The home had a ton of issues and the construction team has not been open and honest about fixing the lingering issues and had been punting them to Warranty instead of taking ownership.

Pulte truly simplifies the home build/buying experience. They have a very well maintained process that reduces the anxieties associated with such a huge decision. Your home is one of (if not) the largest single investment that a person will make therefore it is essential to ensure you partner with the right builder. I fully endorse Pulte Homes as the builder of choice.

The experience was the removal and replacement of an undercabinet light fixture to match the luminosity of two other units located under the kitchen cabinets. The electrician was polite, wearing a mask, and replaced the light unit in a very short time. Overall a pleasant outcome.

The base price is not nearly what you will end up paying. Pulte does not deter from what they know. This is a double edged sword as they are building homes quickly but without variation.

On site construction crew was great, particularly Chadd and Jamie. What they promised was delivered. The sales team, however, needs to learn how to provide clients accurate information and timelines.

I feel like cheated. When I decided to buy a new construction house I had expectations to get a perfect house when I am paying close to my hard earned half Million dollars. When we had new house inspection and walk though we found too many issues which was not expected from a new construction. Drywall and finishing was very poor. Everywhere I could see nail holes in dry wall and all the trims, doors and windows. My closing date was rescheduled couple of times. To make up the changes in closing dates construction manager offered Pulte could do something for us. We discussed the option of getting garage finished and install backsplash in the kitchen. Also told me to buy backsplash and grout. They will install it and also will give me a gift card for the price of tiles and grout. Trusting their words was a bad bad idea. It's been almost 2 months after I bought tile and grout. Now they don't even pick up my calls or return the calls. No proper replay on e-mails as well. I am very disappointed I went with Pulte. Workmanship is worst and buyer has to find all the issues.. at one point we are exhausted finding issues and working with them to fix it.

The home is beautiful but the craftsmanship in some areas seems quick and not up to par with what we paid for. We are hoping that pulte will make it right and fix the issues.

My experience was joy what I hope from such a well known company. The sells agent or builders consistently didn’t follow through on promises. There was a lack of communication on closing and receiving final paperwork after closing. I was constantly calling to remind staff of things they said they would do or provide to me.

Moved to pine vista to downsize from a larger family house. We have been very pleased with the entire buying and building process. Even with the COVID delay, the house was done right on the revised timeline. So far we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship, we had 1 minor issue after move-in but us was corrected very quickly.

Though we love our home & are happy with how beautiful the house turned out....the process was miserable and we felt as though we were just a number to Pulte as a whole. There were some individuals working for the company who we had relatively pleasant experiences with but as a whole there was a SEVERE lack of communication. If asked by friends and family, I would not suggest Pulte.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a Pulte home and are very pleased with it. The project managers, Mike & Mike, were very pleasant to work with and had no problem adding a few adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs. The workmanship throughout is very good. We are overall very pleased with the design and workmanship of our new Pulte Home.

Pulte was working with me while the building process of the house was taking place (The Landings at Cherry Hill Village, Canton MI); right before the closing (on the same day) however, I was asked to accept the house as it was -OR- postpone the scheduled closing to a future TBD date. Some of the promises that were made through the building process were never addressed (did not honor their word, their promise). We did not have a choice to push the closing out as the moving from our previous house was already contracted. Once I have taken ownership of the house my requests continue to be open without a clear day on when these open issues will be resolved... Pulte has ignored my (many) phone calls, without even having one single phone call in return. It seems that once you are inside the house, Pulte "Warranty" only exists in an email address. I could not submit my "satisfaction" survey right after taking ownership of the house (I would not like to think the glitches in their survey systems were "coincidentally failing" when I tried to submit my dissatisfaction scores in their survey. ... unresolved issues still pending and we also found a dead bird In the furnace. The dead bird caused furnace leaking issues in the basement for 2 weeks.

We heard Pulte is a big company and we thought the process of the house construction will be customizable so that we can choose what we need, but the process we went through is different. Pulte has very strict rules in terms of alterations we can perform.m, that made us difficult to build the home we dreamed. Pulte has very strict rules in selecting the structural options, once we selected in the starting that we can’t change after couple of weeks. Overall, Pulte has to change according to the buyers taste.

The sales people were excellent. There are a bit nit picks in the house but mostly fine. The landscaping needs to be improved in the community.

The house is nice. Material and workmanship lacking a little. They are extremely responsive to issues.

i think they dont understand how to to business with there clients they are super intelligent taking clients money after that they are like non responsive

I am not pleased with the way Pulte is handling my concerns. For starters I'm going to start with my sod and sprinkler situation that I paid $6,000 for. My sod and sprinkler system could not be installed because my soil had not been final graded. So I reached out to the field manager of Pulte for my community to find out when would my final grade be done so my sod could be laid down. so in the midst of waiting for my final grade to be done it was brought to my attention that my sump pump was not completely installed they had the pipe coming out of the side of my house but not running into the ground to the sewer. ( How did this pass city inspection) that was taken care of but my sod situation has not yet been taken care of as of yet and it's been over a month since I closed on my home. My next issued was my air conditioner went out my 2nd week in my home and I had to call out the heating and cooling company who installed the system and I found out that one there was a line that was not tighten and all the Freon leaked out. My 3rd issue is a classic I had a new refrigerator delivered and my GFI socket kept tripping which caused my fridge to shut off. so I would have to reset the GFI switch to turn my fridge back on which would trip again several times a day. I emailed the field manager who told me to call the electrical company and that their number would be on the inside of the kitchen cabinet which it wasn't so I had to contact my salesperson for the number. I called the electrical company and left a message and I'm still waiting on a call back. So I called the warranty department to make a claim about the GFI situation and the 1st thing I was asked is what kind of fridge do I have ? I told her that I have a Samsung Fridge and she stated that Samsung fridges Ice makers make the GFI switch trip and there is nothing that was warranty would cover to repair and I would have to contact an electrician myself for the problem (wow ) I just purchased a home for over $350,000 and I have repair a electrical problem concerning my fridge. So I called a electrician out who informed me that my fridge need to be put on its own electric line and Pulte should have had this done at the time of the build like everything else in the circuit breaker box like the range Ac and ect. It took this guy less than 10 minutes to fix my GFI problem that Pulte would not take care of so sad. So now I've reached out to the sod company who stated they do not know when they can come out and lay my sod which is so unacceptable considering $6,000 was paid out for the job..... ... More

A very well built home, very few issues. All the people from various Pulte groups were very friendly and helpful.

Pulte built our new house and it is awesome!! They went out of their way to make sure we got everything we asked for and met every commitment they set forth. The company communicated effectively and handled working through workforce shutdowns and material issues with only state imposed delays impacting our timeline. The house is great.. the community is great.. We are happy.. Thank you Pulte!
