My personal experience with Pulte homes have been good. There have been a few challenges midway but it eventually ended well. The house was delivered as committed. The overall quality is good but can definitly improve on some final finishing details. However the response from sales and field team was very prompt.

Let me first start at the beginning. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable about the building of the house and the other parts involved. He was extremly punctual in returning my messages and in helping make decisions on the house. His experience with Pulte homes showed when he answered all my questions which made the home buying experience a 5 star processes. The quality of workmanship and materials,3-4 star depending on what materials were chosen. Some of the finish detail work needed more of a, "finish look". I had to upgrade trim/switches/outlets to match the cost of the house. I felt this should have been part of an incentive add on once the upgrades hit a certain number. Another example is the back poarch light, a $10 light should not be on a house of this calaber. Because of these reasons I gave the 3-4 star rating. The overall trustworthiness of the build I feel deserves a 5 star because I was very impressed with how the house was built and sealed. I feel the builder did a fantastic job on this part and I trust the house will be very efficient. The value for the price, 4 star, Once the upgrades were all added on that was when the base modle options looked a little under valued. This made me add more upgrades to get the look I wanted for the price I was paying. The construction manager Matt was very helpgul and knowledgeable about the building of the house. He was there on the walk through before our final closing and helped point out items that needed attention before the closing was done. Some items were missed by the painters but there is the home warrenty that will take care of it within the year. My over all experince since moving into the house has been very good. Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

I originally thought I wanted a single family home until I walked in the Abbyville model at Hillcrest. The salesperson (Kay) provided the right amount of information and was always available for follow-up questions with a down to earth comfortable approach. The construction team (Chad and Ben) took the time to walk me through the features of my home and were willing to respond to issues found in my new home orientation and inspection. Kay, Chad and Ben were great to work with and represent Pulte very well! The only reason I gave a neutral rating for workmanship and materials is that I have only been living in the home for 4 days (moved in on 1/22)and have not had enough time to assess and/or work with Pulte Customer Service. ... The experience of being part of building a new home is good. Everyone involved from pulte were responsive to the questions we had. The timeline of the construction is what we expected. The only issue we faced are the the little (although a lot of) finishing touches to the trim, paint, extra holes in drywall etc.

Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

Our experience was smooth with pulte. they helped walk you through every step of the way.

I was told by a salesman that my F150 was going to fit in the garage. When I tried this in my first day at home, it didn't fit. So disappointed. All the hard work, quality, good timing, etc. was overshadowed by that. Now we need to sell our F150.

Overall we had a great experience. Some of the work done was not to the standard I expected, but overall we are happy.

From start to end have positive experience from Pulte staff. Team listen and advice us time to time make proper decision.

I bought my first house from Pulte. I was a little unhappy because of the delay in closing which caused little inconvenience and cost me some money to extend the lease in my previous apartment, but if you ask me now I'm more than happy about my new house. The location, the corner site and THE GORGEOUS INTERIORS; It will be a dream for everyone to own a house like mine. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone especially to immigrants like me who don't know anything about the home buying process and are buying for the first time. In fact I have already referred some of my friends to buy from Pulte.

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

In my opinion Pulte gives you a home that's competitive price and nicely designed. I feel like they are well organized and make a good effort to satisfy the home buyer. They also have a design center that you'll find to be very helpful in selecting the many options that are available to you. If you have a warranty issue they respond with in a reasonable time.

For the most part our home is wonderful! There are a few areas of poor craftsmanship; scratches in the floor, paint problems, etc but hopefully most of them should be able to be fixed without any additional costs.

Adam was, by far, the most attentive, caring, and helpful person we have dealt with. He addressed and solved all our concerns and answered, explained all our questions. He went above and beyond to be sure we were satisified.

Resolving issues is very slow.

Some of the finishing is not great. My entrance door and frame looks crappy. Didn’t pay attention when doing the walk thru. Also our sunroom door is not finished well. I consider Pulte a quality builder but am not happy with some of the finished work Thanks

Overall experience was great from start to finish with Pulte group.

Julie was very easy to work with. The house was completed when we first looked at it, so we didn’t make any choices other than the house. Now that we’ve been in the house for a few weeks, it’s clear that many of the materials and finishes seem cheap compared to what we paid.

Overall it is OK. It would be nice to have options for the choice of colors and option to choose the finish like Eggshell, Semi Gloss etc. instead of just one color for walls and ceiling with FLAT finish.

not satisfied with responce or treatment with issues after closing. One issue being we are older and did nor understand who we contact with our problems. This should have been explained to us with some respect, which it was not. After buying a Pulti home in Florida and being completey satisfied we are disapointed with Pulte in Michigan.

My grass was not level from front to the back on my house. Looks so ugly like that please I need all my glass to be one level thank you.
