Our home buying closing was remote from the State of Washington. The actual closing went smoothly. The issues we have addressed have not been responded to our satisfaction. We have gutters that totally leak and overflow when it rains. The toilet in our master bedroom does not operate properly. Molding in the master bedroom shower is missing. The garage door is not properly installed and constantly rattles from the wind. There is tape on the patio door that needs to be removed. My experience was great. Also, my sale man, now became my family member Antoine was excellent. I highly recommend him to anyone trying buy or build new home at Deerbrook. Also construction manager Maria and her team were very excellent. Tony was excellent too. My overall interaction with all the member involve was nothing but memorable.

I overall recommended Pulte Home. The price and option they included are good for the price. Although workmanship can be improved. Vinyl floor is uneven and the wall is not flat.

Happy overall but room for improvement

Let me start by saying that Ben our construction manager, addressed every concern we had upfront immediately and kept us up to date weekly, to the status of the build. He is a true assets and I think made a big difference on our build. I will say that Pulte really needs to address some drywall and paint quality issues, such as very visible drywall mud seams, drywall tape behind the paint peeling off, sloppiness of the applied paint, and the quality of the paint(even when paying for the paint upgrade). If I pay for the paint upgrade, I expect the paint to be better quality than say buying a ...

Lot of issues I moved it and no proper fitting to basement and missed my fan in room and I see water leaking every where and windows and garage door opener has loose connections and doors getting sounds

Wish there are timer switches installed for patio and driveway lights which is not expensive and no homeowner will do it manually everyday. Paint is peeling off even with painter tape

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

I am extremely disappointed with Pulte’s lack of ownership and follow-through on several unresolved issues that were clearly present prior to closing. Despite repeated assurances, Pulte failed to address multiple concerns including: • Basement debris that should have been cleared before handover • Outstanding water and sewer charges that should have been settled • No gas connection at the time of closing • Other miscellaneous unfinished items that were either ignored or brushed off These are not minor oversights but fundamental responsibilities that should have been completed ...

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

Some of the finishing is not great. My entrance door and frame looks crappy. Didn’t pay attention when doing the walk thru. Also our sunroom door is not finished well. I consider Pulte a quality builder but am not happy with some of the finished work Thanks

Home is poorly built. I’ve faced issues since the construction phase and warranty representatives are a joke. I’ve had toilets leaking, ducting gaps, cracks in the driveway among other issues. Even during the closing inspection they asked me to close with a malfunctioning water heater, poorly installed carpet, incomplete plumbing connections, tub overflows not working. My advice - look elsewhere and get everything inspected. Sales process was good, but was not presented with an accurate layout of the community property when signing. Pulte didn’t take ownership to rectify the issue. ...

Crooks...the only way to describe them. The only saving grace has been our construction manager - Ali. He is responsive and explains things. Pulte's policies are ridiculous. Also Pulte Mortgage is nothing but a bunch of scam artists.

There are several issues found a month after move in. a. The head/air doesnt blow to the two bedrooms farther away from the Furnace. Did Pulte test air flow out of the vents. I am confident anemometer was never used. Now running through Pulte hoops to get someone to look. Understand all my neighbours are having similar issues. b.
