Price not worth for the quality of work done. Spent money on upgrades to get good quality/brand new items not items that are used somewhere else and items repaired due to damage done while transportation or installation. Issues are pointed out multiple times but never been looked into.

Pulte helped us closing our new home on time. Pulte has to keep inspection report before even they schedule meeting with customers. Overall quality is good so far. Customer has to get blue prints of all the Structure, plumbing and electrical plans.if any repair comes it will be very useful to the customer in case of any repair after warranty period is over. for New customers: be prepared before going into design center with options that you want opt for. Pulte mortgage needs to offer competitive quotes to the customer.

Pulte homes go up quick and look good from a distance. It’s clear that the work is rushed and vendors are under paid by Pulte. Pulte will fix anything you point out but it’s a job to find everything. Why should I have to??? The finish work and paint is rough at best. The home was dusty and needed to be cleaned. They delayed closing because work needed to be complete which puts you in a bind with your move in date and forces you to settle with many mistakes. It’s a quickly built home but it offers a poor value.

Expected better attention to details. Doors not fitting properly, shingles loose, nails not nailed, bathtub cracked, window frame cracked, sloppy caulking or no caulking, and unpainted exterior wood. Many of these details were taken care of when we called.

I found the quality of work just so so. Would rate as an average home builder. Had problems from the start and throughout the build. Nice looking home, but you will pay, just like any other new home build for the upgrades, which will probably be a lot. A lot of problems along the way were addressed right away, others not so fast. You need to be very vigil throughout the whole process.

Pulte does a poor job inspecting the quality of their installations. They prioritize speed and will accept risk if it results in a short cut. We had many issues with our kitchen and it was on us to find and report them. This put a lot of stress on us. We did not find all of them and are now stuck with some damaged cabinets.

Need to make sure you are looking as the construction gets done. Some major framing issues with our condo.. Things are being corrected but I was a little surprised at how the place was not finished or cleaned properly when we closed.

3rd time building a Pulte home. This last home building experience was terrible. Workmanship was terrible and the materials used super cheap. Nothing was done on time. If you are not persistent nothing will get fixed. You hear the same complaints from the neighbors. No flexibility on adding options after the build is started. Example additional lighting when the electricians have not started wiring the house. I’m shocked Pulte would not reach out or try to accommodate a 3rd time customer. I would not recommend Pulte this time.

People were always very reponsive to me. No complains. However regarding quailty of material is perceived after a little more than a month in the house. The whole second floor squeaks, in some areas very loud where we avoid to walk when little kids are sleeping. Carpet instalation is very poor, there are places where it is already pealing off and also there are many places with carpet nail not properly installed that hurts when we walk over. Disappointed in some of the bathroom fixtures, about as cheap as they could get. Frustrated that homes that have not closed have their cement sidewalks and driveways in and we have been hear over a month and still do not have our cement. Still are not graded either so we cannot plant grass. When painters came in to fix items they rushed and did not do a quality job. Front door repair looked like a 6th grader did the work. other homes being built in subdivision, so nails and screws all over the street and no-one ever cleans them up except me. I should be “in love” with my new Pulte home, but I am not! I’ll start with my salesperson Dave. He was all about getting us to sign the contract, no matter what it took. Our contract was contingent on 2 things: 1) 4’ bump out on the master bed room & the sale of our old home. Even though we mentioned this to Dave several times if not 100 times, he did not add the sale of our home to the contract. This became a problem when Pulte set up closing.
