Everything in our home was done really cheaply cabinets installation ,kitchen island !! (0,5 inch gaps on both sides terrible job! .For the price of the the development craftsmanship is terrible , walls are crooked;anything in the condo was done cheaply and without the second thought (design and placement of electrical outlets are terrible!!) Steps are not wood but some kind of wood chips mix ?) and not really safe -they are moving under foot( they are not aligned ( basement and garage)and really menace to safety! Windows are not working properly.Construction manager is trying his best to help! he is real professional (but It's little too late to fix that project)View is great for sure! ... More

Pulte Sales misled me early on, costing me thousands of dollars. Low quality standards evidenced inside and outside of house. Contractors show no pride in their work, or interest in doing a good quality job. Pulte construction shows no interest in quality. They are incented to put the house up as fast as possible so Pulte can collect your money ASAP!!!

Professionally executed build process. Good team.

You don't get a lot of time for making your choices and they are somewhat limited but we are very happy with the design decisions we made. They handled the current supply issues very well and kept us generally ontime.

My wife and I are first time homeowners. Understandably, we were very nervous about the purchase and the new construction process. Jose, Jason and Luke went above and beyond to ensure that we were informed every step of the way. Most importantly, they made us feel comfortable with out decision. I would highly recommend engaging either or all of them in your own home purchase!

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.

The contractor I worked with was great and responsive during the build, but the quality and workmanship was far below what is acceptable. If you pay over $500k for a condo, the cabinets should not be the same quality that you find at Walmart. The floor has severe squeaks and the paint job throughout the house is horrible. I am so disappointed in the overall quality.

The build quality is really bad. I had kitchen cabinets scratches, issues with engineering floor, interior door after house closing. The workers are lack of experience. I call the pulte customer care department ten times... I couldn't reach any people to talk with rather than leaving a voice message..

Everyone was very nice to deal with.

We had our house closing on 17th December after quite a few postponements. We happily entered our dream house with a sense of relief and belief as we got this from a reputed construction company. Within 48hrs of closing , during a family gathering, I heard a big sound and water came running from the roof ,making a puddle and dripping from the brand NEW house. Rushed to check but water was just pouring , ran up not knowing what to do, but couldn't find anything, our NEW roof was just leaking. Just be in our place and imagine our horror. Never heard anything like this from any new homeowners. After calls and messages ,and a quick checkup, found that the pipe wasn’t soldered properly. We didn’t know how to react , to be relieved as it was a human error or to be horrified at the level of inspection done .How can such things be missed during all the inspections. Leaving me wondering what all things that can happen in future. This incident kept me awake all night, thinking what was the advantage of going with the good builders if not for their quality. Also warranty for us buyers doesn’t mean if anything happens it will be covered , it means that you are so confident about your product that till that tenure all will be functioning properly and if IN CASE something happens it will be covered. Today April 4th as i am writing review till date this issue has not been fixed completely. Warranty customer service is very very poor. There was a delay for closing my house got postponed two times is due to cabinets, those are not up to the mark quality due to below reason. We went with Cabinets kitchen convenience package 2 roll out trays to the kitchen and pull out trash can, most of them are falling out within the days. Very difficult to get responses once the sale is closed. They don't call back!

While the work and communication with Elaine and Chad were quite good, watching the overall build process was very disappointing. The trade workers did not appear to show any pride in their work and their sole purpose was to get done as quickly as possible without any attention to detail. After move in it has been discovered that most of the products used are of poor quality. We are still waiting for resolution on an issue with one of the appliances that was in the unit. Not what we ordered and paid for. This appears to be coming to a resolution soon.

They are not trustworthy in completing home with quality materials, my previous apartment home paint job was 1000 times better. Fit and finish of pulte sucks. they want to squeeze as much as from customers during the pandemic. Material shortage is just a play they want to do.

Many noticeable issues were found after move in.

I am glad I waited a little while to do this review. Generally speaking I am unsatisfied. Even taking into consideration these very difficult times my condo buying experience was nothing close to a celebration. I have multiple issues some small but several that are significant and when I look at the whole picture it appears to me The process was hurried. When I look at the small mistakes that were done I begin to wonder about the workmanship behind the walls and under the floors. Several problems in These areas have already been identified and I hope will be appropriately resolved. The building process was excellent. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

Sales team was very helpful during initial contact but pushy and sometimes misleading at times up until closing. The design process was quick and easy and the women at the design center were extremely helpful. Building was delayed due to weather and pandemic shortages but overall an easy experience with good communication. Thus workmanship was good quality for the price but not completely finished. Attention to detail was definitely missed. Pulte made it impossible to use an outside lender but were not forthcoming about that until just before closing. Once we started the process with Pulte Mortgage they were very helpful and were able to help us with a smooth process at the last minute. The closing process was very easy and title company made it possible to do most of it online before the actual closing appointment. Make sure you inspect everything carefully and take your time at your final walk-through before closing. Overall, despite some bumps in the process we would recommend buying a Pulte built home. ... Field manager Chad was awesome who went above and beyond his job expectations. He was professional, courteous, and a helpful problem solver.

Pulte offers a qulity home buying experience and they deliver an excellent product.

I had previously lived in a Pulte Condo which I truly thought was a 5 rating - all I needed or wanted. This second time around - I would rate it inferior to what I enjoyed the first time. Realizing that the times now are different with great help hard to find in different areas, some of what I experienced could be understandable - but not all.
