We moved in to a house with the outside property still under construction. We are extremely disappointed with the execution of the construction. The repairs to the outside promised were not done. The lawn has been a disaster waiting for, and the property is littered with rocks. Molding is not caulked and Pulte is now trying to direct us to put all the issues into warrantee.

We have our dream house and pulte made it happen. Thank you

Less than a month after purchased our home, we ran into a low voltage electrical problem which caused malfunctioning of our built in oven and A/C. It caused us great inconvenience and worries. Kirk responded to our issues accordingly and helped to fix it.

My husband and I are beyond thrilled to be living in our new home. Unfortunately the world changed due to Covid-19 and that put everyone in a grey area full of unknown circumstances. The main focus was everyone staying safe and healthy (as well as it should be). However once in our home there were unforeseen issues that could not be addressed due to the quarantine. The construction team were prompt with their responses on what they could do but it wasn’t much they could. Construction has since resumed and we were excited to get our final construction items “wrapped up” only to receive a letter explaining that we wouldn’t get our lawn, sidewalks or driveway completed no later than the end of July 2020. We understand that there is so much that goes on that we are never aware of but this is by far the most frustrating. We have daughters who can’t play with friends and are still quarantined but can’t play on the lawn outside and are growing tired of staying in. Again I’m sure this was not an easy choice for Pulte but rather a series of tough calls to make. I do hope everyone and their families are safe and healthy. My husband and I also want to mention that the design process was a bit difficult and we feel that a visual representation would help out significantly. It felt as we were relying on the interior designers knowledge as opposed to actually seeing a depiction of OUR design choices. The designer was great, patient and calm and we enjoyed her expertise but we feel it would’ve saved time for both parties and helped us figure out where to splurge and what to “cut corners on”. I have found lots of things wrong since moving in that they did that are just poor workmanship. Floors had cut outs for outlets for the electric recliners I had, the edges of the floorings around the outlets had big chips in it. When I noted that during the walk through all they did was take a black marker, flies are grey and color the chips in. All that needed to happen was the flooring need to be taped when they cut the flooring for the outlets, this is flooring 101. The paint is so cheap that when I used a magic eraser to remove a mark it wipes the pint down to the wall board. Grout was poorly lauded and c on omg up on the tiles. The field in bathroom have no caulking at the edges and corners. Just very poor workmanship. They also had very poor options and my place appraised 4K less then they were charging me and they made no attempt to even try to adjust the price. I would never buy another Pulte home. I am still waiting for them to replace a cabinet door that was poorly installed. ... More

Overall i like the new home and would like to thank my construction manager Mr. Aaron who did a great job in helping fix many of the issues that i pointed before handover and after handover. He took great care of us during the final inspection to explain every single detail on how to take care of my new home , maintenance contact etc. I dont have to follow-up on the issues i mention, he takes care of arranging someone to address the issues. I really like his customer centric approach. Except for the initial hiccups with purchasing (lot prices not being considered equally) and price being hiked-up. i like my home and appreciate the construction team who built the house and delivered on time. ... #1. The cabinet finishing is not good #2. If you have your Master Bedroom above your garage you need to buy a separate heater ... Based on our experience, overall it is 1 out of 5 stars.

Your sales staff and construction staff are the best - always willing to help us through the home bulding process and answer any questions or concerns we may have.

We've called and left multiple voicemails about issues with our brand new home and no one seems to care. All that mattered was getting the house finished by the end of the year. The closer you look at the details, the less impressed I am with the house. I don't think I'd buy another Pulte house.

Everything is good

The wood floor isn't flat and has noise. The garage door has big noise and a gap when I closed. The wall is a wallpaper, it's easy to off the wall.

I don't recommend this builder to anyone.

Our sales representative Kevin was absolutely amazing. He will accomplish great things. Can’t say the same for the quality of workmanship. Having an inexperienced eye for construction I put my faith in the construction crew of our home. Once the honey moon stage faded (60 days after closing) we noticed multiple defects. I won’t use Pulte again for a home, the price of almost 600k has given me a beautiful lot with 200k house on it. Materials are builder grade and the craftsmanship looks to be done by inexperienced laborers. Crown molding around the cabinets isn't attached, cabinets in the kitchen are the lowest grade you can buy, the backsplash tile work is short (some tiles stick out, grout lines appear to be done by a child) Great marketing but the product isn’t worth the cost. ... The entire process was great !

The whole process has been really well laid out with a few hiccups in between which were taken care of immediately by the concerned parties when concerns were raised. It was a great experience with the entire team. Everyone on the build team communicated great. Currently enjoying our Home.

The Pulte home that we (my wife and I) purchased is exactly what we had envisioned, relative to the quality of workmanship and materials we have had an opportunity to evaluate thus far. Our home is worth every cent that we paid for it and stands above all others we surveyed. From the very moment we consulted with the great Pulte sales staff and trades workers, we knew we were making the right choice in purchasing our home from a long established and trustworthy builder of quality homes.

My friend came and after seeing my home said she wanted to sell her home and buy one like mine. That is high praise. Reggie was my construction manager. He treated me like a friend. My house was perfect on walking in. There was nothing that needed attention or to be fixed but he made sure I knew I could call him for help. I needed some information and Reggie came right over to help.

The Pulte experience was a very good one. They are very responsive to any concerns.

We moved into the Westbury community in 2019. We had a good experience with the sales person Kelly and also our project mgmt team of Samer and Mike. We did have a couple delays for a few mistakes but Pulte and the team above made them right, and we are very happy with our end result. Don't misunderstand me you need to be proactive in your build process and watch at every step but if I did not have to move at the STUFF... UGH, I would build again with this crew and Pulte. A company is only as good as the people they have and our team is Top Notch!

Out of necessity and no longer needing a big home my husband and I purchased a Pulte home. We loved the models and when we saw the perfect lot with emphasis on trees and a spacious lot with lawn and snow services we couldnt resist purchasing our new home. Service has been positive, prompt and polite and ultimately their aim was to please. We designed a beautiful home which are very proud to call our own and look forward to share it with family and friends.

Pulte made my dream home comes true with all my expectations.

Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.
