Pulte home design layout are practical, their workmanship is great, overall price wise it’s an excellent build, will definitely choose Pulte for next purchase.

Jennifer and Ali were the best part of our Pulte buying experience. Their hard work shines through the quick turnover of what we wanted and needed. The quality for a builder home is good. I believe some of the individual upgrades could be of better quality for a 1.5 million home.

My wife and just built a new home with Pulte and Ali and Jennifer made our experience so enjoyable. Building a new home for us was fun but stressful, and they made our journey rewarding, creating a collaborative and trusting environment.

I’ve had a few issues with quality of materials and craftsmanship. Bathroom door hinge screws all stripped out. S so the door fell off. Two interior door handles fell off. Had issues with water sensor triggering. So A/C wouldn’t work. I’m sure there are more issues to come. Also, warranty work is only done 9am-5pm. Guess when I work??? So they won’t come to fix things when I’m home.

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.

The workmanship in some areas was not very good . I had a door that was dented at the top. In one bath there was some grout missing on the floor. Can see drywall tape Through the paint. Paint not cleaned up on the floor. Woodfloor has some chips in it and was never cleaned up thoroughly With contractors scuff marks I find very difficult still to remove. Crack in a bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sink has residue.I cannot get off. Customer service has been responsive. And will address issues hopefully. Other than That the condo is beautiful. Also I really love How they keep up clean streets due to construction debris. Shows me they really take care of stuff and take pride In the Maintenance Of the grounds. Disaster, nightmare with construction manager, so many unfinished jobs, , no response from him, left us hanging in there , oven and microwave cut out was wrong, wrong dimensions, has to pay so much money for installers , oven base was not build properly, chimney hood not aligned , toilets leaking , hoa is nightmare, wrong information provided at the time of purchase that we can build fence because we have dogs but now they denying us, they taking too long to approve the patio or driveway extension , can not park two cars because driveway not wide enough , if there was no appliances provided like other builders at least provided us with correct cut outs, lots of jobs construction manager promised to finish if we give him perfect score on his survey and go for closing those were not finished after closing , no response, he got the money for scoring high , we had to because we ask him to do certain things but nothing got done. It’s all about getting survey and money they want to look good and get the money for each survey that’s all , we spend so much money it’s over half a million dollars and got not a satisfactory service. ... Jennifer and Ali made the entire experience from sales to closing a pleasure. I cannot say enough kind words about them. The house was on time and turned out fantastic.

We felt the home buying process was very streamlined. We expected there to more stress involved in a new home construction but we were worrying over nothing. The help and support after closing is something we also appreciate. Overall it was a great experience for us.

When compared to other homes of same price, pulte is quality is far better.

I knew when I decided to sell my house in New York and have a new house built to move to Michigan, that there would be many disappointments along the way. I am happy to say that the Pulte construction manager Chadd was not one of them. Chadd exceeded my expectations. He was personable, communicative, knowledgeable, intelligent and organized. Chadd set deadlines and stuck to them. He was sympathetic to the realities that I was facing in coordinating two closings and a cross-country move, and worked to ensure that the new house was well-built and ready on schedule. I have sent Chadd many questions over the months, and he has fielded them all in a timely fashion. How fortunate Pulte is to have him as a construction manager. Chadd is a gem! ... More

Couldn't believe contractor-grade materials used based my home price point. Hood vent partially installed; told it would be finished or removed after closing. Six weeks later, and multiple requests made to construction manager, no action has still been taken. Surprised at the misinformation given to me to use all of Pulte services. For example, their homeowners insurance quote emailed to me sounded good on the surface, but upon further examination, realized the quote was for only about 2/3s the value of the home being purchased. Not sure at what point I would have been told the cost based on the actual home value. ... More

Good good good good good

Can't say enough about Brian and the front office. Open door policy. For the most part my house is my dream house! Neighbors are are welcoming and friendly. A few problems but I have confidence it will be resolved.

Over all it was a pretty good experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got my house done and Brian was great throughout the whole process!

Pulte builds a solid, well laid out home with lots of add-on features to customize it to your needs and wants. Their homes are designed to be open and airy with lots of large windows for natural lighting.

Felt rushed in making decisions and not allowed to make changes.

No quality, bad sales consultant, not happy at all.

The Pulte team made our home building experience great from start to finish. From sales, design, and construction the process was as smooth as possible due to the team involved. We are very happy with the home design and quality of products/installation. Our construction manager definitely took great pride to deliver to our expectations, even pointing out things we may want reconsider from his experience. As with anything, issues can arise but they were promptly address. The Pulte team and especially the Ballantyne team were excellent!!

Everyone was great to work with from the sales team, the construction team and the title company. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jim (Sales Representative) was responsive to any questions and communicated with me regularly. He ensured I was able to visit the design center on my availability and schedule for being in town from Phoenix. He also represented my needs for the construction timeframe throughout the process. Adam (Construction Manager) is amazing. During the construction process he kept me informed on the progress of the project. Being 3000 miles away this was so important to me. He was able to ensure the completion of my home when the timeframe was accelerated since I sold my home in Arizona sooner than expected. Also, from the project walk through till today he has been VERY responsive to any of my concerns and questions. I feel like he listens and determines how to address them and solves the issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with our homebuilding experience here with Townes at Lakeview. Our home was delivered in great condition with only a few minor things we wish were designed differently (namely placement of light switches and power outlets). Would recommend to anyone ready to embrace low maintenance multi-family living.

Jennifer sales consultant only looks out for sales, that’s it! She adds options and upgrades without explaining description and costs. She did not tell us we had 9 days to review agreement and back out. Too far in to purchase months later I found this out. I’ve already closed on house. Our first night sleeping in house my son’s bedroom did not have a register in the floor for A/C to cool his room. Next morning Ali comes out to house and I show him the pre-drywall picture showing register in son’s room on floor. Pulte even had city inspectors with City of Novi give us final certificate of occupancy. Other issues with house: paid for 4th car garage to be insulated and I had to show Ali the attic space over 4th car garage that no insulation was installed; items to be fixed on final walk through were not addressed and fixed and we did not realize until we were living in house and when brought to Ali’s attention he directed us to go through warranty department now. There are some positives though: design and layout of house is nice and lot is big enough to put a pool in. For the price paid I expected better quality, which my Pulte Home is lacking. I wonder what other upgrades I have paid for that were not installed or completed. ... More
