On time delivery. Good quality. Good responsiveness.

Pulte is an intense builder; delivered expectations, completed on schedule; and with promised materials. Every pre-selection of colors and materials met plan. There were no mysteries; you get your order. The new home was less than "clean" upon arrival. They earned our Trust.

Easy to work with and lots of options to choose

We were delighted with the whole Pulte team, from Sales, design team and the two Construction Project Mangers we worked with. The only complaint we had is fit/finish or catching painting and drywall blemishes. Very pleased overall and would highly recommended Pulte!

You don't get a lot of time for making your choices and they are somewhat limited but we are very happy with the design decisions we made. They handled the current supply issues very well and kept us generally ontime.

Pulte met their deadlines, we’re helpful and patient in my dealings with them. Some of the outside work appeared a little sloppy and hurried. They responded to my concerns quickly. From start to finish they helped me navigate the daunting task of purchasing a new home for the first time by myself.

Pulte is one window place to purchase a home. They worked really hard and are genuine in providing a home. They are very caring and prompt in providing services.

Finished home in timely manner and addressed issues found(few) in timely manner. Very organized Closing.

Moved to pine vista to downsize from a larger family house. We have been very pleased with the entire buying and building process. Even with the COVID delay, the house was done right on the revised timeline. So far we are very pleased with the quality and workmanship, we had 1 minor issue after move-in but us was corrected very quickly.

This is our 2nd time purchasing a Pulte home and are very pleased with it. The project managers, Mike & Mike, were very pleasant to work with and had no problem adding a few adjustments along the way to accommodate our needs. The workmanship throughout is very good. We are overall very pleased with the design and workmanship of our new Pulte Home.

The Pulte experience was a very good one. They are very responsive to any concerns.

Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.

The new home was ready in the timeline that I was promised. The Pulte team was with me every step of the way and identified any issues during my walk through. These issues were fixed in an appropriate time frame. It is nice to be in a brand new home where everything works the way it should.

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.

The workmanship in some areas was not very good . I had a door that was dented at the top. In one bath there was some grout missing on the floor. Can see drywall tape Through the paint. Paint not cleaned up on the floor. Woodfloor has some chips in it and was never cleaned up thoroughly With contractors scuff marks I find very difficult still to remove. Crack in a bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sink has residue.I cannot get off. Customer service has been responsive. And will address issues hopefully. Other than That the condo is beautiful. Also I really love How they keep up clean streets due to construction debris. Shows me they really take care of stuff and take pride In the Maintenance Of the grounds.
