Just moved into our new Pulte home and wanted to share that Pulte delivers a very good product in a very inclusive way. Pulte includes the owner virtually every step of the way for its new build homes providing both weekly updates as to progress as well as in person visits to observe the quality of the build and materials. Any questions the owner has are promptly addressed during the in-person visits by the project manager in charge of the house. This process makes sure there are no surprises either for Pulte or for the owner making the final inspection quick and easy. Pulte also provides a limited warranty on its workmanship and materials (that varies by component) showing Pulte's commitment to its end product. It was great. I think Pulte Homes in general is better value for money and it shows in the quality of the house. But please do not go with Pulte Mortgage. They are a joke. No process in what they do. Delays/no communication. Last minute changes to determine "Cash to close". They changed the value four times. You are better off going with any other lender other than Pulte Mortgage.

From purchasing, selection, building and closing the Pulte people did an outstanding job. Keep it going, customer service goes all the way these days.

Everyone I worked with, starting with the sales representative to the title company closer, was informative, polite and experienced. The construction manager kept me up to date weekly and answered all my questions promptly.

They are truly a one stop shop for the home buying experience. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work!

Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

Kay, my sales rep was amazing! She regularly checked in during the entire construction process and was well informed on the progress. Between conversations with her and the weekly updates from the construction managers there weren’t any surprises. If I called, texted or emailed any one of them with a question, I received a prompt response with the information. There were a few items that needed attention after closing and no problem getting the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The overall experience is good. Starting with sales consultant who went beyond and above to make sure everything went well throughout the process. Construction team was good and took care most of our requests. In addition, the customer care team quickly resolved the issues noticed after moving.

Everything went pretty smooth with purchasing a Pulte. home. Elaine and Adam are a pretty good team And I appreciate the way they helped us through this adventure

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

We were delighted with the whole Pulte team, from Sales, design team and the two Construction Project Mangers we worked with. The only complaint we had is fit/finish or catching painting and drywall blemishes. Very pleased overall and would highly recommended Pulte!

I was told by a salesman that my F150 was going to fit in the garage. When I tried this in my first day at home, it didn't fit. So disappointed. All the hard work, quality, good timing, etc. was overshadowed by that. Now we need to sell our F150.

You don't get a lot of time for making your choices and they are somewhat limited but we are very happy with the design decisions we made. They handled the current supply issues very well and kept us generally ontime.

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.
