Pulte was quick to build the house and was on the early side of the projections. Program manager Davor is very responsive and knowledgeable. However number of identified issues within the first week of move in was surprising. Thankful we were not one of the last houses to be built in the sub as trades being on site helped with overcoming the issues. Drywall used within the house also seems to be on the cheaper side. My experience with Pulte homes is bad. Poor quality for the price, cutting edges all the time and they leave the house super dirty. I won’t recommend to buy or build with Pulte

Although we are very happy with the house and floor plan, however, during the building process we feel the contractors did not pay attention to detail, and many jobs were completed in a sloppy manner. As a result, we needed to do a lot of clean-up upon moving in, which we didn't expect with a brand new home.

Extremely dissatisfied with the exterior quality/look/feel of the homes. The design and products used do not come close to what is expected for a house in this price range.

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Within first week the kitchen grout came off when I told the construction manager during one week review he suggested to raise a service request Grout issue is happening with almost everyone I. Know

Pulte doesn’t allow most of customization. Go for other builders if u need customization

Pulte Sales persons won’t allow any customization like adding window or removing unwanted features. Frankly I had a very high expectation from pulte in quality and craftsmanship. But I am disappointed with craftsmanship as I saw various abnormalities in finishing process. Literally u need to check everything for your house. I don’t know if pulte has a quality team to verify after finishing. Why a customer need to go wall by wall, room by room to check abnormality. We are paying premium price. They don’t even cleaned the heating vents and not pressure washed my house after construction and ...

I paid $599,990 to be hoodwinked

When I viewed the home at the open house there was a 4ft puddle in the basement. I was told that it is was residual water from the basement floor being cleaned. Fast forward 30+ days after closing and $599,990 later, I have a 4ft x 3ft puddle in the basement in the exact same location. Shame on me for trusting their word. Will they fix it? Even if they do, that’s a lot of money to spend on being hoodwinked.

The construction was professional and up to industry standards and delivered with in the promised time. Eric did excellent job in keeping us informed and regular updates and helping us resolving any issues or explaining the process. Overall work was very professional. I will rate 10/10 for the whole construction process and execution.

It was great. I think Pulte Homes in general is better value for money and it shows in the quality of the house. But please do not go with Pulte Mortgage. They are a joke. No process in what they do. Delays/no communication. Last minute changes to determine "Cash to close". They changed the value four times. You are better off going with any other lender other than Pulte Mortgage.

Then to Adam and Kyle for doing such a wonderful job getting my house completed quicker than promised. Last, but not least, Mike who supported an open item I had on my home. They are the best of the best!!

Rescheduled Date of Closing Costs

There was an issue with our date of closing and it had to be rescheduled because appliances were not installed before receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. Therefore, our hotel stay was extended, and the moving company charged us a storage fee and a re-delivery fee. This cost us an extra couple thousand dollars. We were not happy to say the least.

We had a great new home build experience starting with the Devonshire sales office, construction team thru the title closing at Pulte. The development is stunning with its design layout, designated common areas are beautiful and high level of workmanship. We have only a few minor construction items to be corrected in our new home but overall the construction is of superior quality!

Although Pulte is a well known builder, you never know when you purchase a home if it will measure up to your expectations. In this case, I do believe my expectations were met and in some cases exceeded. There are still a few things left to do but I am confident the Pulte team will resolve them as quickly as humanly possible. I am very pleased with the outcome and the results of the Pulte teams' efforts.

I have owned my Pulte home less than 45 days and was, overall, quite pleased with it. Then we had a moderate rainfall and my basement was flooded. Mike, our Customer Care representative, came out to bring fans and a dehumidifier, which were greatly appreciated. Mike took the cover off our sump pump, and discovered that the well had several large pieces of rock, brick, and wood, which had apparently blocked the pump and caused it to malfunction. Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.
