This was a wonderful experience. The sales persons that we worked with were patient and helpful. The construction manager Chadd, was helpful with weekly updates and quick replies to my emails. There were some delays due to the winter weather but construction construction progressed quickly. The only stress was related to our other home to be sold and planning for moving. I feel that everything possible was done to help us get into this home. We would come by occasionally to check on progress and all the construction teams were very friendly and helpful as we watched their work. I was told by a salesman that my F150 was going to fit in the garage. When I tried this in my first day at home, it didn't fit. So disappointed. All the hard work, quality, good timing, etc. was overshadowed by that. Now we need to sell our F150.

Limited options, Painting work is poor, rough plumbing for basement bathroom not laid out correctly.

It’s been just over a month that I closed my first home, and I have seen a few issues with overall build quality. Even though Pulte uses good materials, overall workmanship can be only given 3 stars. I raised my hand on a few issues, and the site manager responded that they are working on it; however no response or actions were shared with me after that correspondence. This is not the service I am expecting for the price paid. My experience with with Pulte has been very professional and smooth. From the beginning of our home buying experience with Pulte, I am very pleased with Dave, Frank, and Kyle. Very good response time for any minor issue that we have had thus far. Again, very courteous, respectful, friendly and professional.

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.

Wish the office was more responsive to issues. They sold out the homes then closed the office and we were on our own.

Our entire process went exceptionally well. Each person we worked with was helpful every step of the way. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Overall great experience with the process of our quick move in home! After closing our construction manager Mike Z. was very responsive and able to help with minor issues that needed attention. My wife and I are happy we chose Pulte for our first home purchase and will consider them to family and friend.

For the price I paid, the attention to detail of the finishes, paint, cabinetry and trim work was completely sub par. I would expect a much better job pertaining to the finished details of the house. Honestly, I’m disappointed to the point where I don’t “love” my house as much as I would like to.

Pros: Pulte has great floor plans, elevations and options, good site locations, good community planning and generally well maintained communities Cons: Shoddy workmanship in a few areas (needs to focus more on the quality and not just speed), possibly a COVID driven issue but some of the standard options they have provided before along with their higher-priced options aren't standard anymore (as a second time Pulte homebuyers, our last home we've built came with some standard options that weren't standard in our new home), responding to new build issues through their claims portal is very slow, our experience with the sales during our home construction was very bad and she didn't get her work orders properly organized neither with us nor with the builders and there was confusion with options and the sales price changed twice because she couldn't keep track of the options. I really was amazed on the speed and holding the timeline. I also would say the weekly progress updates with pictures was a surprise and delight.

Elaine is a great salesperson. Tim is a great Customer Care Manager that coordinated fixing numerous issues after closing.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Our home was ready for us to move in within the original time frame quoted so that was nice. The quality of the workmanship is relatively poor for this price range and for the fact that they are brand new luxury homes. When problems arise the team is pretty quick to respond which is convenient. Feels like PULTE rushes to build homes quickly with little quality control. Quantity over quality which should be the opposite.

Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5. Kitchen stove and dishwasher both are not functional, stove takes longest time to heat, dishwasher dry cycle doesn't work 6. Trim paint job was done poor quality 7. Kitchen island workmanship is poor quality, its not straight but off, I wish i could upload pictures 8. On time build as promised. Quality of build not as expected. Options cost a lot. Forced to go with Pulte lender as other options don’t work. Responsive to the issues that are brought to attention.

Well based on my experience do not close on your house until you have everything that you are expected. I was the first one in this neighborhood and am still waiting for my driveway to be poured in the meantime there has been over a dozen of homes that closed after me that have both their driveway poured and some of their landscaping. Had I known I would have held off on closing.

Responsiveness to issues is so poor. Quality of homes is poor and customer service is horrible.
