking overall is it worth what we paid for.... That is left to be determined for the years to come, I cannot say yes or no because it's BRAND new. ... More

Pulte's responses are really superb! Very prompt and attentive! And people are very kind!

Loved working with Adam our Sales Rep. Never had an issue contacting him. Getting issues fixed very slow. If this team operated like your sales team no one could beat the Pulte.

The timing of the home building was great

Overall buying experience was satisfactory

Overall very happy however some options were not made clear what the impact would be on the final design and once the purchase agreement is signed the level of customer service declines. Make sure to do all your negotiations prior to signing.

Communication about home was lacking at times throughout the process. Numerous issues, mostly minor, but still issues with workmanship. Poorly painted walls, caulking, drywall. Seems rushed and lacking attention to detail

Our home buying closing was remote from the State of Washington. The actual closing went smoothly. The issues we have addressed have not been responded to our satisfaction. We have gutters that totally leak and overflow when it rains. The toilet in our master bedroom does not operate properly. Molding in the master bedroom shower is missing. The garage door is not properly installed and constantly rattles from the wind. There is tape on the patio door that needs to be removed. There was a workman sent to address our fireplace hearth to which we could not find the issue that he was to address. I need someone to address these issues and they do not seem to be a priority to the inspector. They all we addressed except for the garage door with Sarah the construction manager. ... More

Had a good reputuation of Pulte Homes at the time of signing up the new house. After seeing the type of construction they're doing I can't recommand Pulte to any. There are hiring cheap labor and quality of work is not professional

They don’t care customers after closing. Make sure to get things done before sale.
