The experience of being part of building a new home is good. Everyone involved from pulte were responsive to the questions we had. The timeline of the construction is what we expected. The only issue we faced are the the little (although a lot of) finishing touches to the trim, paint, extra holes in drywall etc.

Great experience everyone was so helpful and very friendly. Frank was very good, he was so organized and most helpful. Kay and Chad were great also. Returning calls to answer questions. Thanks so much usually such a stressful experience was made so much better. Just comparing building last time in January 2000 with a different builder.

This was my first home purchased in USA. As a Mexican inmigrant, I had little to no idea how all the process worked, but all the team at Pulte made it so easy and straightforward. I really felt safe in their hands.

Small work was pending but signed off per construction manager promise but never showed up and he stopped attending phone calls

Just moved into our new Pulte home and wanted to share that Pulte delivers a very good product in a very inclusive way. Pulte includes the owner virtually every step of the way for its new build homes providing both weekly updates as to progress as well as in person visits to observe the quality of the build and materials. Any questions the owner has are promptly addressed during the in-person visits by the project manager in charge of the house. This process makes sure there are no surprises either for Pulte or for the owner making the final inspection quick and easy. Pulte also provides a limited warranty on its workmanship and materials (that varies by component) showing Pulte's commitment to its end product. Pulte was quick to build the house and was on the early side of the projections. Program manager Davor is very responsive and knowledgeable. However number of identified issues within the first week of move in was surprising. Thankful we were not one of the last houses to be built in the sub as trades being on site helped with overcoming the issues. Drywall used within the house also seems to be on the cheaper side. Doesn’t take much for holes / dents to appear. We have been impressed with the thoughtfulness behind the HVAC efficiency and consistent heat/cooling air flow as well as the internet connectivity proactively designed into the house (pre-wiring and access point locations). ... My experience with Pulte homes is bad. Poor quality for the price, cutting edges all the time and they leave the house super dirty. I won’t recommend to buy or build with Pulte

i had a good experience with derrick and brian they kept me uopdated and when issues arriased communicated proactively and effectively

Although we are very happy with the house and floor plan, however, during the building process we feel the contractors did not pay attention to detail, and many jobs were completed in a sloppy manner. As a result, we needed to do a lot of clean-up upon moving in, which we didn't expect with a brand new home.

Extremely dissatisfied with the exterior quality/look/feel of the homes. The design and products used do not come close to what is expected for a house in this price range.

Overall experience was great from start to finish with Pulte group.

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Pulte Sales persons won’t allow any customization like adding window or removing unwanted features. Frankly I had a very high expectation from pulte in quality and craftsmanship. But I am disappointed with craftsmanship as I saw various abnormalities in finishing process. Literally u need to check everything for your house. I don’t know if pulte has a quality team to verify after finishing. Why a customer need to go wall by wall, room by room to check abnormality. We are paying premium price. The house is really good and no issues with the quality

Impatient and rude Sales team makes you wonder whether you’re paying for the house or them. Important options like ceiling height of living area have been hidden by the sales team. We ended up finding the details from neighbors and had to fight to get those options added. House default options are of such low quality we had to upgrade every single component of the house which brought in a 100k options Bill on a 400k house. The second level floor and stairs are of low quality, few jumps might break it. External elevation offerings are so old from 80’s. If not for the location, I would have backed out. When I viewed the home at the open house there was a 4ft puddle in the basement. I was told that it is was residual water from the basement floor being cleaned. Fast forward 30+ days after closing and $599,990 later, I have a 4ft x 3ft puddle in the basement in the exact same location. Shame on me for trusting their word. Will they fix it? Even if they do, that’s a lot of money to spend on being hoodwinked.

The construction was professional and up to industry standards and delivered with in the promised time. Eric did excellent job in keeping us informed and regular updates and helping us resolving any issues or explaining the process. Overall work was very professional. I will rate 10/10 for the whole construction process and execution.

It was great. I think Pulte Homes in general is better value for money and it shows in the quality of the house. But please do not go with Pulte Mortgage. They are a joke. No process in what they do. Delays/no communication. Last minute changes to determine "Cash to close". They changed the value four times. You are better off going with any other lender other than Pulte Mortgage.

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning with CJ, who continues to support everything I need. Then to Adam and Kyle for doing such a wonderful job getting my house completed quicker than promised. Last, but not least, Mike who supported an open item I had on my home. They are the best of the best!!

It has been overall not a great experience. Try do come back to fix. But not my best experience overall

There was an issue with our date of closing and it had to be rescheduled because appliances were not installed before receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. Therefore, our hotel stay was extended, and the moving company charged us a storage fee and a re-delivery fee. This cost us an extra couple thousand dollars. We were not happy to say the least.

This is our first new built home, team delivered the finest quality house and everything on time with attention to detail until the very end. Pulte homes definitely put their customer first while delivering dreams.

Chad was helpful in explaining various questions we had in the build process. He was quick in response and was flexible in helping our needs. Chad was patient enough to help us understand what to expect when moving to our new house, he gave us a good overview of the do's and don'ts in the house. So, over all I can say that we had a good overall experience.
