Buying experience with Pulte homes as great. Sov, the Resltor did a great job working with the management and getting the deal finalized. Quality of work is something I would comment on about a year to two down the line. Pulte offers closing cost to attract customers to get mortgage from them. It is a good proposal. Mortgage consultants and mortgage contacts are very nice and great to work with. However, the team that works in the vs ground like underwriters do not either have a context of the overall transaction or not trained in any customer care work. They caused the most stress by ...

Definitely some quality concerns mostly cosmetic, but a few with plumbing and electrical. Construction manager is extremely responsive and great at getting what you need and answering questions.

We have had a really bad experience with Pulte Homes and wishing now we hadn't bought it. Terrible quality, bad tradesmen, pushy construction managers, sub-par quality and workmanship. Majority of blue taped items weren't completed, after closing ll these items are time consuming to be handled. Trades come into fix their issue but are so sloppy that they damage other stuff and don't care about the property. Flooring trade came into fix soft spots in master bathroom, removed doors and put back pretty badly. There is metal cranking noises under sub-floor, LVP floor has ton of soft spots, ...

The overall process was great! Chyelle was amazing and kept in touch all throughout the process. My only complaint is that the "construction clean" needed to be better. The windows were dirty and the floors could've used a good scrub from all the people that walked through the unit while it was for sale.

Good experience with Pulte Homes at Amber Fields in Rosemount. Cheryl and Brien were very friendly and good to work with! We like how Pulte has everything figured out from purchasing the home, selling your existing home, affordable homeowners insurance, and a good warranty they stand behind. Really like the neighborhood and trails too!

Overall it was ok but the windows are not isolated well.

Windows are not isolated well and it very hard to heat up the first floor. And that is a big issue, the temp difference between the first and second floor is almost 15F… cold air comes in each window.

We love the idea of our new townhome. It suits our lifestyle and we look forward to new releases;ationships with our neighbors. We are disappointed in the build quality. We kept hearing that what we bought was builder quality. Our construction manager was great giving us walk throughs but was unreliable responding to our email and suggestions. Our experience with Pulte has been okay overall. The home is not bad, but it’s also not what I would consider top-of-the-line. There have been several issues early on that took away from the “new build” experience. The biggest concern has been the HVAC. There is often an 8–10 degree temperature difference between the main floor and the second floor. The HVAC company has been out four times, and while adjustments have helped somewhat, the issue still isn’t fully resolved, which is disappointing in a brand-new home. Horrible experience with Brian, sales consultant. He withheld information and lied about it. When we raised concerns once we found out the truth, Megan (Brian’s manager) asked Brian about we reported and reported a response back from him which contradicted what he told us. Disappointing experience. We were promised a home in Aug but got our home in October. Sales rep we dealt with was bad at communication. We felt rushed and we did not get what was promised.

Overall, very little complaints. We saw the Lowry model, told our rep we wanted it, and they made it happen. They were accommodating with our preferred payment style, etc. The house itself is very thoughtfully laid out - it's meant for families in the 21st century. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but honestly, super fair pricing. They also finished the home on time, so we got to move in our original closing date. We purchased a row home in the Highland Bridge neighborhood in St. Paul. We love the location and home but are a bit disappointed in the quality of some components like the garbage and recycling bins which came off track within a few weeks. Also the distribution of heat is not optimal and the first (of three) floor is quite chilly despite the vents being fully open. In the process of getting these points addressed soon I hope. Great and seamless purchase but know that nothing during the build process can be modified.

I regret building my home with Pulte. I would have given zero stars but that was not an option. I experienced countless issues with build quality. I brought these issues to the attention of the job superintendent Dylan. Even after I had an independent inspector come and I showed the report to Dylan, he would still not fix the issues. To make matters worse, not one person at the company ever listened to my complaints. Not one person. I'm marking the review as anonymous because I do not want any retribution from this company.

Minty fresh house, everything works dandy. Had a few issues, missing screens, small siding tears from a mower, dead tree. All are either fixed or will be. Very thorough walkthrough from construction mgr (3 hours). The interior lights are waaaaaay too bright. 1100 lumen. Like looking at the sun. I hired an electrician to install dimmers & rotating spotlights. Highly recommended to hire one.

slab floor is uneven, walls/floor moulding/trims are bowed, paint droplets on bathroom sinks/fixtures and door fixtures, new bathroom mirror have scratches, interior caulkings are not smooth and who knows what else i will eventually find later on... quality of workmanship leave much to be desired. i feel like job sequences were not followed (ie, complete paint job first before installing fixtures) and interior door and main bathroom surround installers didn't report any defects/discrepancies to manager/quality personnel. But i appreciate the fact that they are trying to rectify these issues ...
