Wish the office was more responsive to issues. They sold out the homes then closed the office and we were on our own.

Great builder, good buying experience and responsive to warranty issues.

Our entire process went exceptionally well. Each person we worked with was helpful every step of the way. I would recommend Pulte to anyone.

Overall great experience with the process of our quick move in home! After closing our construction manager Mike Z. was very responsive and able to help with minor issues that needed attention. My wife and I are happy we chose Pulte for our first home purchase and will consider them to family and friend.

For the price I paid, the attention to detail of the finishes, paint, cabinetry and trim work was completely sub par. I would expect a much better job pertaining to the finished details of the house. Honestly, I’m disappointed to the point where I don’t “love” my house as much as I would like to.

Pros: Pulte has great floor plans, elevations and options, good site locations, good community planning and generally well maintained communities Cons: Shoddy workmanship in a few areas (needs to focus more on the quality and not just speed), possibly a COVID driven issue but some of the standard options they have provided before along with their higher-priced options aren't standard anymore (as a second time Pulte homebuyers, our last home we've built came with some standard options that weren't standard in our new home), responding to new build issues through their claims portal is very slow, our experience with the sales during our home construction was very bad and she didn't get her work orders properly organized neither with us nor with the builders and there was confusion with options and the sales price changed twice because she couldn't keep track of the options. Overall a good experience, highly recommended.

I really was amazed on the speed and holding the timeline. I also would say the weekly progress updates with pictures was a surprise and delight.

Elaine is a great salesperson. Tim is a great Customer Care Manager that coordinated fixing numerous issues after closing.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Our home was ready for us to move in within the original time frame quoted so that was nice. The quality of the workmanship is relatively poor for this price range and for the fact that they are brand new luxury homes. When problems arise the team is pretty quick to respond which is convenient. Feels like PULTE rushes to build homes quickly with little quality control. Quantity over quality which should be the opposite.

Overall the materials used seem cheap. 1. Sinks do not have anything to close and open the drain, have to push it with hands 2. Bathtub tap doesnt have anything to control water flow, either its full flow or no flow 3. Shower head seem cheap build 4. Toilet seats are cheap built 5. Kitchen stove and dishwasher both are not functional, stove takes longest time to heat, dishwasher dry cycle doesn't work 6. Trim paint job was done poor quality 7. Kitchen island workmanship is poor quality, its not straight but off, I wish i could upload pictures 8. On time build as promised. Quality of build not as expected. Options cost a lot. Forced to go with Pulte lender as other options don’t work. Responsive to the issues that are brought to attention.

Well based on my experience do not close on your house until you have everything that you are expected. I was the first one in this neighborhood and am still waiting for my driveway to be poured in the meantime there has been over a dozen of homes that closed after me that have both their driveway poured and some of their landscaping. Had I known I would have held off on closing.

Responsiveness to issues is so poor. Quality of homes is poor and customer service is horrible.

Everything in our home was done really cheaply cabinets installation ,kitchen island !! (0,5 inch gaps on both sides terrible job! .For the price of the the development craftsmanship is terrible , walls are crooked;anything in the condo was done cheaply and without the second thought (design and placement of electrical outlets are terrible!!) Steps are not wood but some kind of wood chips mix ?) and not really safe -they are moving under foot( they are not aligned ( basement and garage)and really menace to safety! Windows are not working properly.Construction manager is trying his best to help! he is real professional (but It's little too late to fix that project)View is great for sure! ... More

Pulte Sales misled me early on, costing me thousands of dollars. Low quality standards evidenced inside and outside of house. Contractors show no pride in their work, or interest in doing a good quality job. Pulte construction shows no interest in quality. They are incented to put the house up as fast as possible so Pulte can collect your money ASAP!!!

Professionally executed build process. Good team.

You don't get a lot of time for making your choices and they are somewhat limited but we are very happy with the design decisions we made. They handled the current supply issues very well and kept us generally ontime.

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.

The contractor I worked with was great and responsive during the build, but the quality and workmanship was far below what is acceptable. If you pay over $500k for a condo, the cabinets should not be the same quality that you find at Walmart. The floor has severe squeaks and the paint job throughout the house is horrible. I am so disappointed in the overall quality.

The build quality is really bad. I had kitchen cabinets scratches, issues with engineering floor, interior door after house closing. The workers are lack of experience. I call the pulte customer care department ten times... I couldn't reach any people to talk with rather than leaving a voice message..
