Kay, my sales rep was amazing! She regularly checked in during the entire construction process and was well informed on the progress. Between conversations with her and the weekly updates from the construction managers there weren’t any surprises. If I called, texted or emailed any one of them with a question, I received a prompt response with the information. There were a few items that needed attention after closing and no problem getting the work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I felt end of year closing date drove the quickest and poor quality of work. The drywall tape and mud was horrible and the paint job was the worst. They had to redo painted areas which still was done poorly. Painted without removing electrical faceplates. Im also Still in the process of cleaning most faceplates and paint splatters on my floor. All my inside studs are 24 inch apart. This is a cheap way to build a home this expensive. Paid over a half million dollars for a home that looks like any other low end subdivision.

This is our 3rd Pulte Home. We have been very pleased with the Pulte experience. The people we interact with from sales, production, quality control, and customer care have been excellent. They deliver on their promise and on time. Any issues we had were addressed professionally and remedied immediately. If and when we decide to build again... It will be with Pulte.

while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

The overall experience is good. Starting with sales consultant who went beyond and above to make sure everything went well throughout the process. Construction team was good and took care most of our requests. In addition, the customer care team quickly resolved the issues noticed after moving.

Everything went real smooth except when I asked if I can insulate the garage, I was told it’s going to delay construction and inspection when I could’ve taken 1 evening to insulate now it’s all drywalled and it’ll cost a fortune to insulate now, it’s colder in the garage then outside, 1 other issue was I noticed allot of dust in the house, I decided to look down the floor registers and low and behold all kinds of construction debri so had to vacuum it all out, other then that the house is quiet inside don’t hear showers running don’t hear toilets flushing from 1st floor or 2nd floor, job well ...

This is the 4th new home we've had built and the 2nd home was a Pulte home and the experience could not have been any better but unfortunately this past experience was by far the worst home buying experience that we've encountered. From the initial contract signing right through to the final walk-through and even now with the post closing punch-list items there have been consistent issues, lack of communication and responsiveness. I would certainly not recommend Pulte as a result.

Working with Pulte has been an exceptional experience. We did have a few rough patches throughout the process but the resolve was timely. Henry is a thorough salesman who makes sure all the details are ticked and tied. The process of obtaining a mortgage was tedious. There was a lot of back and forth . Even asked for a US currency income whenever my husband was recurving a Canadian currency pension. All they have to do was convert it to US but instead called us several times that it has to be in US. After our closing time and we were supposed to move in, our moving truck has to park outside the house because there was something else they have to fix before it will sign off that whatever they fix is ok. We have pay extra time because of the wait. We had 2 moving trucks waiting to unload our stuff. ...

My experience with Pulte has been very positive. From Jennifer E, and Kyle T at the site they have been outstanding and have always been responsive to any of my requests. The community is wonderful to live in and the quality of the product is good. Minimal noise (from construction and daily traffic). I would recommend a Pulte home to everyone!!

The overall homebuying process went well. The only area that needs improvement would be the financing area. Being a first-time buyer, I expected more communication from Pulte Mortgage, especially being a first-time buyer and with the rising interest rates. This was the fourth new home my wife and I have had built. By far the best experience. Communications throughout the process was excellent. Every week we received an email from our construction manager with details of the work expected on our home. All the contractors were very nice and polite. Overall it was a stress free experience.

I am running behind the Pulte Warranty even after 40days of Home closing for issues fix in my Home. I had issues with 2 Bathrooms, improper ceiling which is making cool air enter into Home at some sections
