Delivered condo in the time estimated with all my choices & colors I selected.

We had a great new home build experience starting with the Devonshire sales office, construction team thru the title closing at Pulte. The development is stunning with its design layout, designated common areas are beautiful and high level of workmanship. We have only a few minor construction items to be corrected in our new home but overall the construction is of superior quality!

Loved working with Jennifer, Luke and Kyle. They were very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jennifer continues to offer support and help after the closing. I love my condo!

Although Pulte is a well known builder, you never know when you purchase a home if it will measure up to your expectations. In this case, I do believe my expectations were met and in some cases exceeded. There are still a few things left to do but I am confident the Pulte team will resolve them as quickly as humanly possible. I am very pleased with the outcome and the results of the Pulte teams' efforts.

I have owned my Pulte home less than 45 days and was, overall, quite pleased with it. Then we had a moderate rainfall and my basement was flooded. Mike, our Customer Care representative, came out to bring fans and a dehumidifier, which were greatly appreciated. Mike took the cover off our sump pump, and discovered that the well had several large pieces of rock, brick, and wood, which had apparently blocked the pump and caused it to malfunction. As soon as we discovered the water in the basement, we moved everything over to an area that was dry. However, we had a large area rug in my craft room in the basement, and it was completely soaked. The only way we could save the rug and avoid mold and mildew from growing, was to send it out to be cleaned and disinfected, at a cost of about $700.00. When I inquired as to whether Pulte would be taking care of that cost for us, we were told no. I feel that is a lousy way to treat your customer, since the cause of our loss was clearly shoddy work practices. ... More

Every step of the process was smooth until the closing process. Kyle the project manager was very helpful, prompt and friendly. I found the closing process a bit stressful as I was unaware that a date would be picked for the closing and then was absolutely non-negotiable. That caused a good deal of unnecessary stress. It ended up working out OK but not before a considerable amount of stress and worry.

From purchasing, selection, building and closing the Pulte people did an outstanding job. Keep it going, customer service goes all the way these days.

Everyone I worked with, starting with the sales representative to the title company closer, was informative, polite and experienced. The construction manager kept me up to date weekly and answered all my questions promptly.

They are truly a one stop shop for the home buying experience. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience. Keep up the good work!

I had a flawless experience with Pulte from beginning to end and everything in between. Top notch customer service with all aspects of my home buying process...from initial Sales, Interior design consultant, mortgage, to finally my building team & closing.

Built a townhome with Pulte and the process was pretty average across what to expect for a home buying/building experience. It looks great at first but be prepared to notice issues shortly after. Only 2 months into living in a new space and already have a list formed for warranty items. I couldn't imagine living here for ore than 10 years without things starting to fall apart but it is great for a short term home idea.

Really happy and satisfied with the new home they built for us. Would recommend pulte to my friends as we are highly satisfied with their finished home.

We built a Pulte home in 2007 and then just completed another recently(March, 2023) and the quality of work, project management, communication and value have dropped significantly. Pulte has put more focus on profits than the customer experience which is why we would not recommend buying a Pulte home in today's environment.

The overall finish of the house might be very poor if you do not pay the upgrades that cost a fortune!! Slab 5X10 in the backyard - cannot even put a table with 4 chairs!! Frustrating and disappointed!

The process of building my first own went very smoothly and turned out as to how I wished. Any issues that arose were handled appropriately and efficiently. Good working with Pulte Homes.

First of all, overall new home buying experience with Pulte homes was awesome, made my life easy on each and every step of the process till I received the keys to the new home. Me being a new homeowner, I had a lot of clarification questions and the Pulte staff were patient and addressed all of them. The quality of the home has exceeded my expectation, the home was provided to me in immaculate condition, and I was provided maximum information while the construction was in progress as well, this made me understand about home itself. The Home was delivered to me on time as promised and loan process was simple and easy to understand. Pulte Homes has a great warranty plan so that the new home owners can be in peace. The building site manager is so knowledgeable, proactive and friendly which made me feel that the home was well taken care off before the handoff. The community Pulte representative who helped me in buying and selecting options for the home, did a awesome job and words cant explain how friendly, prompt she is, and quickly become family friends. Julie was very easy to work with. The house was completed when we first looked at it, so we didn’t make any choices other than the house. Now that we’ve been in the house for a few weeks, it’s clear that many of the materials and finishes seem cheap compared to what we paid.

The overall experience is poor. Your sales person lies (found the proof now fyi) just to get the sale and doesn't care about the person, the initial approach was with a demeaner towards me and the overall process is full of hidden fees you're not told of until the very last minute. Closing was attempted while the driveway was being poured, literally walking into the house through boards. VERY poor taste. Craftmenship is honestly shameful, it's noticable every single cheap item was selected and the amount of error and lack of attention to detail is noticed as you walk through the house and start living. Every day is a new thing that just disappoints the overall quality provided by Pulte. I will NEVER buy or recommend Pulte ever again. Worst service and experience of my life. ... More

Firstly, Lynette is a wonderful person to work with. She helped us in getting the lot we are interested in and made our process very easy from signing the contract and until we moved in. While in the construction stage I worked with Ali, our construction manager who is an another wonderful person that I met during the process. He was very patient to answer all my questions and really took care of us with everything we wanted in our new home. Overall I'm very much satisfied that I chose Pulte.

Bought a spec home - experience was excellent. Home is very nice.

Overall workmanship was exceptional. Responsive to the few punch list items identified. Spent time explaining features of the new home .

Finished product has so much that requires follow up and contractor visits. The condition of house on move in from quality of paint and paint job to overall lack of "finish" in the interior work has been really disappointing. It is a part time job to work with Pulte and get the same contractors back in here to fix what they did not do right to begin with.

Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

Pulte builds houses very quickly and brings in multiple contractors. Project management is a huge aspect of these constructions. When pointing out issues with various issues repeated requests needed to be made. Appears that the Pulte project team needs added support to address the home owners needs.
