Should review cost of all options with Pulte before signing or making any deposits, found options to be dated, limited and over priced. Was not allowed access to home during construction, was only allowed once during construction, can understand now after seeing quality issues.

The sales is great. The salesman is willing to help all the time and all the ways. If there are ten stars, I will give ten. The contract didn’t update correctly after the interior design. Some items’ name are different between contract and design brochure. It caused the wrong items are installed and can’t be changed. Lessons to learn here, please sure all the items on the contract are same as what you want. If you find differences from the brochure, just ask. Some construction issues weren’t solved until moved in. Complained many times about the remaining roof issue. But the bad quality ...

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

Easy process up to closing and Builders respond quickly. I like my home built as expected like the model home. Lived one month and found few issues but I believe those could be cared for by warranty service.

The staff works hard to meet your needs. Overall I am pleased with my experience with Pulte. There are a few areas I think could use improvement but at the local level, the staff worked hard to create the house I wanted. Wish surveys for the project managers were not sent right when I moved in. Too much going on to write an accurate review for the team. I felt the mortgage side of Pulte was pushed a little too much. For a person who never had a house built, there were some communication issues.

In my opinion Pulte gives you a home that's competitive price and nicely designed. I feel like they are well organized and make a good effort to satisfy the home buyer. They also have a design center that you'll find to be very helpful in selecting the many options that are available to you. If you have a warranty issue they respond with in a reasonable time.

Pulte makes high quality homes. Be diligent in asking about all options for your home including upgrades. We missed out on a few options due to our sales associate being fired in the middle of our purchase. There are a few things we didn’t know and were misinformed about. Pulte worked to correct some of the issues. They were responsive up until signing on the dotted line. Once you sign and purchase the home you become low priority and the communication is delayed and at times unresponsive to the issues that arise. There was 4 months delay. The quality of material is bad and it is badly built with seams, dents, defects everywhere. The HOA is also awful, not responding to your inquiries. Not worth the money at all!

Our project manager and sales rep were very friendly. However their construction motto seems to be build the house quick and cheap, then attempt to fix only what the homebuyer catches. Some workmanship errors have been corrected - still waiting on many others.

Do not close on the deal until you are totally satisfied with your new home, Do not trust anything said verbally, get everything in writing, and please don’t close on the property until you are totally satisfied of the outcome of what you are purchasing.

Please do not close on your New construction Property Purchase until you are totally satisfied with the outcome and get everything in writing. Because once you close and there is some concerns that you have or had that where not address you may not get those concerns met, and you may get the brushoff treatment.

House Buying experience with Pulte Overall I would say that house buying experience with Pulte was great. Sales: I worked with Nino and he was good for most part of it. Only problem you would face would be he is stubborn and not ready to listen to you about any bargains. All prices are fixed and there will absolutely no haggle. Poor Finishing/Lack of Response

We moved into our home in July and have several unresolved punch list items. We have also noticed serious workmanship issues with our subfloors and wood trim throughout the house. We have been chasing both the warranty group and our initial construction contact but have not received resolution. If we had known things were going to be this bad and so different from the model, it’s unlikely we would have bought a Pulte home.
