Good job

Pulte were very transparent with us throughout the process and I felt like they looked out for my interests as well as their own. The home is fantastic and we feel like we got good value. The sales rep and site foreman were both extremely professional and helpful. I couldn’t recommend them both more.

Overall it's been ok but not fully satisfied experience. More transparency would be really helpful

Tyler the job supervisor is great however the vendors are not. The appliance vendor is terrible. They set the refrigerator with shims instead of leveling t without telling anyone. Then they broke off a support leg without telling anyone. They came back and left the frig set 2 inches higher on one side than the other. Finally the came back with a new frig. They damaged the walls, railings and floor transition in the process. They got dirt and grease all over the doors, frig and cabinets without cleaning them up. Miserable vendor who should be fired. This is a common problem with this vendor and everyone knows about it. ... More

Great construction manager but weak point of sale experience.

Overall, very little complaints. We saw the Lowry model, told our rep we wanted it, and they made it happen. They were accommodating with our preferred payment style, etc. The house itself is very thoughtfully laid out - it's meant for families in the 21st century. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but honestly, super fair pricing. They also finished the home on time, so we got to move in our original closing date. The only issue is they missed a few things on move-in day. The home was not cleaned and they did not repair the small scratches, dirt spots on carpets, muddy floors, etc. It was kind of an ordeal to get them to do it honestly even though that was promised multiple times during the buying process. Compare to few years ago Pulte build quality is not that good. Have seen few issues during the build and post building.

good quality but the warranty issue fixing needs multiple followups and delays and some issues are not considered as issues

I had very good experience with the purchase especially with Cathrine Kleve and all. The one think made me almost pull out was the loan process. This is the worst compared any other builders. The loan process should be improved a lot. They dragged to the very last minute asking for documentation and all and it doesn’t make any sense with all the documents they ask, even with people with 800 credit score.

Review all the small items that need attention. Chipped door trim, paint missing, drafty windows, squeaky floors, scratched windows, patio door out of alignment, damage to vinyl floor, leaky sink. Etc etc etc.

Insulation could have been done better. Noise is visible across the entire house

Customer care and construction manager, as well as onsite agent are wonderful (Cha, Angela and Sov) materials (except window screens)-excellent. BUT, they should be note discerning of the subcontractors they use-Many walls not square, may air exchange and outlet receptacles not square-cupboard doors not tuned-poor workmanship-I used to be a framing sub-the “nice touches” only take a few extra minutes-I expect better for $445k!

The day we moved in, realized the Gas leaking, water not softening , nails all over pavement and flattened our car tires twice, tripping the circuit breaker and many more.

To buy is was very good experience, but now I want to contact somebody to ask questions and nobody responds, don't even respond the e-mails.

I recently purchased my first home and had a positive experience with the sales consultant, Jacqueline. While the building materials used were average, the quality of the paint used could have been better. Additionally, I noticed that there was a leak in one of the windows which caused cold air to flow in from both sides. Moreover, I found a crack in the drywall above the fireplace. However, I submitted tickets for these issues and received a response within 48 hours. Overall, the house is good and I'm happy with my purchase.

I want to ensure I rate this correctly. It may be due to the Construction Manager specifically at our location, the experience was not at all pleasant. First of all the sales agent was very pleasant till we signed and offered the initial.offer but then at later dates was not helpful at all. The construction manager was over committing and not delivering. The higher ups in Pulte were really good, very responsive, communicative, jumped right into our problem and resolved it. The closing title people were great. Like I said, it may be specific to our location..

Home was built with reasonable quality that one would expect from a national builder. Pulte has been very responsive addressing minor issues. Tim, the construction supervisor was very helpful during the build process.

There are so mony great things I can say about the whole process of building and closing on my new home, but I have to say that I have had issues with it being cold in my lower level that are still not resolved after having been in my corner unit for over 7 weeks. Folks - I really dislike leaving bad feedback but, when I say my lower level is cold, I mean it was 45 degrees on that floor with ice coming out of the wall socket, all around the windows and even on my wall. When I would hold a candle up to the socket and window, it would blow out. I have had a really difficult time getting someone out to help and have done everything I can to mitigate the cold myself, but it hasn't really helped. After talking to several people and making multiple phone calls, someone came out about two weeks ago to do an infrared scan of the area. What they found was significant cold coming from the socket and the window on the side of my corner unit. The gentleman said that someone forgot to put insulation around the socket. He ended up filling it with expandable insulation but said he couldn't do anything about the windows. The IR scan, he said, would be sent off to another team and they would call me in about 1-2 business days. A week later, I heard nothing. I started making phone calls again to try and figure out who was supposed to take care of the issue. I was able to contact someone who said that the socket guy did not let anyone know that the windows needed to be fixed and I would get a call from that team in 1-2 business days. Again, another week later, I heard nothing. I called and left a message saying that I never received a call, my lower level is UNLIVEABLE and living like this is unacceptable (it HAS warmed up to 55 degrees though)! I did receive a call back today and was told someone will be coming to look at it tomorrow. I am HOPING this will resolve it, but based on how it has been going, I'm not very confident. ... More

Higher a third-party inspector for the house We did find a couple of things that needed to be fixed and Pulte took care of that.

The experience of buying this home was okay. Yes beautiful house and location BUT they were extremely late. They kept pushing the closing date back and back and at the same time the interest rates were going up and up. That of course did not benefit us at all. The people that showed us the final result, Mark was awesome, very nice guy. he was very helpful.

Let me start by saying the Pulte employees attached to the Hawthorne development have been professional and great to work with. Robb, the Community realtor, was amazing! I know this neighborhood experienced a lot of vendor issues for the construction manager while my home was being built and this was my first new construction home but I am a bit shocked at the workmanship. Everything appears to have been a rush job and not a lot of pride displayed. For the price point I paid, I did expect a higher quality finish. It was explained that the house would go through 3 professional cleans during the process, however after closing I had to go spend several days deep cleaning. Could tell toilets were used several times, a sticky substance was on countertops and floors, dead bugs all over, etc. I upgraded my main floor flooring and countless boards are cracked due to installation, several screens on the windows were missing, garbage cans in pull out drawer were missing, cracked tile in shower that was still installed, paint sprayed on floors, paint drips down walls, holes in wall/drywall, garage door doesn’t lock, and so on. The Care Team, Angela and Paul, have been wonderful to partner with to hopefully get it all resolved soon. I understand and would have expected some finishing mistakes or things missed, I guess I just wasn’t expecting to this extent. Again maybe this is all normal for new construction nowadays. ... More

Very bad quality Of kitchen cabinets, paints and to much complications on closing.

Pulte delivered in the time that they said they would from the beginning. Pulte was responsive to issues found during the build. Overall it was a good experience to get the house built.
