i have a list if issues has not completed and I am still waiting to be completed , and I have reported a couple of bad quality materials

Love design and features. A bit frustrating that paint is all over the light fixtures etc.

We really wish that we had more time between our celebration walk and final walk through. Only 50% of the items printed out were fixed or addressed. The very final step of the closing was scheduled for November 30. Our appointment was at 11 and we did not close until 5:30 in the evening. There were over 35 closing scheduled for that day alone. Other buyers were also there on the 30th because they couldn’t close on the 29th. Not sure if a Pulte was trying to close by the end of the month figures. But many people were very frustrated. May want to stagger them out more thru out the month.

Unfortunately this builder isn’t much different than many of the others where you have to perform their inspections for them. Too many issues get missed and the end consumer gets stuck having to deal with them, all so that they can make their monthly quotas.

Closing date was postponed again and again. Feels like that the closing documents was not prepared when setting up a closing date.

Fast response in the quality issue report

Security issues front porch..no sensors on garage lights outside..no follow up after completion..i.e. outside cleanliness of brick appearance..not working with home owner on what they want..i.e. wanted subfloor laid down underneath hard wood flooring..was not an option even tho we told them we would pay for the subfloor..now subfloor shakes when u walk on it..if I am in the bedroom I can feel the floor shaking if someone is walking in the great room..I feel if someone wants an option and r willing to pay for it why wouldn't it be considered..

The walk thru was scheduled too close to the closing. We felt rushed and did not have a great deal of time to adequately look at the condo and any issues that should have been addressed. Not sure why it was scheduled the way that it was.

Pulte need to put more attention in the details, this are not cheap home they need to have luxury finishes

We have a beautiful home built in a well designed neighborhood. Pulte’s experience designing and building beautiful neighborhoods and houses shows in this project. Pulte did a good job overcoming supply chain issues throughout the project. The house design is spectacular, the construction appears to be solid. One disappointment is the interior paint finish. This is a luxury level home and nearly every room has poorly done paint. Runs, drips, and void areas. All of these spots were even ‘blue taped’ but somehow were not corrected prior to the closing. In the scheme of things interior paint is fairly minor and can be fixed later. Pulte created a beautifully designed forever home. It is well insulated, graded well to prevent water issues, and all of the plumbing and HVAC is working well. The overall Pulte experience was good. Pulte builds a quality home. Things were tough due to supply chain issues, but they stick with it and got the job done.

Overall we had a great experience. Some of the work done was not to the standard I expected, but overall we are happy.

Very satisfied for closing time no any problem with us. Thanks.

On each stage it was bad experience with Pulte starting from Sales Team, Pulte Design Center and Construction quality and standard. Worst part is big brand Pulte can construct Sleight walls.

I requested more than month ago for repair for chipped door and many other things needed to be fixed. Why your company hasn't done anything? Please respond with your answers.

Many issues with the quality. Requested help for repairs numerous times, only to be ignored.

I enjoyed the complete development of home in Woodbridge. The sales manager (Khal) whom I worked was very helpful and guided me to choose the best options for the home and I must appreciate that he is reachable to answer all my questions through the 8 months of development. Since we were the first-time homeowner, we had lot of basic questions and our Field manager (Aaron) was transparent in explaining and he clarified each of them with no hesitance. His supervision made the home to fulfill our expectation and I would say beyond our expectation. Overall, the whole journey with Pulte was a wonderful experience and as a customer I like the teamwork of Pulte and I was comfortable with the Pulte process. I'm very happy with my new home

I was told move-in-date would be either July,August or September. My closing date wad October 19-disappointing.

Location is great. Ask a lot of questions. No one person at Pulte will have the answers. I got burnt on my new refrig appliance, Samsung, kept blowing the fuse. Someone was to suppose to tell me about this before I moved in that Samsung and Pulte don't go together.

Jennifer was great. Quality? One example, there is a hole in the wall beside a switch plate. I could go on.

We had a very smooth process from beginning to the end. Kelly was our sales person and was very patient and assisted us along the way to the end. Mike was our project manager and he kept us informed every stood the way. To see our home built from ground is something we will always treasure. Our home was finished and beautiful.

I was expecting luxury house as they advertised or at least similar to the model that they showed us the final finishing product is so bad - the design and features are great!

From start to end have positive experience from Pulte staff. Team listen and advice us time to time make proper decision.
