Several of the home owners in the development have had similar experiences of not feeling taken care of after the build is complete and you have closed. We have had several issues, some minor, and some larger, but haven't gotten good responsiveness to issues. There should be better communication and exceptions set with home owners as well. For instance, several of the home owners have reached out regarding large trucks driving too fast in the development, the response we've received is "we don't control the contract workers". its great The home have alot of space but there are things that is very poor quality. The poor quality are 1. Windows. some windows leaks and creates draft air, call pulte to come look at the issue they said it normal, I am an home owner and fixed houses every now and then so I know when something is wrong, but pulte will not admit it and said air draft from windows are normal, pulte even mention that their windows are mid grade, to me it is the cheapest on the market. The worksites are not clean and cannot believe that areas that I am finding glue and messy painting and we paid extra for site finishing and not sure we received what we paid for. I have nails sticking out of doors and dents in utility doors along with chips and cracks in our granite countertops. I entered a contingency purchase agreement and within 24 hours the house I chose was shown & offered to another buyer. Luckily my realtor was able to sell my house so I could remove the contingency. The quality of the carpet & flooring is low. There are numerous flaws in the drywall finish and paint (gouges, and rough areas) I requested repairs on 2 particular areas and both were not smoothed or filled. They were merely painted over. We love our home and our happy we purchased. But the service we have received after we closed, has been absolutely awful. Our house was not cleaned prior to moving in, our yard was a complete mess with garbage from construction and we were promised by Andreas it would be cleaned up. Nobody ever came to clean it up and they just came out with bulldozers and covered it all with dirt. I still haven’t moved into the home because I’ve spent my days cleaning a mess that shouldn’t be there. I was told that the blue tape items that we put in during the celebration meeting would be taken care of by the morning of the closing. I came on the morning and Jeff told me that the painter couldn’t get to it yet and told me to go close and come back and that it would be. I gave him my garage code, came back the following day to most of it completed still some not and a dirty house which I had to sweep up and clean myself.

The start was fantastic with Robb. I wish there was a little more time for the overall selection process of the structure of the home as that was very "rushed". wouldnt be so bad if you were allowed to submit a change order. Once the construction started the Project Manager didn't do a dang thing!! Brought up many issues and they were brushed aside. Communication during the building process has been a huge issue. When we pointed out poor workmanship throughout the process, we often got kickback or we felt we were a bother to the building supervisor. Our house is beautiful, but we constantly finding issues with poor workmanship and we get little or no response from building supervisor. After talking to neighbors that claimed to have the same issues we discovered we were often lied to (they fixed things at their house we were told nothing could be done vise versa)

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the house-it just did not feel like it was cleaned after the work was completed. The front entryway and garage were stained with footmarks and junk.

We recently purchased a brand new Pulte home, moved in less than 2 months back and our experience in last 1 month has not been good at all. We had a leakage in one of the pipes in mechanical room which took almost a week to get fixed, noticed cracks on the wooden floor in few sections, bathroom lock’s doesn’t work most of the times and the walls get scratched very easily. Overall the quality of materials used in building the home are really bad and we wish we knew this before buying our dream home!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of product and workmanship in my home. For the price I paid, the lack of care and concern by Pulte's subcontractors is very disturbing. I was told there are 2 walk-throughs completed by Pulte prior to my final walk-through. There was absolutely NO way this was done in my home. The materials used are cheap and the interior job overall is very sloppy. It hasn't been a full 2 months since moving in and there are already cracks everywhere around the windows and doors. The shower door also doesn't work and the tiles are cracking as well.

I had many issues still not resolved. My shower door has gaps that allow water to come outside of the shower. They gave me a rusted water heater. Tiles were chipped and grouting not completed. A screen door on the patio was never installed. Stove keeps going out. I think the experience would be better if these issues were resolved before we moved in.

Thought we were going to get a quality home and instead we got a used house that we've been fixing ever since we moved in.(it's new construction bit doesn't feel like it it) The construction manager Mike was NOT helpful at getting things resolved prior to us moving is even though he was informed of all the issues. Agent was not educated on PA content, nor had the ability to adjust PA to fit purchasers needs. Substance in the home is poor in quality and finishes that I feel should be improved. Response from construction manager was perfect. However he seemed to be limited to what could be corrected and improved on. Again, finishes by Pulte should be improved on so that new owners are not immediately putting thousands of dollars into finishing appropriately. Poor quality workmanship on high end group 4 kitchen cabinets. Very disappointed on wood work. You can notice many touchups and inconsistencies across the house. Caulk has cracks across. Today I noticed a major crack in the master bath vanity sink.

Not at all happy with the purchase. We like the layout hence we went with it, but the sales agent we worked not at all knowledgeable and we are suffering implications because of it. Also pulte management is not at all flexible on things compared to other major builders. Also the things included in standard price not good , also build quality as well not great as even paint, trim etc are very sensitive
