The poor quality of the skilled trades they hired.

Be very careful. The home overall is spacious and planned well but the lack of care to the details makes this a new home filled with fixes. Slow down and really go through the house prior to the final walk though! For example, our master shower leaks water onto the floor, the standard size fridge space was measured/built incorrectly so that it did not fit a fridge, the fuse box was labeled wrong. Those are just the highlights.

I am extremely disappointed with Pulte’s lack of ownership and follow-through on several unresolved issues that were clearly present prior to closing. Despite repeated assurances, Pulte failed to address multiple concerns including: • Basement debris that should have been cleared before handover • Outstanding water and sewer charges that should have been settled • No gas connection at the time of closing • Other miscellaneous unfinished items that were either ignored or brushed off These are not minor oversights but fundamental responsibilities that should have been completed ...

Home is poorly built. I’ve faced issues since the construction phase and warranty representatives are a joke. I’ve had toilets leaking, ducting gaps, cracks in the driveway among other issues. Even during the closing inspection they asked me to close with a malfunctioning water heater, poorly installed carpet, incomplete plumbing connections, tub overflows not working. My advice - look elsewhere and get everything inspected. Sales process was good, but was not presented with an accurate layout of the community property when signing. Pulte didn’t take ownership to rectify the issue. ...

Impatient and rude Sales team makes you wonder whether you’re paying for the house or them. Important options like ceiling height of living area have been hidden by the sales team. We ended up finding the details from neighbors and had to fight to get those options added. House default options are of such low quality we had to upgrade every single component of the house which brought in a 100k options Bill on a 400k house. while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

Overall, the experience was below average. Everything felt rushed, a lot of small details werent explained. When doing walk through, there were too many paint jobs not done, material not yet built and after closing found some main house items missed such as drainage systems. Also leaks in basement which had to work through warranty for weeks to get done even though it was mistake from start. Not what you expect for a brand new home in this price point

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Our home was ready for us to move in within the original time frame quoted so that was nice. The quality of the workmanship is relatively poor for this price range and for the fact that they are brand new luxury homes. When problems arise the team is pretty quick to respond which is convenient. Feels like PULTE rushes to build homes quickly with little quality control. Quantity over quality which should be the opposite.

The poor quality of the materials and workmanship!

The contractor I worked with was great and responsive during the build, but the quality and workmanship was far below what is acceptable. If you pay over $500k for a condo, the cabinets should not be the same quality that you find at Walmart. The floor has severe squeaks and the paint job throughout the house is horrible. I am so disappointed in the overall quality.

Frustrating and an overall disappointing experience

While the work and communication with Elaine and Chad were quite good, watching the overall build process was very disappointing. The trade workers did not appear to show any pride in their work and their sole purpose was to get done as quickly as possible without any attention to detail. After move in it has been discovered that most of the products used are of poor quality. We are still waiting for resolution on an issue with one of the appliances that was in the unit. Not what we ordered and paid for. This appears to be coming to a resolution soon.

The painting is bad, lots of spot are not fixed although I taped them and showed to the Filed Manager; Over 10 walls are not vertical, most of the trims are curved not straight.
